01/05/2026: Ordered mixed doner and chicken kebab + naan bread. Food was great. Hoping more veggies next time. Fast delivery, it came 35 minutes early.

28/03/2026: There is zero quantitie to quality ratio , €36 for a meal deal for two with sides ! .
The pizza was erm basically like a cracker texture with minimal cheese or sauce with Zero taste , as for the sides erm best way to describe it would be lidil frozen food quality (cheap but not cheerful)
I should of questioned the place , not one soul in it on a Saturday night very strange , I won't be returning customer.
Domino's should be embarrassed with the lack of quality. Save your money and avoid .

Best Choice pizza&kebab

03/04/2026: After ordering food and waiting over an hour for it to come through just eat it never arrived and was neither placed on my door step, as seen in the pictures below. After calling the store they then told me it was outside which it never was I even checked twice. I am asking you for a full refund before taking this further as I am extremely dissapointed 30€ just wasted and never even arrived I even have a ring doorbell on my door for evidence if i have to pursue this matter further thank you
15/03/2026: Amost 20 mins waiting on a chicken wrap. Had to leave as I had no more time. If I didn't leave I'd have to wait an hour for the next train home. Wasted 8 euro and will now have to spend more money on dinner. I gave you 3 stars for the previous 3 visits that were fast and efficient. But today wasn't good enough. Wasted time and money. I can't afford to be wasting money, everything is expensive enough as it is these days. The guy told me 1 more minutes it's ready. 1 more minute and I miss my train. I'm not waiting an hour for another train because it took so long to make a wrap. Just not good enough lads.

Try offering my money back rather than a generic crappy reply with an email address. I paid money and received terrible service. I also received nothing for my money. Try better.

06/03/2026: Very poor service and food here..I regularly order pizza from Apache and to be honest the service and delivery is just getting worse.
Lin who owns the place seems to get involved and is very ignorant when speaking in the phone. It's my second time ordering where items are missing and food is cold when it arrives.
I have ordered here for the last few years but it is get worse the longer it goes on..someone who does the franchise for Apache should review
Just to add to whom ever replies from Apache Ireland..ringing the restaurant to complain does nothing. They promise things to be fixed or free pizza next time but never do either

05/01/2026: Second food poisoning from this place! Never again. There is something wrong with your sweet and sour sauce. We are very sick for the second time after eating that food!!!! Do you use gone off sauce or was it frozen for way too long?

We ordered from Ruchi Portlaoise last night, and it was a disappointing experience. The delivery driver didn’t even call and gave our food to someone else in the opposite apartment. After 45 minutes of waiting, we called, and he kept repeating that he’d delivered it to ‘some lady,’ offering no apology. He first said he’d deliver replacement food tomorrow, but when we asked what we were supposed to eat at 10 PM (we ordered at 9pm) he agreed to reorder and deliver. The replacement arrived in 15 minutes, but the quality was awful. The spicy chicken wings were half-cooked, tasteless, and just dusted with chili powder. The makhani chicken had watery gravy with hard chicken pieces, and the naan was undercooked. The egg fried rice was the only decent item. I’d like to speak to the owner about this. Overall, terrible service and food—avoid unless they improve.
25/03/2025: Food is one of the best . Everything is delicious and would highly recommend.
