12/10/2024: I stayed in the upstairs rooms and ate in the restaurant for an evening meal.
Parking was a bit difficult to find when I arrived, as it was a sunny Sunday afternoon and Salthill was buzzing busy, but after that it was fine with a decent sized free car park a short walk away and on street parking outside the building too.

10/11/2024: Squid is not chewable, and tuna is not fresh and smells bad. We came here always with high expectation but it lets us down once and once again. The first picture shows the sushi plate we ordered and the tuna’s colour is obviously wired and dark. It’s is not the only time we came recently. We tried Ramen once and it was too salty. There was also a kind of fried fish in the menu and it was good for the first time as the meat was juicy and the fried flour was crispy but the second time it was totally terrible and the fish inside was super dry. From my observation, it only serves food with good quality when the owner was there. I loved this restaurant but it hurts more the once.

The staff showed remarkable attentiveness and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our dining experience. Our choice of main courses paired with a selection of wine was to die for.The combination of impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and warm hospitality made it an unforgettable experience.
12/10/2024: Had an amazing Italian meal followed by delicious tiramisu in Da Robertas and it was incredible value for money. Well done to all.

20/08/2024: Stumbled upon this destilery by accident. Decided to enter and have a look around. Had one of best gin and tonics there, presentation was great and all the info we got by bartender there was perfect. Best part you will get few different bitters and you can mix them to your own taste and try out what suits you the best.

16/11/2024: We didn’t stay overnight, but we did visit the pub, and it was fantastic! The bartender was incredibly kind and helped me out with my drinks. I ended up with a couple of rounds of some great whisky and a delicious Heineken.
The pub itself is gorgeous. It was packed, but not overly so, and the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable. The music was just right—not too loud, so we could enjoy it while still having a conversation.
The staff were all kind, super fast, and on top of everything. Honestly, 10/10 service and experience. If you’re in the area, this pub is definitely worth a visit!

05/07/2024: Nice little restaurant with hot and cold salads/bowl. They have a nice variety of options especially for vegetarians. They open at 11:00am, but they are not really punctual on the open time. Their hot food items weren’t ready, so we had o wait for 15 mins. If you are planning to visit this place, I would take into consideration about the time if you have anything planned after ex. A tour. Otherwise the food is quite nice. Nothing out of the ordinary.
27/06/2024: Great coffee and awesome lunch options! Very comfortable to sit and do some work or wait for your bus/train out of the city.
