24/12/2024: We bought a pack of goods that the end of day and when we got to this store if was closed at 3.50 and it was supposed to open till 4.
Your staff were not helpful and I went will never be in that establishment again

09/02/2025: I eat here occasionally and I am always satisfied with the food, tonight I ordered the starter Kelly's black pudding with goats cheese,and a portion of fries,it has changed completely just 2 balls of pudding no evidence of goats cheese and no slice of apple,I was very disappointed and the waiter asked if I wanted to return it so i ordered the fish cake which was just ok not much flavour
The staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable, pity about the food
06/12/2024: We liked this place. The food wasn't incredible but the service and atmosphere definitely made up for it. After a terrible service experience earlier in the day, it was refreshing to experience such attentive service.

27/12/2024: This is my second visit to this shop a few months apart , I thought i would try again however-i n this day and age, there’s no excuse for poor customer service. As someone who works in retail myself, I believe the very least staff can do is greet potential customers with a simple 'hello.'
22/12/2024: A beautifully curated shop with mix of vintage and contemporary items at surprisingly reasonable prices.
Whenever I am visiting Westport this is one of my must-see places, for a browse and a chat.
It is a real stand-out shop in Westport and well worth a visit.

03/02/2025: Just got Southern fried chicken it was done in the deep fryer disgusting burnt and like rubber don't buy food here should have no stars!!!
03/01/2025: Really disappointing kebab.
Thrown in a box, no chance to pick it up.
A weird spicy sauce. Mostly salad with a few bit of meat.
We also got garlic chips which were absolutely drowned in a very runny garlic mayo. They were ok.

14/03/2025: Don’t be put off by the outside garish colour. Inside is clean,comfortable and the staff are extremely welcoming. The main thing is that the food is of the highest standard. A hidden gem but you need to book. If you are in Westport you must have a meal here.
10/01/2025: My daughter and I visited here for an early supper and it was wonderful. One of those menus that you could order everything on it! We had the seafood chowder, the oysters, the Guinness stew, and a great fish and chips ..Very fresh, well presented, the chowder was fantastic, the service was spot on and a very warm vibe. We ate at a quiet table on the first floor and it was a local crowd who were very welcoming to Yanks from away. No question, I'll return and try something else on the well designed menu!

24/07/2024: 2.5/5.
We were looking forward to eating here after reading great reviews but unfortunately it wasn't a good experience for us. The restaurant wasn't very busy but there was a table of six ladies near us who were so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak. Service was slow but Lachlan did look after us well. There was a table next to us that was left uncleared for the whole evening. We had a prawn starter to share which was good. My husband had steak and veg which he was happy with. I ordered Carticco - seafood pasta. The seafood was ok although I didn't eat a few mussels because they weren't fully open. But the pasta was too thick and heavy. I make far nicer pasta at home all the time. I left most of it. Disappointing for our last night in Westport. Lachlan took it off the bill which we appreciate. I was going to try a dessert but didn't after that.
07/06/2024: After hiking diamond hill at the Connemara np we had starters for dinner. Delicious. avocado and prawns, bruschetta, ravioli, and garlic bread Italian style. Mmmmmmm. Perfecto!

20/09/2023: The food was superb. If the staff were awful, we would still be excited to go back and try something else. Thankfully, they are polite and friendly. We will be talking about our evening here for some time to come.
13/09/2023: Stunning restaurant with great surroundings. The food was fabulous, Mussels and Piri Piri Prawns are to die for. The service was excellent and the prices are resonable for the quality and presentation of the food. Well done No8 thank you.
