21/06/2026: To David and The staff at Davitts Guesthouse Kenmare. Myself And my friend stayed for the weekend at Davitts for my best friends Wedding. And from start to finish, we had the most welcoming and friendliest experience. The room was so comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was such a lovely homemade start to our day. We had the pleasure of meeting with David the owner. Such a gentleman. He kindly drove us to Kilarney Train Station to make sure we got the train home safe. We would highly recommend Davitts Guesthouse Kenmare for your Next Stay and ours. Thank You for Everything and we will return soon to the Kingdom đ âď¸ Jennifer Duggan And Kay Moore
15/06/2026: Dogs aren't allowed in the inside bar but they have a good sized beer garden at the back (accessible from the street behind) which is dog friendly. And if you're solo with dogs - as I was - you can order and pay from your table

I had the Beef Wellington and my husband had the Beef Brisket, and both were absolutely outstanding â beautifully cooked, full of flavour and honestly some of the nicest food weâve had in a long time.
Kenmare is lucky to have such an amazing resturant in the town. Weâll definitely be back again soon and would highly recommend Mulcahyâs to anyone looking for a really special meal.

13/08/2026: First time at this lovely restaurant, the atmosphere was amazing, the layout of the restaurant was very open. The staff were friendly and they looked after my family well , the service was excellent our food came out in good time . The starter was potato peels , they were crispy, crunchy and bite sized. The main was the beef wellington it was cooked to perfection tender , juicy and soft . For dessert the lemon curd was smooth and creamy with a bit of sourness from the raspberry sauce but the two sauces balance each other and the crème brÝlÊe had silky vanilla custard which was smooth and sweet. Overall we had a great experience at this restaurant .

The food is pretty much the same as in any other pub, but having tried several, including three in Kenmare, this one really stands out for the quality of its ingredients. Plus, it's cheaper than other pubs. They have a great live band playing Irish-style pop-rock covers. The pork ribs with homemade BBQ sauce were absolutely excellent. The service was a little slow, but that's a welcome change from other pubs where you're rushed through!

10/07/2026: Easily the best meal we had on our trip through various towns in Ireland. The food was amazing and the waitstaff and owner were so kind and accommodating. Cannot recommend highly enough!

15/07/2026: Wonderful stay at ODonnabhainâs. The hosts, Jer and Vanessa, along with the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable during our 3 night stay. Perfectly located in Kenmare, day trips to the Ring of Kerry and the Beara were possible.
15/07/2026: Gluten pizza which was v.nice for a random pub. Service was ok, you order from an app but it was lovely sitting in the pub garden in the sun.

13/07/2025: Esta fue nuestra primera experiencia cenando en The Horseshoe despuĂŠs de muchos aĂąos de simplemente "tomar bebidas" en este popular pub de Kenmare. En busca de mejillones con salsa picante los encontramos en Horseshoe. Una salsa de chile y chorizo que estaba perfecta. Los mejillones estaban cocinados en su punto justo, de modo que todos menos uno se abrieron, pero permanecieron regordetes y sabrosos en la salsa picante que estaba distribuida uniformemente sobre ellos. He probado porciones mĂĄs grandes de mejillones en otros pubs, pero rara vez una salsa picante con mucho cuerpo que te pidiera que comieras la salsa que quedaba como sopa despuĂŠs de haber comido todos los mariscos. Nuestro mayor cumplido siempre es: "Volveremos".
10/06/2025: Gran lugar. Parece un restaurante una vez que estĂĄs en la puerta, no dejes que esto te desanime. Muy agradable. Gran stout. Muy agradable, personal amable. ComĂ unas pintas antes y luego volvĂ para la cena, que estaba delicioso.

02/05/2025: Cerrado mientras estaba en lĂnea dijo que estaba abierto. Muy desagradable bienvenida por el propietario que estaba limpiando y provocativamente dijo que no todo en la vida sucede en lĂnea. No se recomienda!
10/04/2025: Servicio de primera calidad y lo mĂĄs importante, comida de primera calidad. Probablemente uno de los mejores lugares en los que he comido. La baguette de pollo es mi favorita. AdemĂĄs el Guinness es 10 / 10.
