09/02/2026: Bad experience! A person smoking outside the front of the building in front of staff. This is a service station! Totally unacceptable and very dangerous.

20/01/2026: I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. Everything was well prepared and enjoyable😀

20/09/2025: There's a fish store nearby that also makes seafood sushi. The store has a great selection and reasonable prices. I'm not sure about the Ukrainian sushi restaurant, but it's highly likely they'll be fully booked. It's a popular place. The sushi is inexpensive, but generously sized and very tasty.

22/10/2025: Stopped in for a quick Irish coffee, stayed for a couple pints after that. Nice cozy spot. Bartenders friendly and welcoming- even when it gets very busy :)

22/03/2026: I would like to express my frustration with the way I was treated by the security staff at this venue. On the night of March 21st, I went to meet some friends who were at this pub celebrating a friend’s birthday. However, when I arrived, I was denied entry WITHOUT ANY REASON! That was exactly the phrase the security guard used: “No reason.” As I tried to enter, one of the security guards stopped me and said, “You can’t come in,” and then walked away. A second security guard approached me and asked for my ID. I showed him my visa, as it is one of the legal documents I have here in Ireland (I am not Irish). This second guard was actually more friendly—he even joked that I didn’t look the age shown on my document, almost like a compliment, saying I looked well preserved. I thanked him and laughed. Even so, he told me to wait for his supervisor to return. A few seconds later, the first guard came back and asked for my ID as well. I showed him the same document, and he repeated that I would not be allowed in. I asked why, and he said there was no reason. He told me I could go to Taylor’s pub next door, but I wouldn’t be allowed in there. I questioned him again, and he responded rudely: “No reason.” I thought it was an alternative pub that welcomed all kinds of people, but apparently, it is quite a selective place

29/09/2025: A very cool venue, the staff were all proper sound and the atmosphere was great. If you're a cider drinker, they sell Cronin's, so I'd recommend you ask for that.

06/03/2026: I feel a bit mean giving 2 stars but we were very disappointed in the food !! The bruschetta was lovely and a generous portion. The pizza was not good. Very inauthentic. Cheese hard. Like they've used a cheaper option. It should be soft flavoursome mozarella Pepperoni very fatty tasting. But the dessert was the worst. It was a chocolate mousse. It tasted like it contained no chocolate. It was high sugar gloop. It tasted like cheap melted chocolate ice cream. Chocolate mouse is made with dark chocolate and eggs. Mill chocolate mouse is acceptable but it shouldn't taste like this! The staff member said they'd.changed their recipe..hopefully they'll change it back! On of the strangest desserts I've ever had in a restaurant. To be fair the waitress dealt with it extremely well and did not charge us for it. Good handling of a complaint is an excellent quality in a restaurant. They could easily pull up their socks and bring up their game here. But until then our experience was that there is far better Italian food elsewhere in galway.

13/11/2025: The best pizza in Galway! I have been ordering from them for a few years now and the quality of the food is always made to the best standards! The portions are also very generous and the food is simply delicious! I highly reccomend!
