04/09/2025: Nice place to have a coffe in the morning and enjoy the view over the galway bay

14/08/2025: We waited in line for 40 minutes just for one coffee. The waitress showed no intention of hurrying to make it. Furthermore, she seemed to expect people to leave the line so she would have less work. Terrible experience — I honestly wonder why I even came here. I do not recommend this place. I am very disappointed 😞☹️

27/08/2025: A great breakfast! I had the Big Breakfast, all wrapped up in a crepe, really filling and delicious! We went back twice! A real treat!

04/12/2025: Window in room seal was gone. A little annoying. Bed wasn't made properly and sheets came off bed very easily. Staff were v good and first class location.

01/12/2025: Stayed here for one night. Arrived at 3.30pm, room not ready for another hour. The room was horrendous. Tiny. Asked to be moved and was immediately moved by a diligent staff member. Next room was a lot better. Shower was awful. Good pressure if having a cold shower, terrible if you adjusted the temperature to anything that wouldn't cause hypothermia. No atmosphere in the bar. Cold breakfast delivered to the room. Loads of breakfast items not available. Chose coffee, was delivered two cold cups of cappuccino. The parking was horrific....the tightest multi story I have ever seen. Everyone struggled with the ramps. Guests have to pay for parking at a reduced rate... You should be awarded a medal if you don't crash into a pillar! The only redeeming factor is the location. Other than that, I would not recommend.

01/08/2025: Great place, part of a sort-of larger complex of sorts. We were sat in the adjacent building with food from the other location. We had a local and international flight. The tonic went really well (not a big fan of tonic) with all the gins. The "international" flight went about as far abroad as Co. Kerry but I digress. All the gins were great, it was fun comparing and contrasting their various characters. I thought the local gin of Nora's stood up decently well against the others. The garnishes were paired well, but I was left with a slight feeling that the difference in fruit (the international flight was limited to lemon/lime/orange) made it a tad bit more difficult to directly compare the gins. On the other hand there is the argument of pairing each gin well to show it at its best I suppose. Thoroughly enjoyed the flights and the little information mats underneath.

05/11/2025: The cafe was closed due to covid-19, so that was a bummer, but understandable. What I don’t understand is why such a small tv. The real bad thing is - the WiFi was down for 30 minutes!

02/11/2025: Galway is fantastic, and Salthill is even more beautiful. The accommodation is highly recommended. The location in Salthill is fantastic, only 300 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. Very cosy, large room, great room service and super friendly host. Galway is only 10 minutes away by bus. Greetings from Germany

17/10/2025: The best burger king in Ireland, excellent professionals, is a great service!. Staff is very friendly . I hád a chance to talk to the manager he is very courteous and professional.

07/12/2025: Absolutely beautiful hotel. We went as a big family and the staff was so kind and very helpful for all our stay. Will definitely revisit. Highly recommend this hotel.

12/10/2025: A very good option if you're visiting Galway or the surrounding area. Good sleep quality and helpful staff. It has its own free parking. You can also dine at the hotel (Fork Restaurant). It's not centrally located, but it's close to a highway, so you can easily visit Galway or go shopping at nearby supermarkets.

17/07/2025: Franchement , ambiance sympa , personnel sympathique … on a super bien mangé … on recommande pleinement… bien placé en ville … la musique pas trop forte ce qui rend ce moment très agréable et tout ça avec le sourire des serveurs

29/06/2025: No reservation. Welcomed and seated immediately. My husband had the burger and I had the beef and Guinness stew. Both were delicious as was the apple pie dessert that followed. Friendly staff. I would recommend and return!
