The best restaurants in Limerick

25/10/2025: The food was delicious, but this time the staff really let us down. Not only did they forget the second person's order from an order for two, and I looked stupid just sitting there. The staff also came to other tables several times to ask if everything was okay, but they never came to us. They also brought water to all the other tables multiple times, but we weren't even offered it. The bottom line is the food was good, but the service was a letdown this time!

28/07/2025: Incredible Asian foodie experience at Lana Raheen...I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and prawns and I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had! The starter of Bangkok Chicken wings was so so delicious. Overall this was an excellent dining experience...thank you Lana for the superb food. The staff were excellent and extremely attentive.

14/04/2026: The food isn't worth the price. The place is very old and needs renovation, and there's an off-putting smell upon entry. The tiramisu is half-frozen. The service is great.

15/03/2026: It was not good waited 45 mins for 3 dishes asked for no veg in both and still added it waiter said when she sat us down she would come with the cups and said she still has to wash them would not recommend this

14/03/2026: Splendid, tried a couple of curries, naan and papad - everything was absolutely delicious! Ordered via Just Eat, waited even less than was expected. Would definitely order again

20/09/2025: Place is filthy and the food is rotten Guy on the front counter is extremely rude was standing at the counter waiting for him to look up from his phone to serve me, also overcharging for drinks when price is on the bottle and charging 90c more 😂

10/04/2026: Staff were lovely and welcoming but that food was pretty poor. My wife had pains in her stomach 5 minutes later from the sweet and sour chicken. Deep fried and oily. I'm seriously wondering how someone gave this place 5 stars. The chef must have been on holiday for us. Won't be going back.

17/03/2026: Everything was dry. Rice was hard. Ordered shredded chicken in curry sauce. The sauce came on the side and the portion was so small I had dry rice and just about more than a drizzle of curry on my chicken which was bone dry. The 3in1 was also very dry hardly any curry sauce in it. Worst chinese take away I've ever had. Their response when I called was "ok we will give you a free curry sauce next time" absolutely will NOT be a next time.

28/04/2026: Friendly & welcoming staff. Food is good and portion size generous. Wide choice on the menu. As with all restaurants, seem to only use chicken breast but chicken curries are invariably better with thigh meat. So opted for lamb madras. Pleasantly spicy but gravy was too thick. All very enjoyable - go for one of the lassi if you don't want beer...

07/02/2026: KFC crescent has one of the rudest staff members I've ever meet, no customer service skills what so ever. Should not be behind a counter dealing with any members of the public with that attitude.

29/12/2025: I'm was in their last week and the door staff was totally unprofessional and stopped my friend as we go their frequently I was shocked and I mean this I'm not judging him but what would you expect from a 20 year old on a power trip.

15/05/2026: Food was cold after waiting nearly 20mins for it. Ordered a plain chicken burger and it came out with everything. I went back up with it and then staff tried to confront me with a completely different order from mine and make it out that it was my mistake which wasn’t the case. Children ended up waiting another 10mins for their food so everyone ended up eating at different times from each other which is disappointing after the money we ended up spending

15/03/2026: Ordered here for the first time and was met with nothing but disappointment l. Food was late but I’d forgive that as I knew it was a busy day but when I got my food it was disgraceful, chicken balls were practically wet with how soggy they were, chips were half mushed and stuck together, curry sauce was so thick I had to use a spoon to even get some out and the duck rolls which unfortunately are the only things I have photos were not only tiny but actually burnt to a crisp was also cold and had to be binned extremely disappointing I’d avoid !!

29/11/2025: Maybe it's the previously empty stomach talking, but those were the best chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce I've ever eaten.
