03/06/2026: The food is lovely as was the server, but it's fairly miserable to sit in. A couple of broken machines down the back and all the health and safety booklets were just thrown on a table down the back, and it's very dusty. The place could with some decoration to brighten it up and a good dusting.

05/08/2026: This community-led shop really punches above its weight! It sells so many great products - organic, locally produced and zero-waste. It's tucked away opposite Emmer Green Primary School near the 24 bus stop. Once I discovered it, I couldn't stay away. The staff and volunteers are really friendly and knowledgeable and there's always new products and delicious fresh produce available to try!

27/05/2026: Wasn’t aware of this gem until I was passing through and was pleasantly surprised with the wide ranch of goods for sale. Plenty of pick and mix and other produce. Staff were friendly and helpful.

03/07/2026: FRAUDULENT CHARGES post-stay! Do not stay here! Two weeks post checkout, I noticed an additional charge of nearly $1,000 on my account from this hotel where they claim something was broken in the room. The hotel never reached out to me prior to the charge. Nothing was broken in the room when we left. SAVE yourself the headaches and don’t stay here!

02/07/2026: BEWARE OF FRADULENT CHARGES! DO NOT STAY HERE! I've stayed in hotels well over 1,000 times for business and leisure over the past 30 years, and I've never experienced anything like this. After we checked out, the hotel placed a $700 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE on our credit card for an alleged broken item without contacting us first. THERE WAS NO BROKEN ITEM. We were never notified that there was an issue, given an opportunity to respond, or provided any evidence BEFORE THE CHARGE WAS PROCESSED. Whether this reflects poor management or a deeply concerning billing practice, guests should be aware that charges may be placed on their cards without prior notice. WE WERE FORCED TO DISCOVER THE CHARGE OURSELVED AND DISPUTE IT AFTER THE FACT. BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY HERE - Make sure to monitor your post-stay credit card charges and video your room condition upon checkout. Based on how this was handled, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

06/08/2026: New owners and they’re getting things figured out. Some food was not cooked completely. Not an awesome experience. But I’m sure they’ll get better.

04/08/2026: Had a quick afternoon bite to eat. Given table and waited 10 mins to order. The wild Atlantic sandwich was crab & smoked salmon on brown bread with chips and small salad. It was very tasty. No alcohol served due to ownership change. The toilets need a lot of attention. Friendly but slow service. Food good. Toilets 👎. In no rush back I'm afraid 😟

24/08/2026: The food was okay, but the dishes lacked a bit of flavor. Small portions for the price. Slow service. The waiter wasn't friendly. He seemed rushed and completely inattentive to the customers. The service was a shame.

18/07/2026: Truly excellent pizza, no complaints there. Cooked well, with carefully selected, quality ingredients. The dough wasn't up to par, it was very overcooked, and the taste was so-so—a shame. But if you mistake it for a pizzeria, it's perfectly fine.

09/05/2026: They were sampling some of the pizza out in the square and it was quite good. We decided to try out the restaurant. Tried ordering several things, but the first 3 things we tried to order were out. Finally ordered a pizza and a salad. Friends with us had ordered a pizza. Theirs came so much before ours that they had finished it and the waitstaff was looking to clear the table, but we hadn't received even our salad yet. When the food came, it was quite good, but the combination of the extreme delay, the items that were out, and the lack of timing is going to be problematic for this restaurant.

07/08/2026: Not enough people for providing service. One person doing all service, billing, order taking etc. Went on weekday with with children and friends and made wait for more than 50 min. The starters served at the end and missed order made at very beginning. Family came with elders also seemed leaving due to waiting so long. Customer time is also valuable. Hope management will look into the issue.

04/08/2026: Editing my review after few months. The place has gone down, smells oily when we enter. Ordered chicken kizhi parota the other day and when it arrived the meat looked not like chicken! Then asked the sever about it before eating it he confirmed that it’s chicken! Took a bite and it was red meat! Guess what I got served beef! Beef! Yes beef! Due to my religious Belief I am not allowed to eat it but they made me eat it! Never going back again! Big thumbs down 👎

24/08/2026: Painfully underwhelming. Despite 3 staff members present, we had to get their attention every time, despite only 1 other table of 2 present in the restaurant. The lobster was tasteless and far from fresh. My side of ‘buttery greens’ was a bowl of green peas drowning in a pool of butter and though I ordered a baked potato, what I got was a garlic baguette - which was actually the tastiest part of the meal. Cannot see myself returning but will try the Dublin location and hope for a better experience.

25/08/2026: I was looking for a quick dinner nearby, no particular expectation. The menu is quite extensive but don't let it scare you. The food was really tasty, the staff incredibly welcoming and nice, I'd recommend 100%. Thank you for such a warm welcome!

09/08/2026: Loads of choice, including vegetarian options. All available as take-away as well as eat-in. Friendly service. Good price. Highly recommend.

30/08/2026: LtdMcCambridge's of Galway Ltd is a historic family-run delicatessen, fine food shop and wine shop, founded in 1925. Located in the heart of Galway City, it has been a true reference point for lovers of good food for around a century.

22/08/2026: Was queueing at the coffee dock this morning, driver of a bus (tour) company was ahead, service was relatively slow, however had accepted this as few staff in mornings. Queueing patiently when male member of staff proceeded to direct customers queueing at main checkout over and said he would serve them first. Left and won't return.

26/04/2026: Way too expensive. Had to pay around 20€ for just two chocolate strawberries cups that were almost empty

29/03/2026: Ordered dubai chocolate strawberries and a smoothie bowl with strawberry granola, strawberries, chocolate chips and the ocean smoothie. The dubai chocolate strawberries were ok. No problem with that, but the acai bowl tasted bad. It tasted very dull and like it was diluted with water. I usually get acai bowls but this didnt taste good. I asked for a refund or possibly, a food swap kindly, and they said they couldn't. Very dissapointed since i spent 10 euros on the bowl when i only had 1 spoon.

14/09/2026: Ordered a chocolate Oreo cookie came to me with pure sand of a cookie payed 5 euro for it to be just barely edible and had to wait for about 10 minutes as serving was so slow with about 2 people in the Que

30/08/2026: The Starbucks Galway Eyre Square is centrally located within the Eyre Square Shopping Centre. It's a popular café with students and tourists, known for its spacious, two-level layout, with a seating area upstairs and an outdoor space overlooking the square.
