09/07/2025: Absolutely lovely place to stay over 😊. Warm friendly welcome 🙏 and everything you need is in your room. If you are visiting salthill this is the place to stay you have bars cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep, the seafront is down the road 😉,and you can walk to the city centre in 20 mins 😉, plus the leisureland centre is only round the corner and we went to see 👀 the Trad on the Prom that night 🌙, which is the highly acclaimed Irish song 🎵 and dance 🕺 show. Definitely a must 👌.

08/06/2025: I always drink a cappuccino or an iced latte, both are so delicious🥰 Every drink comes with a chocolate. And the staff here are simply amazing, super friendly😊
15/05/2025: Costly and absolutely disgusting, hot chocolate smelled bad and tasted bad as well as if there was a dead creature in it , cold coffee combinations absolutely horrendous, total waste of money.

24/06/2025: Ordered from this place last night and found
2 bones in my massaman curry which 1 got caught in my throat. I contacted deliveroo and there response was literally we try to deliver the best food possible and we appreciate your feedback so weather this info has been relayed to the restaurant or not I don't know so be ware of this place.. don't believe me see for yourself no one seems to want to take responsibility.

14/02/2025: A gin lover's dream! I absolutely loved that my hotel was a block away as I came here all 3 nights I visited Galway. They have so many different gins you can try and the bar tenders are very nice and suggest cool mixtures. I recommend visiting here at least once when visiting Galway!

14/07/2025: Staff is great and very helpful but Menu is confusing, I ordered a chilli cheese fries which came with jalapeño and it was sour, while ordering from the screen the picture shows fresh green chilli which I was expecting, it’s a difference between chilli and jalapeño. They change it with only cheese and the staff doesn’t know difference between jalapenos and chilly, again staff was nice and polite.

02/07/2025: Had a 10 day stay here. room was functional, and comfortable. We were out most of the time exploring the city. Restaurant Food was great and bar staff worked hard to please. Restaurant closes at 9 but fabulous bar tender prepares and serves the light menu. bus stop ten minute walk and bus 407 took us to Eyre Square. great experience

04/07/2025: Reception staff where by far the best I've every I countered at any hotel .The young girl in the coffee dock was genuinely so beautiful and kindness shown me and my autistic child when ordering was wonderful to see .I would highly recommend the hotel from start to finish and will be on my list on number one hotels to stay at when visiting Galway again
03/07/2025: Great hotel, very comfortable, spacious family room, friendly staff, great choice for breakfast. The kids loved the pancakes with Nutella. Dinner was also beautiful. Pool lovey and warm and good height if your short like me and trying to manage kids in armbands in the pool. Would highly recommend.

03/07/2025: Never ever go there , not even if it’s a last resort. We ordered calzone (which was burnt n undercooked at the same time), lamb pasta was overcooked and 0 flavour ( not even salt) the mushroom risotto also no salt and rice was undercooked. The kids pasta with cream was also 0 salt and flavor. Fish of the day was the only order which was partially edible. Safe your self don’t go.
