30/07/2025: Avoid at all costs! Zero stars if I could.
Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, overpriced!
Staff more interested in texting, chatting- had to go into back room to ask for someone to take order even though they could see a queue of people waiting! Forgot part of order and pretty miffed when asked if could have it. No vegetarian options but “we could take the ham off the the ham and cheese sandwich”.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Lots of cafes and restaurants outside the castle to go to!

17/09/2024: Primera vez decepcionado con los toppers en el Lyrath.
Decidí darme un capricho, así que vine a almorzar rápido.
Pedí las alitas de pollo, como de costumbre, pero esta vez no me impresionó.
Las "alas", más muslos que alas, estaban carbonizadas y muy, muy duras y masticables. La salsa también estaba mucho más picante de lo normal. Me dieron una muestra de una nueva adición de menú, tiras de calamares. Estos fueron muy sabrosos y voy a tenerlos en el futuro en lugar del pollo. La ensalada tipo col que los acompañaba, sin embargo, olía y tenía un sabor "off", le dije al camarero, así que con suerte lo pasó a la cocina antes de que se sirviera a otros clientes.
30/04/2024: What a great surprise! We visited Tupper's for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. I had the slow cooked pork belly and my wife had the curry and we shared a dessert. From start to finish it was delicious...far better than you'd normally expect for a hotel bar....even a five star hotel bar - but we'd heard great reports and they weren't wrong. The food was restaurant quality but served in much more relaxed surroundings - and there was a great selection. Ideal for lunch. A special mention for Alex the bar manager and Lydia on the hotel reception who was extremely helpful and professional. We'll be back - and intend to be over the coming days.

20/12/2023: Had breakfast here 1 morning.
It was fine. I had the "full Irish". I think it would have been nicer if it had been cooked to order - but everything, apart from the fried eggs, was pre cooked.
But Mary was lovely.
18/10/2023: Great little cafe with great food, very clean and very friendly staff

16/06/2025: Muy decepcionado. Tenía muchas ganas de desayunar. Pedí la opción Desayuno 2. Las salchichas eran minúsculas, las dos rebanadas de tocino estaban tan crujientes que parecían 2 orejas de cerdo en el plato. Por 14 €. 85 realmente era muy mala relación calidad-precio. Rip Off Ireland está vivo y bien

08/03/2025: Asistí aquí recientemente por mi cumpleaños de nietas. Para ser honesto, la impresión inicial no fue favorable . . la decoración del restaurante está cansada y también hacía frío allí. Sin embargo, me sorprendió gratamente la comida que era excelente. Mi grupo de seis estaba satisfecho con sus comidas individuales. También mencionaré al personal que fue tan atento y amable , a pesar de que los pedidos para llevar estaban ocupados . Como se mencionó era el cumpleaños de mis hijas y se proporcionó un pastel (además de vela por supuesto ), para su sorpresa y deleite. No te preocupes demasiado por la decoración , la comida en cualquier restaurante es primordial y no te decepcionará. !
