29/06/2024: Average Chinese takeaway. Food can be a little bland. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Plenty of variety on the menu. Car parking is a challenge sometimes, depending on time of day.

11/08/2024: Bubbly personality from the get go from the waitress. Unfortunately, it lacked on the plate as my partners mixed grill was rushed out. Sausages that were not fully cooked, merely blasted in the oil and rashers that barely seen the grill. Big disappointment.

06/09/2024: Two people for lunch. One had a delicious chicken sandwich. The other nothing as the Eden deli has no gluten-free bread. Disappointing! Dogs on leads are welcome in the seated area in the courtyard at the back.

30/08/2024: This is probably the classiest restaurant in Edenderry. The antipasto starter is amazing if you like cheeses, olives and various cold meats. It is loads for two, but enough for three. The minestrone soup was just as I like it, with lots of vegetable chunks. The steak Tagliata @ €32.50 is special. Incredibly tender and served on a bed of roquette with either garlic potatoes, chips or mash. The fettuccine alla Boscaiol was a bit bland, so I won't choose it again. The house wine is very good as is the Irish coffee. Staff are always very pleasant, and attentive without being intrusive. So next time we want a special evening locally, we will be back. Total for 3 starters, 4 mains, 1 dessert, 2 Irish coffees, 2 glasses of house white, I bottle of house red, 1 Fanta and 1 coffee =€205.20

30/07/2024: Nice small cafe with a small selection. Enough to snack on sandwiches and drink coffee with cookies or cake. Open every day, until 18:00-18:30. This is important, since many cafes close at 16:00 and only pubs are open. Large parking.
