10/07/2026: Don't bother placing an order as they'll take you're hard earned cash after stating payment has been declined and no confirmation email received, I have been charged twice for one order that doesn't even exist on their system..... Absolutely appalling franchise behavior.

16/08/2026: Truly awful, I hadn't been to the bambu for a while but I always enjoyed the food , I'd say it must be under new management and also different chief because what we got for Sunday lunch was terrible,I got the calamari and it was like rubber and the crispy chilli chicken was disgusting, I'd say we'll clear of the place in future.

27/07/2026: Staff member at dundrum was extremely kind to my daughter and served her just as shop was closing when she didn’t have to.
30/06/2026: I had to stop by here before heading back home to US. I got the Oreo ( the thicker of the two that were available, like a bar style) and the NYC Chocolate Chip which were recommended out of the four I wanted. Definitely really good, both of them. Girl at the counter was friendly. Glad I stopped by.

02/08/2026: It’s one of the places that stays open late, has good prices for junk food, and definitely hits the spot after a night out. For that reason, it’s a good option.
However, I have to mention something that has always bothered me: one of the staff members is extremely rude. Whenever he’s serving me, I get the feeling that I’m bothering him just by being there. I’ve also witnessed him being impatient with some customers, including foreigners, it happened to a friend right in front of me.
02/06/2026: I'm a frequent client. Changing from 5 to 1 if I could give 0 I would. This time it was the worst service ever such rude waiter terrible service, never i will be back.

12/04/2026: Shockingly milky, flavourless coffee.
18/01/2026: Park Lane Coffee used to be amazing, I would go for their acai bowls all of the time. But now they’ve upped the prices of their acai bowls along with the quality of them being 5 times worse. If you ask for Nutella now it’s not even Nutella it’s a chocolate sauce they do a few drops on top of. Used to be so much better and now it’s just rushed and some of the staff are impatient. Found a new acai bowl place and will not be coming here again.

20/05/2026: Brilliant hospital and staff, A credit to the limerick area, I was in the hospital for a period of 3 months , weekly, and received great care and attention, From the car parking staff to the reception and the doctors treating myself, Greatly appreciated.. And in a time when you hear very little good news about hospitals in Ireland, the hospital and the staff are a shining light, Many thanks again
