10/09/2025: Very quaint. Food was wonderful. We had the bruschetta, minute steak, Irish coffee, and a glass of wine. Dinners were served with a side of veggies. The minute steak was superb. The peppercorn sauce was delicious as well. Our waitress was very helpful and ordered us a cab when it was time to leave.
09/09/2025: It was recommended to us by our hotel. We had a wonderful dinner with very tender and really good meat, the price was normal.

16/07/2025: Don’t usually write reviews but the service here today was fantastic. We arrived on a rainy day, 4 adults and 5 kids. (One with allergies) the waiter was exceptional and really went above and beyond. Didn’t get his name but was young anbd in blue shirt and either supervisor or manager. It got really busy as we were leaving with tour buses and he was trying his best for everyone as well as attending patiently to a large group of older guests. Food was excellent and the kids enjoyed.

We had a fish which had a delicious taste and beautifully presented.
The staff is very friendly and professional
15/07/2025: We had a fantastic dinner here. The ambiance is authentic and very pleasant. The service was exceptionally attentive and very friendly. We had a wonderful carrot soup for starters and the fish for the main course. Everything was perfect. It couldn't have been better.

26/03/2025: Food was beyond fantastic. Honestly we were surprised that we had some of the best pasta we had ever had in this hotel restaurant in Tralee.
The cannelloni was absolutely to die for. Drink options were varied and extensive.
Would love to come back here if only for the food.
24/01/2025: Arrived at this restaurant after walking out of Gallys where we were kept waiting twenty minutes and still nobody came to take our order in an empty restaurant so left.Food was amazing and Service was excellent, very efficient waitresses who were friendly and attentive.Food was beautiful, steak sandwich was very tasty and nice to find a strip loin steak in my steak sandwich and not grizzle like some places ,Guinness was good ,my Partner had Chicken which she enjoyed and everything was served warm and fresh.The cheesecake desert was the only dull moment ,a bit tasteless and if not for the caramel sauce would have been brutal .Nice to come out midweek and get nice decent food and drink with proper service.Menu selection is far superior to Gallys with alot more choice and better value.

11/08/2025: Rooms were aged and service was spotty (receptionist often missing from the lobby).
10/08/2025: Central location but noisy! Our room facing the street was excruciatingly loud during the night. The source of the noise was a club or pub with noisy guests and roaring cars. Otherwise, the room was clean and OK. Breakfast was poor and lacked freshness. However, the staff was friendly and the service was good.

19/08/2025: Nice fish and chips €19 sit in or €13 for outside, I went outside and still got moved from outside 👎
16/08/2025: They tried to make me pay more than I owed them, see the attached pic. Pay attention. And the waitress were rude, even after I confronted them on their "mistake", faking smile behind her words "I am terrriibly sorry".
Fish and chips were not even fresh and not cooked as described in the menu. The fries were still cold inside.
The price was way too high for the quality and quantity anyway.
