20/03/2025: Food was delicious and the staff were really friendly. Great atmosphere. Would definitely go back just for the mushroom risotto!

16/03/2025: Shabby dim lit place long wait at the bar being hustled for drinks. They have 3 dinner sittings per evening !! One tiny croquette entree was 15 euro. There was no lobster in it !! Beef brisket was way too salty a black charred wide edge. Since we were asked how it was, i said it was salty but waitress said i should have said earlier. .. .. tiny serve of fish pie. We'd just received our wine and were asked if we wanted some more ! Our vegetables came in sharing bowl for the table. Since we weren't with family it was not good. Celeriac gratin and tart tatin was just ok. Was not impressed by 240 eu bill. Thanks to waitress from Mulcahy suggestion, our evening before at no. 35 restaurant was absolutely fantastic food, service and very very comfortable. Thanks to waitress from Mulcahy suggestion we go there.

26/03/2025: Tuvimos un baile en el Brewhouse para una despedida de soltera el fin de semana de Paddy. La comida y los cócteles eran fabulosos, agradable ambiente frío durante el día y el personal era muy amable también. Volvimos allí más tarde en la noche de nuevo para bailar toda la noche, con una banda en vivo y DJ después, gran craic! Kurtis era brillante para tratar, me respondió en cualquier pregunta muy rápidamente en todo momento. Muy recomendable ✨ Dara : )

25/03/2025: Had a delicious breakfast there after a night out in the lovely town of Kenmare. The Brewhouse also has live music every night! Great place to be, anytime of the day.

30/04/2025: Irish style pub, we stopped here to eat and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We ordered two burgers, one with lamb and the other with beef. The bread was fragrant, the meat very tasty and we really enjoyed the hand-cut chips. Informal and very fast service. All accompanied with excellent live music.

28/04/2025: Outstanding service and food. Top of my list for places to eat and drink in Kenmare. The staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough to accommodate you, especially Meg who is the star of the show! We had a really exceptional experience at PF McCarthy's and cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. 10/10

27/04/2025: We were there yesterday and sat outside on the terrace with our dog - the weather wasn't ideal, but we had our dog with us and wanted to have her with us too. That wasn't a problem either. The staff was very friendly and even brought us a dog bowl with water, which our dog gratefully accepted. One of us went in to order and a waiter brought our food out pretty quickly. The food was delicious and plentiful. Accordingly, the slightly higher price was completely justified. It was quite crowded and loud inside, so we had a lot more peace outside. We didn't make a reservation either and just thought we'd give it a try as we drove past.

22/04/2025: Llegamos a Kenmare y nos alegramos de nuestro be&be recomendado Casey's. La comida era deliciosa. Mi amigo tenía la suela negra y todavía está delirando al respecto. Tenía el Korma que era perfecto. Y encantado de descubrir que los propietarios tienen familia en Boston! Recomiendo encarecidamente una parada en Casey's!

04/05/2025: The moment you walk down the driveway and see the fairy lights twinkling and the candlelight glowing , you know you’re in for a real treat. The atmosphere is cheerful , the staff so welcoming and friendly, the food is superb. I know there are many very good restaurants in Kenmare and sometimes it feels like there is TOO much choice. But having been to the Lime Tree I can honestly say that it’s the pick of the bunch. The atmosphere, the lovely staff , the quality and the presentation of the food are second to none. Eating here is a memorable experience. They’ve managed to tick all the boxes , and I love the fact that it’s owned and run by a family all working together as a team to make your night special. I cannot wait to go back.

10/04/2025: A family gathering-11 of us in total. Three generations at the table and our experience was amazing from the moment we entered the door. Service was exemplary, menu was excellent, quality of food was YummyLicious…loved every minute and morsel this beautiful restaurant. We’ll be back!!

15/04/2025: This is a wonderful warm and friendly hotel. The room was spotless,the food and breakfast were cooked to perfection and the welcome and service from the staff was outstanding.Kenmare remains a jewel but Davitts is the place to stay.
