28/12/2025: Not bad. I had fried rice with vegetables...very good. Quick.

14/10/2025: Spot is ok. Food is far away from good , rice dry , Pad Thai didn't see any tamarind sauce or very little. Size of portions is like for kids . Curry you can feel powder not mixed properly. Maybe it's cheap but i could pay a bit more to get proper portion size and good cooked food instead somehow. Maybe it's wok to go and never come back

03/01/2026: Ordered for collection by accident and paid, asked for refund but didn’t get one, they said the orders already been processed and I felt like the man on the phone was rude. 1 star, not worth it

02/12/2025: Ordered pizza here last night on app said 15-20 mins to be ready , Got there after 25 mins said 51 mins for my order. There was a few other people that were the same. I spoke with one of the staff saying the app said 15/20 mins and the system saying 49 mins. He replied that there no way the app saying 15 mins I had than screen shot and showed him at that he replied well their 10 orders before you so not my issue. I asked for my money back as want to cancel order were he relied I have to cancel on line and would take 5 days for my money to be returned. An absolute disgrace of a service and appalling customer service will never return there.

04/11/2025: Popped in today for a cappuccino and sausage roll and my dad had tea and cheesecake and it was very nice, will definitely return 😋

23/09/2025: I came at 5:23 and the doors were locked despite them supposedly being open until 5:30.

22/11/2025: The so called fresh cod is frozen with the batter already on and tastes disgusting not edible I gave it all back to call them selves a traditional fish and chip shop is an absolute disgrace

29/12/2025: I'm was in their last week and the door staff was totally unprofessional and stopped my friend as we go their frequently I was shocked and I mean this I'm not judging him but what would you expect from a 20 year old on a power trip.

07/11/2025: It's a typical gas station with not-so-low prices, but it's worth its salt. The cafe was a bit of a disappointment. The deli closed mid-afternoon, and the staff couldn't explain their hours. And here's a photo of the gas station next door. Now that's a real success.

06/08/2025: I’ve been to this Maxol location quite a few times. The customer service is always great, and the coffee and food are consistently good. However, the dining area really needs attention it’s often quite filthy and not well-maintained. It takes away from the overall experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness of the eating area, because everything else is on point.

15/11/2025: St. Johns is a very good hospital. Nice Nurces and you are not waiting hours in the Emergency. Compare to Dooradoyle UHL where, I have impression that ANE staff is doing trafic on purpose. You are wating in UHL ages for simple things like blood pressure tablet or quick check up. My friend with high blood pressure 230/123 refferd by his GP, got one medication to lower the pressure, after 6 hours waiting. But he got it just because his daughter started the argument with Zone A staff after 6 hours nonsens wating. He supposed to be check for blood pressuer after one hour off that tablet, and again there was noone to do it. He was completly ingnored same as other patents wating. So again his daugher has to have argument with the staff members to make them to check his blood pressure. Here I have to highlight that the Dooradoyle Emergency department has only two blood pressure maschines, and plently of nurses that wodernig around without any sense. Some of them have really lost faces, like they do not know where they are and what to do. Offcourse, the nurse who did the check up didn not mention a word to the patient, the daughter has to ask her how it is. So they have been told that the pressure is still high and in a moment the doctor will talk to them. After 8,5 hours spended in that hospital they left, as there was no doctor who had will to talk to them. Remember, if they are saying to you that "in a moment doctor will talk to you", you can be sure that this moment will last about 2 hours or more. They are ignorants whith dramatcally ogranside work, big mess behind the doctors desk in Zone A. Absolutley bad managemet and people who shouldn't work there at all, as this patent could be treated within max 1,5hour, if the medication would be given to him at the beginning when he arrived there, and if would be there one doctor who would serve only the patients marked green in their messy system. There is no need to keep people for 12 or more hours only to give them tblets or simple check up. That is causing only bigger traffic and doctors pretending that they are so very bussy. To be fer there was only one doctor who apperd really work , doing things like he should. So if you need to go to Emergency go to St. John's, as Dooradyle UHL is a one disaster.

02/10/2025: I was treated at the local injury unit for a facial wound that needed stitches. Dr. Azza was brilliant, very professional and reassuring. The whole team was great, kind and helpful. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wish them all the best.

15/02/2026: Food always cold, staff is making lots of mistakes in orders and management doesn't take responsibility for that. Arrogant and unprofessional service

28/01/2026: Food is always stone cold. Always. It’s actually shameful. Everytime I ask please can you make sure it’s hot, they reply like I’m an idiot, and tell me to check is it hot before I leave, which I usually do, however the food should be hot??? That’s the point, why should a customer have to check that the hot food they ordered is actually hot? The burgers are like rubber and the fries taste like they have been sitting there for days. It really is the worst McDonalds. It’s INEDIBLE

21/02/2026: Ordered Supermacs from Just Eat. Missed the call for delivery by 1 minute. Tried calling back to no avail & messaged the driver...Equally poor response. Called the manager at the O Connell St store and he was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I understand that he may have any ontrol over the 3rd party in this situation but he was ZERO help. HR training/people skills required rapid. Not good enough.

05/02/2026: I placed an order online, and that was my biggest mistake. First, I got a call from the restaurant saying the driver was leaving and the order would be about 20 minutes late. Then, just as it was supposed to be delivered, the delivery guy called to say it would be another 15-20 minutes late. It would have taken an hour and a half from ordering to delivery. I live about 2.5 km from the restaurant, so it's a 40-minute walk according to Google Maps, so I was completely ignored. I called the restaurant and canceled the order, only to be told my money wouldn't be refunded for another week. Never again Supermacs.

20/02/2026: Disgraceful service. Only 2 drivers. Waiting 90 minutes for delivery in Castletroy. Rang 3 times. Attitude was appalling

21/11/2025: Food is absolutely beautiful and the owners obviously have pride in there food iv been there nearly once a week every week and always consistent. The staff and owners are very well mannered and pleasant and they are making great progress everytime I visit and there very family orientated which is good and also the orders are always perfect they never miss a thing , all the best for the future 😀

25/10/2025: I bought a pizza from Sizzlers Pizza a few nights ago. Honestly, I didn’t really enjoy the taste — it wasn’t what I expected. However, the customer service was okay, and the staff were polite. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, and the prices are reasonable for what they offer. Overall, it’s an average experience — not bad, but not great either.

22/07/2025: Vile,Vile overpriced stuff. 2 hours late on delivery literally only up the road. forgot two items chips and coke. Garlic bread disgusting cardbordy and chewy. only the kebab was half decent. terrible
