02/10/2025: Parking is an absolute joke. People don’t drive to college just to walk or take a bus to campus. They take away 4 parking spaces for EV charging points for lecturers because what average student can afford an EV? When people park in unobstuctive manners they get clamped and on top of that the college involves guards? Are you serious? A joke. The clampers are absolute vultures

22/10/2025: The over 25 minutes for a cod and a cheese burger. The quarter pounder cheese burger was ordered with just onions and red on it. It came with 1 little cheese slice lettuce and some burger sauce stuff. Horrible cheap baps. Horrible burger. Fish was very greasy. Decided to try here instead of roma for a change. Big mistake. Won't be back. Mullens used to be good at one time.

04/10/2025: Ordered what i thought would be good grub but was shocked when we opened the layers of paper wrappings, Half pounder meals,, the burger tasted like a micky ds big mc, no flavour, cheap meat, soggy mean portions of chips, asked for salt & vinegar, very little if any on it, Boiled rice tasted like it came straight from a microwave, carton of peas tasteless & bland. Chicken tenders were the only edible thing in the order, Complete waste of money Would never get food here again Would of gave no stars if i had the option Avoid!

12/07/2025: Got chips today absolutely vile,looks they were thrown in fryer over and over,this is a few times now I've had to post complaints,the old tonys is a far cry from the food served nowadays

03/11/2025: Food binned as instructions on keeping sauce’s sperately weren’t read ,, food was soaked in sauce very disappointing with the amount of money handed over for the food also very annoying when sitting to eat with someone and one is without their meal after ,, food did meet the standards required

27/10/2025: Solid food, chips, burgers all fairly good and well priced. Pizza is okay not the best but good enough and they are generous with their portions. Owner is very nice and treats customers very well. Best place for burgers and chips etc in Blackrock/Haggardstown.

04/10/2025: Went here for dinner on Friday night, staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the quality and taste of food was outstanding and by far the best I had in Ireland. The atmosphere is nice, the place very clean and you can see the owners as well as every staff member hold themselves to a very high standard. The pricess are also fair, we had a starter each, followed by a soup, a big main each, sides, desserts, coffees and a few rounds of drinks. Even the cadence in which the food was brought out was spot on! After the great evening we've had, we'll definitely become regulars and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks a million for a great night, we left with full stomachs and a big smile on our faces!

08/09/2025: We have to wait around 20min to someone come and take our order, at the end I have to go and find waitress to get our order. Food was ok, for that price could be better. Dessert wasn't the best, Pavlova was to hard and nothing special.

05/11/2025: Food was overall not great, and I paid 14€ but only got two of three burgers I asked for so I guess they robbed me a burger, wish I had the receipt 😿

30/10/2025: Have not ordered from europa in years. Recommended by a family member for the food. First time ordering online. Advertised as 20% off on website for 1st order.... ordered standard food order with meal deal 3 burgers and two sides with drink on meal deal. Didn't see any objections or pop ups to say this was not apart of the t&c... place order for delivery gave 10% tip.... order placed over 1 hour rang establishment after 1 hour to see if order confirmed. Was told order was being cooked...... Grand would be 15mins...... rang back to see why 20% wasn't taken off. was informed i placed an order that included a meal deal which eliminated the 20% first order again not suggested or populated while placing the order online. rang back to see if any compensation could be applied for late order....no compensation for late order as order was paid in full. All in all food was nice dont want to say much more as it was good..... but no different to any other chipper takeaway in dundalk that are definitely faster in delivery. We understand the busyness of a business but our order was placed on a Wednesday evening maybe not the busiest time but who are we to judge. just be mindful and we want to be transparent about the food being ok/nice but service/delivery/online service not great.

07/12/2024: The full Irish breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Great creamy hot chocolate too (and I am a picky one!) The service was very friendly and we got served fast. Inside is very pretty and cosy. Thank you 🥰

11/11/2025: Very rude delivery driver white van, grey hair, glasses and northern ireland accent got angry at me because I didnt run over the other side of the estate in the dark in the freezing cold its 5 steps from my place to the car park and he made a smart comment about me being lazy I would order again but not if hes delivering.

06/09/2025: First time getting a takeaway from here. Nice food, pleasant and friendly service. Decent value too. Will be back.

26/07/2025: The Phoenix Park cafe is in a great location. The owners have the luxury of getting a captive audience due to the volume of people visiting the park and the lack of places to eat. I feel that the food has gone downhill. I’ve been consistently disappointed with the last few visits. My last visit was at the end of June. We all ordered lasagne and the food was dry and tasteless. There was a lack of choice of salads on the day that we visited. This restaurant used to be great. It’s a shame.

06/06/2025: ¡Qué caída en desgracia! Hace unos años, este era un lugar increíble para comer con gran variedad y de primera calidad - no es así ahora. Hay poca variedad y mi pan tostado caro era horrible. El pan tostado carecía de queso y era duro como una roca - también puede haber sido cartón. El café no estaba mucho mejor. Los servidores eran agradables, pero no volveré. Esto no habría valido la pena a la mitad del precio.

14/11/2025: We placed the order of 35 euro and they didn’t even tell about the scarcity of the chicken pieces, just supplied what they have and not even telling the customer. Really disappointed.

14/11/2025: We ordered 35 euro for a bragain bucket They were very rude to us it was a 14 chicken and they gived us 11 pieces of legs, when asked saying they have only this. No customer satisfaction.. Very disappointed.

18/10/2025: The Rum House is always a great spot for food. Adrienne and the team are always quick to help and the food is top notch. I know there been a recent refurbishment so it decor I beautifully you to date. I'd definitely recommend a visit when you're in Dundalk

30/09/2025: You can breathe the atmosphere of a typical Irish pub with a wide variety of beers and much more 😊. Friendly and helpful staff.

17/10/2025: Ordered food at about 7. It took ages, the driver delivered it to the wrong house and was going to every wrong street before hand, didn't check the wrong house for the address which is really unprofessional. We rang them and they gave us our food back and tried offering me back €6 for a €30 order? Didn’t compensate for the mistake or delay absolutely shocking.

23/09/2025: Just tried the Meatfielder pizza from this takeaway for the first time. The freshness and quality were noticeable in every bite. Would definitely order again.

14/11/2025: The entry was €20 per person, and we spent another €15–25 each on drinks and food, which felt a bit on the expensive side. Personally, I think a lower door price would make it even more appealing. That said, the atmosphere was excellent—lively crowd, great music, and really friendly service. We had a lot of fun overall. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you want to hang out with a group of friends and enjoy a vibrant night out.

14/11/2025: The atmosphere in this place is amazing, and I can honestly recommend it for a pleasant time. But the service really disappointed me. I asked about Guinness 0.0 — the waitress simply said they didn’t have it and didn’t offer any alternatives. I had to literally pull information out of her about what they did have. When I said I was waiting for my girlfriend and we would only be having drinks, she rolled her eyes — a pretty unpleasant moment, especially considering this is a bar and restaurant, not a cafeteria. In the end she also brought me a sweet cider, even though there are less sweet options on the menu. When I pointed out the difference between Guinness and sweet cider, she didn’t even apologize, just smiled. After that I paid and left. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere is great, but the staff’s attitude completely kills the desire to stay.
