13/10/2025: Called in driving through limerick late at night. Very close to closing time so restaurant was empty but staff were lovely and spice bag was delicious and a curry sauce was included it was brilliant. Massive portion too

14/03/2025: I was in here a few times at the deli counter and had a bad experience there visited again today to get lunch and this woman just grunted at me yaaa when she seen me eyelashes like something you’d see on the side of a road sweeper I see from previous reviews I’m not the first to say it you’d nearly feel guilty asking for anything sighs at any request and plasters the mayo into the doll as if she was filling a hole in a wall with poly filler I know what I’d do with her if I was the owner

23/09/2025: I had an extremely disappointing experience here. After spending over 2k downstairs on furniture, I asked to use the toilet and was told I couldn’t unless I bought something from the coffee shop first. The staff refused to give me the code, which felt unbelievably petty and disrespectful given the purchase we had just made. This lack of basic courtesy and customer service was shocking. In the end, I was so frustrated I decided to cancel my entire order. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.
26/08/2025: Just had a hot latte accidentally knocked over me . Was shocked and upset . I received a watery apology. The waitress said it was an accident and she didn't do it on purpose! ( which of course she didn't) l am wet through, trousers, top , shoes and my bag. Not even a reimbursement for the latte or a management apology. Bad form

31/07/2025: Absolutely loved the BBQ ribs here! Crispy on the outside, fall-off-the-bone tender on the inside. The sauce is rich and smoky, with just the right balance of sweet and savory. Perfect with a side of fries or salad. A must-try for meat lovers!

21/07/2025: Phew! We went around 2pm and it was empty... the food was good depending on the meal, the Irish burger is big and the club is good. The fries are not very good and in the chicken finger portion, they were reheated... Meh the restaurant I wouldn't go back but it does the job

04/11/2025: The security was just rude to us, without any explanation, they didn't let our 2 friends in, who looked very decent, they were sober. That is, there was no reason at all to not let them in. The manager spoke to us very rudely, although we were already in the middle, we are customers and we made a very large order of cocktails for a decent amount. We explained all this to the security, but they behaved very rudely (to us, the girls), in an offensive manner they told us to go somewhere else. Although we were already in the middle and there was a large part of our company, our things and our paid order. The worst place I have ever met in Europe!!!
02/11/2025: Pretty bar to drink in, they have plenty of drinks and the bartenders are really nice! The food part is really good and huge portions but it took a long time to make, even if there were only us in the bar.
This place is usually empty when I go in there with friends so it makes it way more enjoyable.
The outside scenery is amazing, full of plants (fake ones but it looks pretty) and flowers !

02/08/2025: Got a vegetarian kebab. There were pieces of meat in it. I returned to the shop, the staff were rude and disinterested, denied that it was chicken. Wouldn't give refund. Cost 10 euro. Terrible customer service.
01/08/2025: Service was ok, friendly staff and quick enough with the order, but very disappointed with the food itself. The "fresh" cod meal was nowhere near good enough. The batter on the cod just wasnt nice at all and left an awful after taste. Removed the batter and just tried the cod, but it had absolutely no flavour so i do not believe it was fresh. Chips were a decen size portion but just didn't taste nice at all. €14 for a meal that i had to throw out about 75% of it into the bin. Very disappointed overall.

24/08/2025: €26 on the picture. Delivery. I have never eaten or seen anything worse in my life. He made the rolls like a two-year-old. I tried them and threw them straight into the trash can. This is wow. This is terrible.
05/08/2025: I've been eating here since I moved to LK 3 years ago and back then I ordered every other week, I loved the rainbow roll, then the quality started dipping. I decided to stop a year ago but tried again on Sunday. The Rainbow Roll should have different toppings, fresh and varied. It was so much rice, freezer-burned grey tuna, no avocado and no fish eggs. The Karaage was overcooked thin chicken, not juicy japanese chicken. Honestly I won't try again.

04/10/2025: Food is good as always, but I couldn’t help but feel so uncomfortable around the security guard inside, he must be new as I haven’t seen him before, a rather small but large man with grey hair and a hooked nose, no sort of insignia or licence on show but made me and others feel very uncomfortable with his long stares, particularly at females, we also witnessed him blatantly turn away a group of black people, seemingly for no reason! Unfortunately supermacs has not got back to me as I wanted to officially report this.

27/05/2025: The man that served me ( i believe he is the owner) was nice and polite. I ordered 2 small pizza deals take away.
Pizza was nice but the chips tasted old and dry!
I had to throw it away :/
Also, on their website the price is 8.50e per meal but I was charged 9 euro each!
Small difference but I should be charged as per their price on the menu online!!!!!!
I do not recommend!
