10/03/2026: Very good, exceeded my expectations

21/02/2026: Ordered Supermacs from Just Eat. Missed the call for delivery by 1 minute. Tried calling back to no avail & messaged the driver...Equally poor response. Called the manager at the O Connell St store and he was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I understand that he may have any ontrol over the 3rd party in this situation but he was ZERO help. HR training/people skills required rapid. Not good enough.

05/12/2025: Food is great and priced relatively well, the 5 stars is more for the amazing staff and manager/owner (I think?), overall very welcoming

26/02/2026: Nice food, could be less salty, but teasty and fresh. Poor selection of coffee and tea. Crab soup had surumi sticks,not a crab meat. Nice end helpful staff with good English, and great service. Big size portions and nice selection of traditional Chinese food. Restaurant would need some renovation but is kept clean. I would recommend it 👌.

14/10/2025: Had breakfast here with mother, sister and grandmother. Food was delicious, good prices and great service too. Not one complaint. Will definitely return here.

20/09/2025: Place is filthy and the food is rotten Guy on the front counter is extremely rude was standing at the counter waiting for him to look up from his phone to serve me, also overcharging for drinks when price is on the bottle and charging 90c more 😂

02/04/2026: The restaurant is absolutely freezing this evening a cold wet day in early April There is no heat of any sort. Everyone who perseveres to eat on wrapped up. We have opted ro eat in car because it is warmer.

02/08/2025: Got a vegetarian kebab. There were pieces of meat in it. I returned to the shop, the staff were rude and disinterested, denied that it was chicken. Wouldn't give refund. Cost 10 euro. Terrible customer service.

01/08/2025: Service was ok, friendly staff and quick enough with the order, but very disappointed with the food itself. The "fresh" cod meal was nowhere near good enough. The batter on the cod just wasnt nice at all and left an awful after taste. Removed the batter and just tried the cod, but it had absolutely no flavour so i do not believe it was fresh. Chips were a decen size portion but just didn't taste nice at all. €14 for a meal that i had to throw out about 75% of it into the bin. Very disappointed overall.

11/08/2025: I’ve ordered from here 30+ times, the quantity of food is great, prices are best in Limerick imo, food tastes great always. But the last 5 times I’ve found hair in my food, over and over in different dishes. I rung the restaurant and they were so kind and gave me a free order today…. which also had hair in the spicy chips. Although the restaurant made efforts and was incredible to handle the situation I can no longer order from here due to the continuous hair problem. I’ve become paranoid!

07/11/2025: It's a typical gas station with not-so-low prices, but it's worth its salt. The cafe was a bit of a disappointment. The deli closed mid-afternoon, and the staff couldn't explain their hours. And here's a photo of the gas station next door. Now that's a real success.

06/08/2025: I’ve been to this Maxol location quite a few times. The customer service is always great, and the coffee and food are consistently good. However, the dining area really needs attention it’s often quite filthy and not well-maintained. It takes away from the overall experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness of the eating area, because everything else is on point.
