27/05/2025: Well maintained and clean Hotel. In a very awkward location. It's situated in a small shopping plaza, beside the gas station. Parking is free in the municipal garage below the hotel. Rooms were great....comfy king-size bed, fresh crisp linens and comfy pillows. Staff were friendly, and helpful.

03/06/2025: After having already eaten at the Asian Tea House Restaurant, we had to try the Buddha Bar. It's worth making a reservation! We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The music was pleasant, and we were able to watch the bartenders at work all evening. Even though practically all the tables were reserved, we had a great time chatting. The cocktail menu has a wide selection with creative names, and the cocktails themselves were all delicious! For dinner, we were able to order from the restaurant menu at the neighboring Asian Tea House. We had the sweet and sour chicken and the orange chicken. Both were absolutely fantastic! It's a shame we can't have the food delivered to Switzerland ;-) We were well looked after all evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back and highly recommend it.

11/07/2025: I used to attend the old films in this establishment on a weekday morning with my husband. A personal favourite of mine is Gone with the Wind. A very beautiful film. However, after an evening screening of a classic film I needed to use the lady's room. As I headed toward the unisex bathroom a man dressed in glitter and spandex rushed in front of me. He stated, "Ladies first". He then proceeded to skip me and head to the bathroom to relieve himself standing up like a lady. Horrified, I asked staff upon leaving about their security issue and they stated "Gowoke go broke, we went downhill when we hired our first pink haired waitress". Well I suppose they did. But this would be a great IPAS center.

04/07/2025: I just bought pastries and bread. They do an excellent brown bread. The almond croissants were delicious. This bakery is consistently very good.

12/07/2025: lovely hotel to stay in, comfy beds, very quiet room, lovely staff and food was lovely too. Only reason for 4/5 stars is the exorbitant price of the room which is not unique to this hotel. 260 euro for one night and almost 50 euro extra for breakfast for 2 adults and a child. Incredible cost for a standard irish hotel experience so very little value for money to be had.

09/05/2025: Charming bakery, perfect for breakfast. An incredible assortment of “homemade” scones. Only regret: the absence of fresh fruit juice.

22/06/2025: Used to be a proper craft beer bar in recent years, but (as of tonight) only 3 of 16 taps are craft... the rest are the usual macros (Heineken, Smithwicks, Coors etc). Sad, even the owners have a great variety in their own stable (e.g. Foam & Fury) and there are so many other small Irish breweries (Kinnegar, Whiplash, Dot etc etc) that could be supported

10/06/2025: Well, Isma, the beer is perfect. Groups of people enjoyed the space, and the live music was awesome. When you come, have at least one beer there!

28/04/2025: Had my first visit by chance to the sandwich bar today and will be back for sure! Delicious ham and cheese panini and the coffee was amazing. All made better by the service too! I didn't get her name but the blonde girl serving customers was an absolute gem for a quick chat while youre waiting! Could not recommend this place more!

24/06/2025: honey buffalo toastie, caramel cookie, and strawberry matcha were all 10/10. SO fire. and the music playing was incredible. we will be returning.

29/03/2025: The macarons are heavenly and the raspberry cherry jam is not to be missed. They also let us use the toilet before making our purchase. Will be stopping back in for another treat! Thank you for being a delight of a stop!!!
