07/10/2025: I LOVED this place! Kieran was a gem and his pup Seany~ (hopefully spelled correctly). The locals were a treasure as well. I enjoyed the Jameson along with the chatter. Thank You, Kieran.

09/11/2025: Overpriced coffee. €8.90 for two coffees and an 80c bar

09/11/2025: Went in to order coffees. While I was in the queue there was a mix up with the previous two customers. The owner walked around the coffee shop effing and blinding in front of families and kids. Mistakes happen, no need for it. When I got to the top of the queue he was so rude. Do yourself a favour and go to The Villa instead.

26/09/2025: Loved the taco chips, and for my American husband he gives two thumbs up! It had a warming feeling like a dinner and welcoming service!

27/09/2025: Such good coffee. We also buy the bags of beans here for our own coffee machine at home. The morning of my wedding I had a friend grab me a coffee from Half Full!! Never disappoints 😊

10/09/2025: If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was poor and the staff came across as unprofessional. The overnight oats were awful -soggy, bland, and tasted like no effort went into making them. Really disappointing experience.

22/08/2025: Doesn’t deserve custom from any self respecting person. My sister who tragically has MND was refused service and asked to leave due to her speech difficulties being assessed by owner and staff as slurring due to intoxication. The interaction was embarrassing and distressing. No one offered a calm, private assessment in fact when the staff member was told by my sister that she was ill and this was how her speech now was she was told -“no you’re full” Disgusting and discriminatory behaviour. The publican and the staff member in question should be ashamed of themselves. The incident occurred over 12 months ago and in that time my sister has lost her ability to speak and her condition is well known in our town and yet no apology has been forthcoming.

27/06/2025: We go here during the daytime with kids from the local special school to have lunch and involve the kids out in the community, for the last year they have been nothing but amazing and accommodating to us and the kids (plus the food is always delish) thank you so much for all ye do!!!

It's beyond warm; it's practically perfect and embodies impeccable taste. Let's give this remarkable woman a well-deserved round of applause! P.S.: The green mug (you know, that green that makes you want to go to the bathroom) is here to commemorate this moment and this divine encounter.

18/03/2025: Visited the establishment on St. Patrick's Day. Live music, friendly and welcoming visitors. Had a great time. The staff is polite and welcoming. And by the way, this is my favorite place to relax. It's very cozy there.

27/10/2025: Food was great and reasonable prices service was good and the atmosphere was okay. Staff were friendly

14/10/2025: One of the worst Superman's I've had. The beef was so over cooked. Pizzas were OK as was the chicken.

23/09/2025: Was passing through here on the way back from the ploughing championships, and it was the nicest Supermacs we've had in a while. Very busy for a small town, so it's quite popular.
