13/07/2025: Poor food and service, a group of 10 and everyone was disappointed. Food was not fresh, overcooked and lacked flavour. The hotel appears nice, but the restaurant doesn’t match this quality. The tables were set incorrectly, long waits for any requests and multiple mistakes in the orders.

17/05/2025: Today it was crowded, noisy and on such a hot day. The air conditioning didn't work. We were forced to go to a nearby Asian restaurant. It might be a euro or two more expensive there, but we're willing to pay for the coziness. Up until now it was usually quieter and more intimate. We managed to enjoy the food. I like the dumplings and different types of duck

09/08/2025: Don't bother it's not nice. Spice bag is full of sugar. Yummy wok is the nicest Chinese in Galway city

14/06/2025: Ordered from just eat. Egg fried rice missing. Order notes not followed to 2 other items inedible. Really disappointing first experience. 3 stars for the chicken balls and satay sauce those were delicious!

10/08/2025: Card machine not working, but no problem I have some cash: extremely slow at taking the order and unprofessional. The guy didn't know what he was doing and the girl helping him was just sipping a milkshake while lazily trying to help the guy. We waited half an hour for two smash burgers. They came CARBONIZED like the meat was just crunchy and there was thick black oil dripping from them like if the grill hadn't been cleaned properly or something, tasted bad too because of that oil. Chips nothing special, they had no seasoning on them. A smash burger and chips is 15€, and this is the quality and service... Happy I tried it but I won't go back.

07/06/2025: Ordered directly from restaurant website. Food arrived 45mins late. Tried contacting restaurant numerous times with no answer. Terrible service. Below average food. Would not recommend.

13/07/2025: Had a small inconvenience when I ordered with Just Eat when I got mayo instead of ketchup (im allergic to mayo), but I got my refund and re-ordered my sandwich and recieved it within the same hour, love the note too! Thank you for understanding!

18/06/2025: Left notes on my order, they were ignored, rang the establishment to try get some help and got none.

26/04/2025: Ordered online on the 13th of April - got no confirmation email but didn’t think much of it went to collect food about 20mins later and the place was closed……it was a Sunday and around 5:30/6pm frustrating but what’s worst is we got charged for the food ordered even though they were not open!!!!

02/04/2025: Obviously closed before 8.40 on a Wednesday night as they kept hanging up on my call. All I wanted was a bag of chips 😅

02/05/2025: Went in when the door was open and no staff to be seen. Google mentioned that the cafe was open until 4pm, and this was 3pm. Eventually when someone appeared, she was very rude and seemed affronted that I came in to the cafe. The door was wedged open and music playing loudly inside and there was still someone sitting at a table having coffee. Would not go back if that’s the reception and matches with most of the reviews here.

21/03/2025: We dined in for breakfast with some work colleagues and upon paying the waitress was annoyed and rolled her eyes when a receipt was requested and continued to tap her nails on the counter when entering email for receipt. A bit of courtesy and politeness isn't hard.

06/09/2025: We had such a flavorful experience at the restaurant! 😋 The meal started off beautifully with a hot, comforting soup served as a welcome drink — a thoughtful touch that set the tone right away. The lamb and beef biriyani were the real highlights: fragrant rice, perfectly spiced, and packed with tender pieces of meat that just melted in the mouth. The porotta was soft, flaky, and the perfect partner to the rich and creamy butter paneer masala, which had just the right balance of spice and sweetness. Every dish felt freshly prepared and full of care. Altogether, it was a hearty, satisfying spread that left us happy and full. Definitely a spot worth revisiting for anyone who loves good, flavorful food! 🍲🍛🥘

27/07/2025: My gf and I attended this place Saturday evening. We fancied a pizza and a drink and decided to go here. I ordered a pepperoni, sweetcorn, and bacon pizza while my gf ordered a gluten free pepperoni, salami, and spicy beef pizza. The pizzas arrived and we could see right off the bat there was no salami on her pizza and there was also onions (she is allergic to onions). I walked up to the counter to tell them the issue that no salami was on her pizza and she's allergic to onions. They told me the spicy beef is mixed with onions which is not stated on the menu or said by staff when ordering. They asked me to bring the pizza up to them so they can see (I got the feeling they thought we were lying for some reason). I brought it up and they asked what toppings she would like on her 'new' pizza? I said pepperoni and salami just. Her pizza arrived under 10 mins later and to our surprise no salami again on it , this time just pepperoni and we could tell it was the same pizza with the beef taken off. We looked at eachother and just left. I don't genuinely write a review if it's not positive but for €50 I think it's a must if this is the service you are getting. I can safely say we will never be going back to this establishment again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

18/08/2025: Ordered food here at 11:30 tonight still haven’t received it at 10 to 1 nd they are closed so can’t get through it’s paid for aswell

10/08/2025: 👎🏼the most terrible dinner, we ordered a mixed box, it was so salty, as if they had dipped it in salt, there was no reaction to our complaint, no one even wanted to eat it, it went in the trash
