28/03/2025: Beautiful cafe, staff are very pleasant and the foot was really nice. I've never seen a cleaner bathroom in a public place š¤£ Would definitely visit again

So, I had to try this restaurantš
I came in and I was truly surprised... The place is WOW - nice and clean, pleasant, spacious and tempting to try something new.
Varied menu with a good few pearls in it - e.g. fried chicken with secret crumbs on it! and mixed kebab tray - just made my evening.
Staff behind the counter ware extremely welcome, happy and willing to help with my order.
It is next level of sit-in or takeaway.

23/02/2025: Whilst doing some shopping in penny's we decided to try this place out. We are a family of 4. One of the best carvery around, I opted for pavaolva for desert and by God it went down a treat. The staff are so polite and welcoming also. Will defo be back
21/02/2025: Had breakfast here and food was nice and staff was lovley. Good portion size and priced very well. Easy to miss as it is in the back of the marshes where no one really goes. Go past the food court and past the barbers and you come across this gem. Seen they even have beer taps and wine menu if your having lunch and a cheeky jar. Would come back again.

19/04/2025: Food was delicious CUSTOMER SERVICE absolutely horrible the girl working there hates her life and trys to put it on other people if you think for a bit what you going to order she will stare in youāre soul like girl calm down. She dose not look pleased to work there and talks rude. Hope yāall find someone pleased to work there
19/04/2025: The chicken was greasy beyond belief like it took a swim in oil before hitting my plate. Everything on the menu is wildly overpriced for what you get. Save your money and your arteries there are better food for better prices out there

11/03/2025: Visited Mullens for the first time today, 11th March 2025, on the recommendation of my son. The chicken burger was the best ever and the fish and chips were excellent too. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Will be a regular customer from now on.

The food arrived around 45 mins later the spicy bag was cold literally the chips were so cold.
I rang back and the customer service was so poor no explanation and not a care.
I just wanted to eat my dinner in peace.
Disappointed is understandable.

THIS was UNREAL!!!! i couldnt wait to dig in couldnt even get a photo of the food i inhaled it no chewing needed the chucken was that soft everything was nicely coated with a layer if curry i was delivered this by a young gentleman by the name of sizzles i always thought that he worked for new world he actually came to my house and picked me up before getting the food he said ā ill deliver u to the foodā what a sweet man<3

16/03/2025: Extremely disappointed and not for the first time. Ordered sweet n sour chicken, no taste at all to it, chicken didnāt feel right worse one Iāve ever had. I didnāt send it back, Iām not one for trusting this action, only ate a small amount and told the waitress my disappointment. Woman (manager/owner) came and because I didnāt complain at the start and let them know she did nothing about it! She was very rude and not apologetic in the slightest and didnāt offer me anything in a way of compensation. Never going back again!
