07/02/2025: Pedí el "Pastel de los Pastores" y estaba extremadamente decepcionado. Demasiado ajo en polvo y dudoso "puré de patatas". Muy seco a pesar de añadir una jarra de "jus". Me fui 1/2. Si un restaurante tiene una cocina abierta, entonces los chefs al menos deben actuar profesionalmente. Fui testigo de tantas infracciones HACCP que fue aterrador. Picando comida y comiendo sin lavarse las manos. Rascarse el cabello sin lavarse las manos.

12/11/2025: Lovely pub, great atmosphere & great service Food was so nice. We got lots of different finger food and it was all beautiful. The pub itself is in a great location, beautiful decor, really clean. Overall it was a lovely evening

06/12/2025: The food was absolutely amazing and the service was just as impressive. The girl who served us was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional; both my husband and I commented on how lovely she was. However, we couldn’t help but notice the way some managerial staff were speaking to and treating the servers. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I found it very disappointing. I would never tolerate that kind of behavior toward my team, and it was disheartening to see such hardworking staff not being treated with the respect they deserve. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the food and service are fantastic and the staff deserves to be supported, not spoken down to.

01/11/2025: Not celiac friendly... Reason: cross contamination possible. I come here to have gluten free fries. I'm celiac it always was great. Last time I think I had the bottom of the cone of my take away chips and I think I accidentally ate that crispy onion that maybe isn't gluten free. BTW I asked my fries with rosemary salt + Garlic Aioli. So the sauce is gluten free chips too. So what I wanted to say I have symptoms for today sore belly and itchy hands.

31/10/2025: Restaurant was empty, starter, side and sauce was good, steak was terrible, fat not rendered, unseasoned and inedbile at times, i left half of the steak on the plate as was too chewy. Mentioned to the waitress and then witnessed the waitresses and the chefs have a very abrupt discussion about our comments and heard we do not give discount. For €100+ not worth it

24/11/2025: We were at the restaurant on Saturday. The food was very bad in my opinion; the maki rolls were disproportionately large with dry fish, and the fish of the day was frozen. The waiter was quite curt and rude. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

18/11/2025: Amazing place staff are super friendly and respectful. Food is fabulous. Little bit pricy but I definitely think it’s worth spending that bit extra just cause of how delicious the food is. You get to see all your meals prepared in front of you. Really cool experience if you want to experience Japan in Galway.

02/12/2025: Amazing Family/Kid friendly hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent food. Dinner and Breakfast, were both delicious. Would highly recommend, for a trip to Galway. Situated very close to the city centre, bars and shops. Will definitely return again!

18/11/2025: I had such a good time there. The service didn't have that extra mile, but wasn't bad as well. My food was tradicional and simple, fish and chips, although was great. Perfect fish. Crunch outside, soft inside and no oil excess. I recommend and would be back there.
