09/07/2025: I tried the Hearty Italian bread and it was really good! The location is nice and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. Customer service was okay — not bad, but not outstanding either. One thing that definitely needs improvement is the bathroom — it really needs a working lock on the door.
18/05/2025: Just got 3 foot longs to take away and all were day old bread from yesterday, stale!!! NOT FRESH, Subway standards have really fallen in Ireland

Quigleys Cafe, Bakery & Deli

19/11/2025: Had a Seasonal Wrap at Quigleys recently and to say that it was of poor quality and tasteless is an understatement. It consisted mainly of stuffing and the edges of the wrap were burned.
I also purchased a soda bread loaf which had good taste but it is almost impossible to slice it. I tried an assortment of sharp knives to slice it but I was mostly left with broken pieces and lots and lots of crumbs.
I would suggest getting a bread slicer (like Lidl have) to overcome this problem
03/11/2025: Got an iced matcha today. Looked and tasted like a cup of milk with matcha powder granules floating on top. Not worth you money.

23/09/2025: Rude man behind counter. Wouldn't let us use toilet. Only 1 type of bread no meat balls shop was smelly. Food was horrible. Said it was take away only. At 5pm in evening.

26/10/2025: Best meal we had in Ireland! Has this meal door dashed tonight and we were very happy! Kabob was flavorful, the chips and chicken sandwich were so crispy! Delivery driver was great!
13/09/2025: I recently visited Prime Pizza. The pizza itself was okay, though I’ve had better elsewhere. One staff member who first assisted me was very friendly and went to the back to get my order, which I appreciated. However, when another staff member brought out my pizza, I pointed out that there was trash on the floor and on the table left by a previous customer, and I asked if it could be cleaned since I wanted to dine in. Instead of addressing it, he simply said it was from a previous customer and never cleaned it up. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Cleanliness is an important part of the dining experience, and I believe this is an area that needs improvement.

07/05/2025: I traveled from Cork to Limerick and stopped by O’Briens for lunch — and I’m so glad I did! I had the Powerhouse Salad and a cappuccino, and both were fantastic. The salad was the nicest I’ve ever had — so fresh and flavorful. The cappuccino was perfectly made, rich, and smooth. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a delicious and pleasant pit stop!

And when did ye stop doing the foam on top and just slapping it out like pic??

they take your money and serve you empty plain bread even after asking million times to put decent quantity of veggies. the staff is rude and make faces when you walk in

16/06/2025: Possibly the worst food I've ever had in Limerick.
One of the dishes only had 4 pieces of meat that were losts in the most bland watery sauce.
The chicken looked so old like it had been awoken from hibernation and had been grilled in a hurry to rush the order.
The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly but don't be fooled by this.
06/06/2025: Stale chips and roti bread..used rice swapped from another tub..very little lamb in bhuna..awful food this place seriously needs to be investigated

I asked for chicken chow mein they sent me some dry tiny pieces of chicken no sauce the starter of the skewers in a bag not a tray badly packed so disappointed only thing was good about it all was the driver was very nice

14/02/2025: Had a long wait time for take away coffees - very overpriced - 6 euro for an icing sugared almond flake croissant. Squeezing prices to the absolute limit. 27 euro for three pastries. Killing the golden goose.

01/06/2025: We were eating our food and we found a hair in our tenders and the cutlery weren't even washed but the food was quite good. But I left disappointed.
10/02/2025: Food was fine, hot, tasty, fresh.
When you are asked to wait until you are seated...a " Hello" would be good... but the guy seemed busy and pointed to the table, dropped the menu and got back to his JUST EAT orders.
The inside wasn't busy .. but takeaway was flying. Good for them! But when a client is actually there... wouldn't it be good if we took priority? After all, they were not sacrificing a % of my bill to Just Eat.
The burger was excellent... combo fries ok.. and coke was fizzy.. not always a guarantee these days.
Toilets were clean but hot taps had no hot water, hand dryer didn't work so .. after food you eat with your hands.. my hands were difficult to clean. Paper towels were provided but the dispenser was broken. Come in lads.. if that's what a client can see.. what's it like behind the scenes!
The FOH guy was very friendly when not bombarded with phone calls and takeaway orders... he deserves a medal..
Managers... get your act together.
An American diner has staff serving tables... you'd stand out from the deluge of chicken shacks etc on O Connell street
I'd have ordered coffee... dessert... and upped my spend.. but the phone orders were far more demanding than an actual client at an actual table and your guy isn't an octopus.
Yes, I'd go again as the food was good... but get your bathrooms sorted and prioritise your walk ins over phone ins.
