21/08/2025: I had an unfortunate experience here where my food order got lost. I had to leave after an hour without eating to go to a movie. I tried to place my order as quickly as possible but was ignored by the staff (had to go and find them myself).

11/08/2025: Very good food with a good atmosphere but on the other hand the wait is not possible!! Waiting 40 minutes for 3 burgers and a salad is ok but not 20 minutes for a brownie. And the room was not full.

14/08/2025: Had the full irish breakfast this morning and was very disappointed, 2 fried eggs were overcooked and hard, the bacon was obviously cooked for a long time and tastes off, I didn't eat it. The restaurant was busy this morning however the breakfast was a let down

30/04/2025: Laura deserves a raise! Her professionalism is unmatched. The dealers' choice cocktails were the best we had on our whole trip. She is very personable and kind. Xoxo The bar is legit as well. Very large and the soul garden with nice weather is the place to be.

22/07/2025: Delicious pizza in Galway. If you're in Ireland and longing for real Italian pizza, I recommend trying it! Perfect dough, top-quality ingredients, it really feels like being in Italy!!! Highly recommended!!!

Located in the heart of the city, this pizzeria brings a slice of Italy to the west coast of Ireland. The atmosphere is warm and homely, with a welcoming feel. The staff are friendly and professional, with many speaking Italian, which adds to the authenticity of the experience. The pizza? Simply delicious. The dough is light, well-leavened and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are super fresh and high quality – from the fior di latte mozzarella to the San Marzano tomatoes. Among the favourites, the Margherita remains a timeless classic, but it’s also worth trying the more creative variations with Italian cured meats, and other options to suit all tastes!

19/08/2025: There are many gems in Galway and this is definitely one. It may be alittle hidden but only 3 minutes from Eyre Square. Fortunately I was the early Sunday morning so no queue but unfortunately it was my last hours of Galway visit. Credit to interior designer !!

10/08/2025: Great location, plenty of car parking. Hotel has a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Staff here are excellent especially Edel and Siobhan, in the restaurant. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Rain showers in each bathroom. Will be back.

21/08/2025: Very friendly staff, the fajita wrap was generously packed and delicious. I managed to leave my wallet in the shop, and the owner posted it back to London for me! Great all round experience and lovely people:)

20/08/2025: Small and nice cafe. Coffee itself is 7-8/10 but bakery is 10/10 and there are many, many of what to choose. Yoh can even order something special to bake. OMG how tasty was donuts and other. Waiting to enter wc you there js secrete glass wall where you can watch how kitchen makes magic.

23/07/2025: The best scones I've ever had. Try both the raisin and the blueberry porridge scones. Both are perfect. Lovely place to begin the day. They also have incredible breads!

28/07/2025: Love this place always come here when I can the salmon bagel is fantastic and my kids love it here too . The portions are really good and the value is exceptional . I would recommend this place for breakfast and lunch . Shout out to Silvia best customer service ever .

28/08/2025: Everything is top-notch. Free parking, rooms with air conditioning and a refrigerator. It may be a bit outside the center, but it's easily accessible by bus.

25/08/2025: Lovely hotel especially with kids. We had two double beds on the 1st floor. We had breakfast and the food was nice and the staff were friendly and accomodaing. The manager asked if our kids would like pancakes and she brought them out a few mins later and they were delighted. One of the waitress was also nice enough to make a hot chocolate for my boy between a million other jobs she had going. The manager was so friendly too playing with our two boys and got them biscuits when leaving breakfast. Hotel is 20 minute to centre or you can hop on the 407 bus which goes in and out to Eyre sq every hours for 3.70euros for 2 adults. So handy. Plenty of shops along the way too. Parking was made easy too with a lift from floor -1 to reception. Highly recommend The Maldron.
