20/02/2025: Chips were not crispy which is odd as this is their flagship dish. Chicken was southern fried but spice was very mild. I would expect southern fried chicken to be crispy. This was soggy. Ate in as it was my only option. Music was far too loud and seemed to be on for the benefit of the staff rather than the customers. Certainly not my choice of music nor my choice of chippers.

13/02/2025: Having visited before we went recently as visiting Clonakilty. They no longer serve fish & chips which is odd.and appears to be under new management. The prices have increased again, and it has to be the most expensive fast food outlet in County Cork. €7,50 for 5 chicken goujons , no chips/ no drink. Wow… When they came out we basically got 5 chicken nuggets, I complained but got no satisfaction, with the guy just walking away and stayed out the back. My kids were still hungry after the 5 nuggets so we went elsewhere in the town for proper chips 🍟 Avoid avoid avoid..

22/09/2024: What a beautiful little cafe! We shared the pate, it was so light and delicious. The toast was homemade and again delicious. They serve local produce. The price is very fair and the surroundings are very comfortable with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely come back on my next visit.
