01/01/2026: It was a kebab and garlic cheese chips it was cold and absolutely dirt it was manck

05/10/2025: Service was efficient and prices are ok but the kebab gave me food poisoning

24/09/2025: Security were very helpful however drinks were very expensive. (Guinness crept up to 11 euro) Dance floor was good vibes however very cramped and felt very uncomfortable, toilets were also disgusting

13/07/2025: I expected better. All patrons were asked for ID, I am very clearly over 30, and this unnecessarily slowed down the queue. Overall, a good night club, good vibes, good music. Nice areas and a cool photo booth. The drinks however 🤢 I was drinking pints of Moretti, and out of the many pints I had I received two that tasted like vinegar, they were awful. The prices of the pints kept going up as well. When I first ordered a pint of Moretti it was around €7, by the end of the night it slowly crept to nearly €10 🙄 I can see why people prefer to drink at home these days.

09/07/2025: I tried the Hearty Italian bread and it was really good! The location is nice and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. Customer service was okay — not bad, but not outstanding either. One thing that definitely needs improvement is the bathroom — it really needs a working lock on the door.

18/05/2025: Just got 3 foot longs to take away and all were day old bread from yesterday, stale!!! NOT FRESH, Subway standards have really fallen in Ireland

03/04/2026: Delivery was faster than expected. I was told it would take between 1 and 1.5 hours, but the food arrived in 45 minutes to an hour. It was delivered by an awesome, friendly driver who apologized for any delay even though there was none. The service was professional and very good. He was an absolutely lovely and amazing driver who I think has been doing this job for years. Their response on the phone is also absolutely amazing; I will definitely order from this place again.

02/04/2026: I was told delivery would take.45 minutes to one hour, was almost one and half hour before my food arrived with a terrible, hostile driver with no apology for this long delay, very poor service unprofessional , absolutely scummy and nasty driver who I think has never done this job before. Will never order from this place again. Their response on the phone is absolutely horrible .

19/02/2026: Nice food to die for have to say fish is so nice and U get a good mount of chips my boyfriend had there burger and chips half pounder bacon cheese he loved it this place never fails always get good food from them the best around I would say there only let down was there onion rings they need to work on that there curry sauce delicious but over all food was nice

30/11/2025: Its Sunday 12 afternoon a line of approximately fifteen people out the door continuously. A beautiful nice girl is working the register. They do not have atleast two people working the register. The girl at the register keeps an amazing attitude she is very kind and nice. This is not fair to her or the customers that want to get their item's and go. There are approximately five other people making the coffee. To management this is not fair.

16/11/2025: Needs to be more efficient for people who just want to buy some of their chocolates instead of combining all customers into one queue which includes those waiting for food and drink in the cafe. There was a separate unattended till allegedly for customers wanting to just buy chocolate.

04/07/2025: Beautiful Indian food, the korma was one of the best I have had.Quick delivery , and food was piping hot! Poppadoms come with the works, very tasty!

22/05/2025: You can trust that the have no care for customer service. Service was tragically disappointing. I made an order through JustEat at 10PM May 4th and only got a call about the food arriving at 1.30AM. The owner as they addressed to me, as Mr Khan hesitantly apologised and said that the next order I make would be reimbursed. I have called since and the person who picked up the phone was not helpful at all. Telling they needed to confirm with the boss and they’d call me back in 10mins. They didn’t. I called them 20mins later asking about updates and the person on the other end just went silent and refused to speak. They further refused to give me their name and said there was essentially nothing to be done.

13/03/2026: Awful service. I ordered a delivery - the restaurant said it could be here in 17 minutes. 2 hours later and the food still hasn't arrived. I spoke to the restaurant several times on the phone and they gave me no update. They laughed when I said the food will be cold.

10/03/2026: Everyone behind the counter in Subway O’Connell street Limerick is genuinely so lovely. They’re all extremely polite and have never gotten my order wrong or made me a bad sub. The salad bar is always so fresh and inviting looking. But I’d give the staff 6 stars if I could. I live local and eat way too much subway, so I’ve definitely had a sub made by each staff member at this stage.

24/02/2026: Rude staff when I asked to use toilet after I finished my sub said only for customer and when I said I just did finish said she needs to clean and banged the door. Like just don't understand how is it fine to be so rude to customers who are paying a 13 euro for a sub

02/02/2026: Ordered for delivery. I live at max a 5 minute drive away from the place honestly I should of walked to collect it but it was raining and I wasn't bothered. Ordered 4 meals 4 dips and 4 cans receive No dips No cans and 2 of the meals was completely wrong. A snack box turned into chicken tenders with a handful of chips and a medium meat pizza turned into a small peperoni. It took 75 minutes to arrive and when I tried to ring back to complain I was hung up on and then my number was blocked ill never order from this place again. Stay well away much better options in limerick to get delivered and even if they are in the city it will be quicker

04/01/2026: i like the food all well and good, but i swear to god the amount of times i've had something ordered just for them to give me something entirely different instead is actually embarrassing. literal bare minimum, i can't even wrap my head around something like that happening more than once over the course of years, let alone on a regular basis
