16/09/2024: Really disappointed with the service found staff really really rude to me when ordering a coffee on friday as she wasnt happy I asked for a small cappuccino told me there was no such thing! they charged €4 for a below average coffee the least they could do is serve with a smile

18/10/2024: They have a promotion, I asked for it and they responded that there is no such promotion, it's just propaganda, I had to pay for everything separately.

18/10/2024: Everything we ordered was freshly cooked to order and served piping hot. We enjoyed wonton soup,hot and sour soup(superb), spring rolls,beef fried rice and szechuan chicken. Service,was spot on and friendly. Reasonable prices

13/03/2024: I ordered food directly from their website when I was paying they did not give me the option to pay with cards the only two options were cash and a callback after the order was placed where the card details would be taken over the phone and payment would be made via the phone. I put the order in expecting them to call me 45 minutes later the driver came and was in the wrong place when I went out to the road to see him he told me that I had to pay which was okay I imagine I would just do it over in the phone then. I then offered to drive all the way to the restaurant to pay which I should not have to do as it defeats the whole purpose of delivery. They were very happy for me to do this and didn't apologize or say thanks or anything. And just as I was about to leave for the restaurant to delivery driver says that he cannot let me leave with the food even though we had this conversation with the restaurant on loudspeaker in front of him. So they'd expected me to drive all the way over to their restaurant which would take me 10 minutes and hey which was their fathers in the first place and then also I would have to wait until the delivery driver got back from doing all his orders. This place is a joke I would not recommend it to anybody stay well clear zero stars out of five

25/10/2024: Food was ok The main draw for me is when I go in to sit in the corner to have a cheeky cry, the staff don't really make a fuss. They say "it is ok just cry it out young fella", and by god do I. The last time I went in there I cried because my dog was missing. Music choices from the staff are decent and did help to mask the noise I was making

18/09/2024: Edit - Thank you to Lana raheen for dealing with this situation. We had a lovely dinner last night after returning once more. We had a spice box with extra veg which was perfect, gorgeous crispy duck and special fried rice. I’ve updated my review to reflect the usual standard. ——————————————— I am a regular customer of Lana raheen and food is usually great. Tonight I ordered a spice box with extra veg. Usually this comes with peppers, onions, broccoli, all different kinds of veg. Absolutely no vegetables were on my spice box and very little seasoning. The chicken nearly broke my teeth too. The docket had extra veg written on multiple times and still no veg to be seen. Ended up throwing most of it out. Very disappointed.

26/10/2024: Stay away. Burgers tiny, meal is like a snack for a 6-year-old. I would question cleanliness, and staff have zero customer service

10/09/2024: Cozy café, right in the museum. Cozy atmosphere, close to the banks of the Shannon. Prices are fair, for example a pot of tea is four euros. If it's warm, you can also sit outside.
