03/09/2024: Their meatballs gave me terrible food poisoning, I was hospitalised… I was sick for 8 days & I lost a significant amount of weight because I could not eat. We filed a formal complaint, not sure how this place is still open, they don’t handle meat correctly, they’re being careless, serving bad food and allowing people to get sick.

27/05/2024: The meatballs at subway are absolutely vile, they used to taste like big chunky balls of meat, NOW THEY TASTE LIKE POWDER QUORN , HERB FILLED ( WAY OVER FILLED) ROUND ROLLED. it's the second time I've had this horrible experience, 1st time thought it was the particular franchise having a bad training day and too much herb got used - but sadly no... IT IS OBVIOUSLY A MONEY SAVING THING....SUBWAY LISTEN UP . .EITHER CHANGE THEM BACK OR GET RID OF THEM.... I've seen it in so many other dining establishments , they try and say a couple of euro here and there and all of a sudden their out of business because their food sucks and the customers stop coming. SUBWAY MEAT BALL SANDWICH USED TO ROCK BUT NOW IT TASTES AS IF ITS BEEN RUN OVER. PLEASE REVERT BACK TO PREVIOUS RECIPE...

19/10/2024: Food is great and ready quickly. I find the staff to be rude in general. They are not pleasant to deal with. I try to order online as much as I can. No dine in available.

10/08/2024: I was looking for a healthy meal to take away and literally stumbled on this place aa they were getting a HUGE delivery. I made a comment to the delivery man who said EAT HERE, ITA AMAZING, YOU WONT BE SORRY, and boy was he right. I now go here every chance I get, and as yet the food has never disappointed. Delicious, fast, healthy and reasonably priced! What more could you as for?

14/04/2024: They definitely need MORE STAFF, the drinks arrived after the food, they forgot some of our order and it is totally overpriced, I was looking forward to trying it but it was totally dissapointing, they took more like 1 hour to bring our food and some of ours drinks never arrived 😥😥😥 the portions don't worth the price and they don'thave gluten free pizzas.

29/10/2024: We opted for the buffet the food was all cold!! The 3 of us ended up very sick, would not recommend here, staff are also rude and abrupt.

15/10/2024: Value for money restuarant. Went for buffet, good number of varieties, No Vegan option, unable to find from the names of food about what meat (Chicken, pork, beef or veg), Can enable the name of the food better with what meat inside. Ambience is so good. Pretty clean.

07/09/2024: The blonde bartender on the second floor charges for drinks he forgets to deliver and then ignores the customers. Also, beware of the travellers who like stealing and fighting for no reason.

06/11/2024: Stopped here after match in Thomond,the staff were flat out but no panic, brilliant service .Always great food.

10/10/2024: Shocked at the price for a basic meal. I was asked if I wanted gravy and asked if it was included as part of the already expensive meal. I was told it was included so said I'd have it. Shocked to then see I had been charged an extra €2.90 for a very tiny pot of gravy as I was eating the meal. The Pepsi with my meal was 90% water - Hardly a taste of Pepsi. I gave it to my husband to taste and he agreed. Why didn't I complain? Because I shouldn't have to. It's not worth the tension it would bring to my day. DO BETTER! I don't usually complain but in this case it's well deserved.

07/10/2024: A KFC like many others, but with a big difference. The employees go out of their way to help the customer. Our experience with KEITY and LORENA has been phenomenal. These girls have great potential and talent. God take care of them.

29/09/2024: I made a phone call requesting a burger for delivery and they said it would be at my house in 35 minutes approx. I phoned back an hour later to check how long it would be and they stated that it wasn’t on the way and that they had rang me multiple times (blatant lie). He kept calling me “buddy” and insisted it was my fault, not his. Incredibly rude, disgusting behaviour, shocking service, I am truly appalled and distraught by the actions taken by this staff member. Will not ring back!!!

02/10/2024: Perfect spot to finish your night at. Pizzas are so fresh and delish. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. P.S. the Chicken Hot Pizza is the best
