22/03/2026: Worst experience in Ireland. There were three of us, and we ordered two sandwiches and a salad. We were hoping for a quick lunch, given the restaurant was almost empty and the simple dishes. After 40 minutes, our orders were still undelivered. We told the waitress we were in a hurry because we had to catch our excursion bus, and she said we'd only have to wait two more minutes. More than 15 minutes passed. Meanwhile, they were serving people who had arrived after us. Conclusion: after almost an hour of waiting, we had no time to eat. They bagged our dishes for us, and we ate them while running to the bus. Cost: €52, the same as the menu, with an hour's wait and no way to enjoy our lunch while seated. It gives me the impression of a place that doesn't care about the customer or the quality of the service. The food quality was poor; it seemed more like a huge portion of fries than a sandwich (for €52!!!)

06/12/2025: The food was bland, unimaginative, and tasteless. We had a starter and a main course, but after these, we decided to skip dessert. There were only one size of wine glasses available, so we had to drink the Pinot Noir from a very small white wine glass. The service was inadequate and showed little interest in us, including our criticism. We felt that the service was somewhat arrogant and snobbish. We certainly won't be returning.

31/10/2025: We had a great 3 days here in October, hotel is a 15 minute walk from Eyre Square, easy access to other points of Galway. Family rooms were a great size and the breakfast was really good too

30/10/2025: Good hotel, very convenient location for touring around Galway. Lady at breakfast each was fantastic. Good for a short stay.

11/09/2025: We attended the Tigin both days we were in Galway. The staff were friendly, classic pub vibes, so thought we may as well go back again! Saturday night was super busy with the Soccer and the crowd were good fun. We went back the next day for the womens rugby. Great selection on tap.

20/08/2025: Based, based, based pub. I thought the food and drinks were incredible. I just had to meet and thank the manager personally. The friendly staff who were excellent gladly introduced me. I thanked him and he said wanna hear something funny? He then told me something hilarious. He said caribou closed which is pretty funny. Then he told me they said they were gonna build a hotel here but then they just built a better pub. WOW, dinner and a show!! Beautiful cocktails, lovely staff, city centre location.

06/12/2025: We booked the function room in Kelehans for our work Christmas party. Everyone had a fantastic night. The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much bother. The food was lovely and great value. The function room is a lovely modern space. Would highly recommend this venue for functions. Would definitely book again!

01/12/2025: Last year we ate here at least 6 times. Loved the Korean chicken wings. Today we went and the wi is were a huge disappointment. Completely different and no flavor. What happened??

13/02/2026: Great place to order food, be it for collection or for delivery. Food is delicious, staff is friendly and chatty. Tried their pizza and homemade goujons and they were YUMMY!!!

17/12/2025: We went, cuz a friend recommended us and was really good. The coffee was delicious, difficult to find a good one (coffee) here in Galway. And the food was delicious and generous quantities!! The stuff was friendly and helpful, the place was really busy at that time… We will come back!! ✨

09/12/2025: We Had lunch here today, ordered Turkey sandwich on rye bread with side of chips, my partner had burger with salad and chips...Turkey was fried , oil clearly visible and meat was chewy and tasteless, my partner's burger was bland, neither justified price charged.The coffees were good but at €4.10.each totally overpriced. Ate here on number of occasions in past, always loved it...today was not a good experience, will not be returning, staff disinterested, no atmosphere whatsover. A pity, as I always loved this spot!
