02/10/2025: Ordered a pizza with my freind his was okay and mine was a disgrace I wouldn’t even feed it to the dog and they said somthing about sending out another if I heard correctly it’s not okay to pay minimum €20 worth of food and send out a lump of poo to a person

09/07/2025: I tried the Hearty Italian bread and it was really good! The location is nice and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. Customer service was okay — not bad, but not outstanding either. One thing that definitely needs improvement is the bathroom — it really needs a working lock on the door.

18/05/2025: Just got 3 foot longs to take away and all were day old bread from yesterday, stale!!! NOT FRESH, Subway standards have really fallen in Ireland

04/07/2025: I recently booked a work party at The Black Rabbit Limerick, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Sean, the manager, was super helpful from the moment we got in contact. He was incredibly easy to deal with, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had leading up to the event. On the night of the party, he was on hand and super helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that our group had everything we needed. The staff were equally wonderful – friendly, attentive, and made sure we were all well taken care of throughout the night. The entire event was put together extremely well and everything was well-coordinated and exactly what we wanted. It was a relaxed, fun atmosphere that really let everyone unwind and enjoy the evening. The Black Rabbit team went one step further to make sure we felt welcome, TV screens were branded with our company logo - a nice touch! Overall, I highly recommend The Black Rabbit for any group event. The combination of excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and seamless organization made our work party a huge success. A big thanks to Sean and the team for making it all come together!

12/03/2025: Shocking that this establishment decided to cancel a sold-out gig 24 hours beforehand in favour of putting in a student night instead. 7 Japanese members of a band playing Irish Trad music travelled over 10,000km with a double bass and all their instruments to play a sold out show to fans who were travelling from all over Ireland to see them just to be told that they’re concert was scrapped in favour of a student night. Really unprofessional and a disgraceful way to treat 7 Japanese people who’ve been obsessed with Irish music for over 20 years on their first tour to Ireland. How embarrassing!! 😡

22/05/2025: You can trust that the have no care for customer service. Service was tragically disappointing. I made an order through JustEat at 10PM May 4th and only got a call about the food arriving at 1.30AM. The owner as they addressed to me, as Mr Khan hesitantly apologised and said that the next order I make would be reimbursed. I have called since and the person who picked up the phone was not helpful at all. Telling they needed to confirm with the boss and they’d call me back in 10mins. They didn’t. I called them 20mins later asking about updates and the person on the other end just went silent and refused to speak. They further refused to give me their name and said there was essentially nothing to be done.

23/01/2026: So Subway definitely isn’t as good when it’s delivered, but this was outrageously bad. I couldn’t even finish it. Not only was the order wrong, but it tasted terrible. I asked for both subs to be toasted and none were. I asked for extra meat on one and there was barely any meat at all. I asked for cheese on one and no cheese. It’s like they wanted to tick me off and have a bad dinner. I probably will never order Subway takeaway ever again and most certainly will avoid this location

08/01/2026: The food was perfect and the waitress from Chile was very communicative and friendly.

02/02/2026: Ordered for delivery. I live at max a 5 minute drive away from the place honestly I should of walked to collect it but it was raining and I wasn't bothered. Ordered 4 meals 4 dips and 4 cans receive No dips No cans and 2 of the meals was completely wrong. A snack box turned into chicken tenders with a handful of chips and a medium meat pizza turned into a small peperoni. It took 75 minutes to arrive and when I tried to ring back to complain I was hung up on and then my number was blocked ill never order from this place again. Stay well away much better options in limerick to get delivered and even if they are in the city it will be quicker

04/01/2026: i like the food all well and good, but i swear to god the amount of times i've had something ordered just for them to give me something entirely different instead is actually embarrassing. literal bare minimum, i can't even wrap my head around something like that happening more than once over the course of years, let alone on a regular basis

19/11/2025: Had a Seasonal Wrap at Quigleys recently and to say that it was of poor quality and tasteless is an understatement. It consisted mainly of stuffing and the edges of the wrap were burned. I also purchased a soda bread loaf which had good taste but it is almost impossible to slice it. I tried an assortment of sharp knives to slice it but I was mostly left with broken pieces and lots and lots of crumbs. I would suggest getting a bread slicer (like Lidl have) to overcome this problem

03/11/2025: Got an iced matcha today. Looked and tasted like a cup of milk with matcha powder granules floating on top. Not worth you money.

07/05/2025: I traveled from Cork to Limerick and stopped by O’Briens for lunch — and I’m so glad I did! I had the Powerhouse Salad and a cappuccino, and both were fantastic. The salad was the nicest I’ve ever had — so fresh and flavorful. The cappuccino was perfectly made, rich, and smooth. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a delicious and pleasant pit stop!

26/10/2025: Best meal we had in Ireland! Has this meal door dashed tonight and we were very happy! Kabob was flavorful, the chips and chicken sandwich were so crispy! Delivery driver was great!

13/09/2025: I recently visited Prime Pizza. The pizza itself was okay, though I’ve had better elsewhere. One staff member who first assisted me was very friendly and went to the back to get my order, which I appreciated. However, when another staff member brought out my pizza, I pointed out that there was trash on the floor and on the table left by a previous customer, and I asked if it could be cleaned since I wanted to dine in. Instead of addressing it, he simply said it was from a previous customer and never cleaned it up. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Cleanliness is an important part of the dining experience, and I believe this is an area that needs improvement.

31/12/2025: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing All Round Went to [Restaurant Name] in Limerick last Friday evening and left thoroughly underwhelmed. • Food: We ordered butter chicken which was watery and tasted like it had come straight from a jar – no depth of flavour at all. The garlic naan was burnt on the bottom and doughy in the middle, and the rice was sticky and clumpy as if it had been sitting out for ages. When we mentioned the naan to the server, they just shrugged and said "that's how we make them". • Service: It took 45 minutes to get our main courses even though the place was barely half full. 19/01/2026: Mon 19th at 12:30pm I went in with my partner and the Brazilian woman with the glasses had a weird attitude. My partner asked for the usual footlong chicken sandwich, and asked her to drain out the water from the chicken and remove the dough. The woman refused to remove the dough on one side of the bread, and served the watery chicken saying that my partner was hard to deal with. Simple instructions not followed! When my partner returned the wet sandwich she forced him to eat it and then recommended him to get a refund! This is very very poor customer service, not minding that other people were on the queue! So upsetting for us to leave without eating! What kind of service is this? Every time my partner orders here, the women here act like they are tired of their jobs! Using dirty gloves etc..

02/10/2025: they hesitate to put any sauce or veggies in the veggie sub they take your money and serve you empty plain bread even after asking million times to put decent quantity of veggies. the staff is rude and make faces when you walk in

I asked for chicken chow mein they sent me some dry tiny pieces of chicken no sauce the starter of the skewers in a bag not a tray badly packed so disappointed only thing was good about it all was the driver was very nice
