17/03/2025: Lady behind the counter needs to improve her English. Ordered my food and she completly gets it wrong even tho she had asked me numerous times and I answered her clearly the whole time. She also seemed to not be able to fix any problem on the till after she messed up my order. She needs to be able to speak English better and also need to be trained more on the use of a till.

02/04/2025: Where do I start. We had high expectations coming, as it's award winning. Fair experience with Indian restaurants around the city. Ordered lamb jalfrezi, pilau rice and naan bread. Lamb was dry and tough, naan bread was like cardboard at the bottom. Best thing was the dips with poppadom. Not sure if poppadoms was in house or fresh from the bag. Best was the dips. All were very nice. Ambience is top notch. More expensive than competition.

29/03/2025: Service is great. Very nice team (Hi Masum) Food is good, I was regurlarly ordering for years and I never have been disappointed with the taste (biryani, tandoori dishes are delicious). 3* for 2 reasons 1. One of my favorite dish Jumbo Prawns Tandoori as a starter costs €11.75 (3 prawns) 2. And the main reason that made me order much less during the last year really is the packaging use. One dish= one, two (side) or three (sauce) plastic boxes. They can be cleaned with a lot of washing liquid (a bit oily, strong flavours sticking to the plastic) and maybe reused but far from ideal. I wish they used compostable packaging like Camile for example (I am not paid by Camile to mention them) they became where I order the most for their choice of packaging that contributes to less plastic pollution which is an important topic nowadays. To sum up: I would order more often if the packaging was compostable. Thanks.

20/02/2025: Got the Spicy bag/box with curry sauce. Size wise it's nothing spectacular. The chicken wasn't great. Chips and curry sauce ok. You've to order veg separately here which is mental. The house special fried rice is very decent to be fair though

27/02/2025: Wow where to start. Stopped in for a latte on the dock road in limerick to this coffee stop. Two staff gave me no acknowledgement just what u want I ordered got no chat what so ever not even at the finish of my purchase. Found that strange and quite off puttin. Sure all I wanted was the coffee so that's OK. So the coffee latte was handed over to me in the smallest cup ever and I mean small. The drink it self was cold and I drank it maybe a minute after I purchase it so I didn't let it stand an hour or anything. Then there was the price wow for the smallest coldest coffee latte. I get a latte most days where I do my business and it's hot and tasty but this one I got this morning wasn't up to par. So needless to say for a coffee that small I wont be paying over 6 euro it's not that I mean it's that I'm not stupid.

25/03/2025: Sunday lunch.... I went with my 7 year old son. The food is really poor quality,prices high and the service was awful shocking. The waiters told us to wait for a minute to get the kids menu and after a long 12 min I asked them about it . The menu wasn't printed yet! They have very little options for the kids , anyway so we ordered chicken goujons with chips and seafood chowder for me. I can safely say it was unpleasant! My son got 4 chicken nuggets instead of the coujons and very tiny portion of chips. The chowder was so watery and small , absolutely no seafood and I got one piece of bread and 1 butter in the same plate as the chowder. My son went to the waiters to asked them for more bread and they gave him one slice with 2 butters. I didn't complain at the frist time when I was asked by a meber of the staff (he was a supervisor on duty ) but when one the waiter back and asked us for dessert of something else my son was in the bathroom, I explained to her the food wasn't nice, the portions are extremely small,very price for 4 chicken nuggets,there weren't chicken goujons and I really was very reluctant to order anything else because of the poor quality and quantity of the food. Suddenly a guy came across with an attitude was nothing short of ignorant, arrogant, and completely rude . He was blaming me because I didn't tell him the food wasn't nice when he asked us. In fact he was so overreacting in front of the staff and my 7 year old boy as he was back already from the toilet. This guy is far from suitable for front house of a restaurant / and have no idea how to treat costumers. He needs a especial anger management and customer service training course asap. The personel in the restaurant completely ignore us and I have to go myself to find someone to pay the bill. We left the place and I left an complaint to the the senior manager who was Anthony. Very disappointing experience.

02/02/2025: Went with some work colleagues. Had the fried chicken burger, beetroot and goats cheese salad and the roast of the day (beef). The cleaned plates said it all. Nice cosy and relaxing atmosphere, efficient service ( 30 minute lunch turnaround) and delicious food at good prices.

01/01/2025: The best curly fries I’ve had since McDonald’s cancelled them. I think we were giving an awful lot of energy to the staff and the weren’t recuperating. This is understandable as it was New Years and they had to work so no jamalading occurred. Service was 10 minutes long but felt longer as we were under the influence. Was very satisfied with my popcorn chicken and twistey fries but would not recommend the twis utter frites with curry sauce. My friend ordered curly fries but received curry fries, that was her own doing (drunk accent). The staff were accommodating and we were happy and jamalading in ourselves

16/02/2025: the lady is not understanding what i am talking about and after 6 mins waiting, i got a bag of soggy chips and chicken, which not worth my 7 euro

21/03/2025: Popular spot & food is good. Can get busy at the weekend but staff are friendly and professional 🙂 Update: Staff has changed & not so great anymore unfortunately 😕

18/03/2025: Got a chicken breast meal today, 17/03/25. It was great until I wanted to eat the burger and there was nothing but the buns and the chicken. No salad, no sauce, no nothing.

14/03/2025: genuinely embarrassing display of service, waited 30 min for a meal that was delivered grossly incorrect 3 times, food was cold upon delivery

14/03/2025: Disgusting caesar salad,full of yellow lettuce, with only a bit of green, I never use this yellow stuff, I dump it ,but obviously the wan is told not to waste. Horrid gone off sauce, separate portion of 'chicken' and chopped up bits of cheap fatty bacon. Cost approx 13euro, way better tasty salad in Lidl for 3.49
