The best restaurantsof irish in Adare

24/04/2025: Pat Collins is a casual bar and restaurant on Main Street, Adare. The front room is largely tables for dinner and lunch. The drinkers tend to head to the back. When we ate dinner there, it was 90% locals. I imagine that in the summer, it becomes more touristy. Menu is simple. I had the roasted veggie bruschetta and the fusilli pasta. Good bar food. Check it out if in town.

18/04/2025: Great, welcoming, friendly service. Bringing drinks to the table. The atmosphere is great, good lighting and comfortable booths to sit in. I didn’t get a chance to eat here but the Murphy’s is top. 🔝 🤎 🍺

27/04/2025: The hotel gardens are really lovely. Staff were friendly. The whole place could do with a good valet. For a room that was classified as a Superior Room at a cost of €185.00, it smelled stuffy as we entered. We couldn't leave the windows open to leave in some fresh air as we were on the ground floor and the windows didn't have a half open locking mechanism. The bed was very comfortable. There was mould on the grout on the tiles around the bath, the waste bin in the bathroom was rusty. The carpets were sticky to walk on. The breakfast was inedible. The black and white puddings were like they had been cooked the night before and kept warm. I couldn't cut into them, they were so hard. The whole breakfast was overcooked and felt like it was kept warm. We were down at 10am for our breakfast so it wasn't leftovers. How this hotel or breakfast is rated as a 4 star, I cannot understand.

23/04/2025: Aunt Lena's Pub is an institution in Adare, County Limerick. Truly, it is a LOCAL pub in one of the prettiest villages in Ireland. It has been named the "Irish Pub of the Year" in Ireland in 2023. Visitors will find patrons of all ages here. Suggest that tourists should blend into the local scene. Menu is pub food. The craic is grand so if you do not like noise this may not be the place for you. Often, there is live music in the backroom. Please enjoy.

15/04/2025: Nice breakfast, I love that they don't smash the avocado. They slice it up instead. It would be a nice touch to add a lime wedge or some balsamic vinegar to it. The service was friendly. Good spot to take a break from heavy adare traffic.

29/04/2025: Particular place in a characteristic house with a thatched roof, we stopped for tea and dessert, excellent cake, price appropriate to standards.

04/04/2025: The food here was absolutely delicious, It's rare you have such a perfectly seasoned beef burger. Will definitely be coming here again on the next day trip to Adare.

22/04/2025: This is a lovely little restaurant that is owned by a married couple that worked in high end hospitality in Chicago. Adare is a very pretty village, sometimes called one of the prettiest villages in Ireland. The foods is very good. My wife had the French Onion Soup as a starter, I had the Lentil and Mushroom Bolognese pasta and my wife had the short ribs. the owner Elaine stopped bye to chat which was lovely. Highly recommend if you are in Adare.

21/04/2025: The food is Michelin star worthy!! Flavorful, beautiful, high quality food served with care and excellent service. It was a bit pricy but worth every penny! Everyone in our party of five loved their meals. Highly recommend!!

23/04/2025: Best hotel in Dingle for Adults. No pool, no gym, no children. Great location, superb breakfast. Expensive but so is everything in Dingle.

22/04/2025: We were in Dunraven for two nights with family Our rooms fabulous and spotless Beds incredible The food outstanding but above all the staff treated us as if we were their most important guests ever I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel Mairead and Tom Dempsey
