16/10/2025: The scones were absolutely delicious and quite large! We enjoyed on the train to Dublin. They offered a buy 3 get the 4th free deal. Perfect for our group ❤️

07/10/2025: Came in bright and early at 7:45 am as it was the only cafe open before 9am on a Tuesday but my family and I were so pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food, coffee and service is. We got porridges and granola bowls and everything was just so beautiful and fresh. We will definitely be back again tomorrow! Also it was nice and quiet which was so great for my dad who has hearing aids.

10/11/2025: The food at Caprice was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. We were a group of three, but unfortunately, one dish was forgotten, so one of us had to wait while the rest were served. Mistakes happen, but it did take a bit away from the experience. Overall though, the food was excellent, and I’d be happy to visit again.

23/10/2025: Frozen tasteless frozen fish for Euro 22 sold as fresh. Batter was oily and didn’t add anything. Waiter was dismissive and not interested in hearing my opinion, I then waited for the bill despite it being quiet. Avoid!

14/10/2025: Ordered a cake for my nieces birthday and it was absolutely perfect! All of the ingredients were super fresh and it was a real crowd pleaser..highly recommend Gourmet Tart!

10/12/2025: Rooms very clean hood size. Rooms very cold and for older people the shower is over bath so hard to get out and in overall very nice.

16/11/2025: Great place for gigs but not handicap friendly. No downstairs toilet unless the staff let you use theirs, and this is at will access. The staff is great, especially the DJ.

29/11/2025: We live locally in the area and we tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. All three of us ordered vegan dishes. These were the best pasta dishes we have ever eaten. I ordered the beetroot pesto which was delicious. Even the vegan cheeses they used were very good. It was so nice to see so many vegan options available. We will definitely go there again.

30/11/2025: In terms of pure authentic Indian taste it is quite average. However, the place feels like it had a lot of story to tell. It tells the story of an Indian immigrant who came and became a part of Galway folklore. You can definitely take your better half or your family and have a good time.

20/11/2025: I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich for €9, and what arrived was an existential culinary challenge. This wasn't a sandwich; it was a treasure hunt. I spent the first five minutes gently moving the beautiful, vibrant red onion slices aside, whispering, "Where are you, my pink prince?" I finally located the salmon: three slivers, shivering nervously, doing their best to hide beneath the cheese. I think the kitchen staff used an electron microscope to measure the portion. I'm giving it two stars because the bread was cut into two very generous slices, and the red onions were truly exceptional. If you're looking for a delightful onion sandwich with a whisper of fish, this is your spot. If you want salmon, bring your own fishing gear.
