24/05/2023: Me and my boyfriend came here to celebrate our anniversary and Monica who served us was a great lady with a great personality!! She was very welcoming and mended the meal to our liking which we really appreciated! I wish we had a Monica at every restaurant we went to! She made our day a little bit
more special:) The food here is so so so good as well! Definitely would recommend to others and definitely will come again☺️☺️

O' Neills Bistro
23/04/2023: 7 of us had a meal at O’Neills last-night to celebrate a birthday. It was faultless from start to finish. Great variety in the menu, we all went for something different and it was all delicious. Very friendly staff, hats off to Kenny and Trish, excellent service.

Food was very tasty and piping hot, just the way we like it. Great fish and chips. It was really busy with large event bookings going on when we arrived. We were still accommodated for straight away. The service staff are very efficient and friendly. We'll done to kitchen staff also. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

19/05/2023: I had a wonderful stay here for three days and three nights. The staff, the food, location and room were excellent. I was particularly delighted to discover their coffee - it's brewed locally, in Waterford, and is utterly delicious. I had a problem with the noise of the kitchen extractor fans just outside my window on the first night - I'm a light sleeper; but staff were helpful and happy to find me a quieter room. In fact, the staff were the key element, cheerful and helpful at every turn. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning at some stage.
