04/11/2025: Popped in today for a cappuccino and sausage roll and my dad had tea and cheesecake and it was very nice, will definitely return 😋

23/09/2025: I came at 5:23 and the doors were locked despite them supposedly being open until 5:30.

04/04/2026: This was the worst experience. We ordered shrimp noodles, but the shrimp were rubbery and the sauce tasted more like pure vinegar than anything else. We also ordered sweet and sour shrimp, but they served us sweet and sour chicken instead. The sauce was disgusting—just straight vinegar. I will never come back here; this place is absolutely terrible.

27/03/2026: Good. Nice rice and tasty beef :)

02/08/2025: Got a vegetarian kebab. There were pieces of meat in it. I returned to the shop, the staff were rude and disinterested, denied that it was chicken. Wouldn't give refund. Cost 10 euro. Terrible customer service.

01/08/2025: Service was ok, friendly staff and quick enough with the order, but very disappointed with the food itself. The "fresh" cod meal was nowhere near good enough. The batter on the cod just wasnt nice at all and left an awful after taste. Removed the batter and just tried the cod, but it had absolutely no flavour so i do not believe it was fresh. Chips were a decen size portion but just didn't taste nice at all. €14 for a meal that i had to throw out about 75% of it into the bin. Very disappointed overall.

18/05/2026: Had a really bad experience yesterday. I ordered a Spice Box and found a hair in it. When I went to the staff and informed them, they initially said they would replace it, but after waiting 10 minutes there was still no response. When I asked again, they started saying the hair might be ours because it didn’t have any sauce on it. It also felt like they were just waiting for us to leave. When I asked them again to replace the food, they were very rude and even suggested that we could just remove the hair and eat it. We ended up leaving the place because of how badly the situation was handled.

18/05/2026: Had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. I ordered a Spice Box and found a hair in the food, which is already disgusting and completely unacceptable. When I informed the staff, they first said they would replace it, but after making me and my friend wait around for nearly 10 minutes, nobody bothered to follow up or even acknowledge us. When I asked again, instead of apologizing properly, they started arguing and trying to blame us by saying the hair could have been ours because it didn’t have sauce on it. That response was honestly irritating and insulting. It genuinely felt like they were just hoping we would get frustrated and leave instead of taking responsibility. What made the whole situation even worse was the rude attitude from the staff. After all of this, they actually suggested that we could simply remove the hair and continue eating the food. That level of disrespect and lack of hygiene standards is shocking. We ended up leaving the shop because of there irrespective nature. Finding a hair in food is bad enough, but the way the staff behaved afterwards was even worse. No customer should ever be treated like that.The shop destroyed mine and my friends entire vibe and mood for the day.

03/03/2026: The staff was very helpful and polite. The pizza was exactly like you would expect it from dominos.

18/01/2026: Please stay away. These people are unhygienic. No glove. Management is rude and the big one not a single person in there speaks English as a first language it's impossible to talk to them. These people dont care. This place was better when the students ran it. I have been going here 20 years and I promise today is the last. I'd rather put my money in the bin then give this lot a penny. Embarrassing

15/11/2025: St. Johns is a very good hospital. Nice Nurces and you are not waiting hours in the Emergency. Compare to Dooradoyle UHL where, I have impression that ANE staff is doing trafic on purpose. You are wating in UHL ages for simple things like blood pressure tablet or quick check up. My friend with high blood pressure 230/123 refferd by his GP, got one medication to lower the pressure, after 6 hours waiting. But he got it just because his daughter started the argument with Zone A staff after 6 hours nonsens wating. He supposed to be check for blood pressuer after one hour off that tablet, and again there was noone to do it. He was completly ingnored same as other patents wating. So again his daugher has to have argument with the staff members to make them to check his blood pressure. Here I have to highlight that the Dooradoyle Emergency department has only two blood pressure maschines, and plently of nurses that wodernig around without any sense. Some of them have really lost faces, like they do not know where they are and what to do. Offcourse, the nurse who did the check up didn not mention a word to the patient, the daughter has to ask her how it is. So they have been told that the pressure is still high and in a moment the doctor will talk to them. After 8,5 hours spended in that hospital they left, as there was no doctor who had will to talk to them. Remember, if they are saying to you that "in a moment doctor will talk to you", you can be sure that this moment will last about 2 hours or more. They are ignorants whith dramatcally ogranside work, big mess behind the doctors desk in Zone A. Absolutley bad managemet and people who shouldn't work there at all, as this patent could be treated within max 1,5hour, if the medication would be given to him at the beginning when he arrived there, and if would be there one doctor who would serve only the patients marked green in their messy system. There is no need to keep people for 12 or more hours only to give them tblets or simple check up. That is causing only bigger traffic and doctors pretending that they are so very bussy. To be fer there was only one doctor who apperd really work , doing things like he should. So if you need to go to Emergency go to St. John's, as Dooradyle UHL is a one disaster.

02/10/2025: I was treated at the local injury unit for a facial wound that needed stitches. Dr. Azza was brilliant, very professional and reassuring. The whole team was great, kind and helpful. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wish them all the best.

20/05/2026: Food not bad it's burger king what more could you asked for.

08/05/2026: It was perfectly fine. A good BurgerKing, clean, even on match day.

18/05/2026: We booked the cocktail master class and finger food package for my friends hen this past weekend. We had the most fabulous time. A lovely location, easy to get too. The bar is cool and we were upstairs in a private area. The finger food was lovely and there was plenty to go around, the portions were big. The cocktail class was ran by Sabrina and she was brilliant! She explained everything so well amd was so attentive but also gave us the space to enjoy and make our own cocktails. Laura was also brilliant to deal with for booking the event. The bride was delighted 😍 highly recommend for a hen party!

04/04/2026: Was here with friends. Was watching a friend who drunk too much and a lady approached me and told me to take some food from their party as they were done. I took some of the many food left over as no one was eating. Then suddenly was told by other friends I would not be let back in as I “robbed” from said party who lady invited me to take some food from. As someone practically sober I was very confused and upset by such belittleing from staff. Really disappointed in night as me and friends gave a considerable amount of money- very concerned as to how they treat other customers. Enjoyed every other experience at this bar. Again this at the end of the day comes down to aggressive men in front of the door when no needs be. Not one bit of harm caused .

20/01/2026: O mi it's bad I got me and de kids and wife a large spicy bag we nearly died over it it's so bad OMG it's not a clean place it's a dump Would not recommend

18/01/2026: Absolute disgrace of a place ordered food at 7pm it came at 8:45pm (an hour later than expected delivery time). Food was freezing cold and inedible the food was like rubber chips were as greasy as anything and forgot the drink. They said they would replace the full order and it would be delivered in 35 mins. We NEVER got a replacement for our food. Waste of money and time

22/03/2026: Bought a burger here. It was so sloppy and disgusting stopped at the first bite, goujons and chips were lovely though. Am a bit devastated.

30/01/2026: We had a party gathering in our local pub last weekend ... Rang luca chipper for chips and battered sausages for everybody in the pub ... absolutely beautiful and fresh and so accommodating ... rang at 3.30 they just opened .. 15 / 20 minutes ready to collect... I love this place and there so nice and so so polite .. thanks Lucas 👍
