09/11/2024: Gave away our pre-booked, pre-paid table because they said we were 30 minutes late. Wouldn’t accommodate us at all. Manager came out, looks like a little 15 year old boy, obviously on a power trip, handpicking from the group who he thought was “too drunk”. 🙄 What an absolute kip wouldn’t go near it again, plenty of other bars in the area happy to get the business in a time where pubs are struggling to pay their bills.

05/11/2024: We had diner tonight for the first time at the restaurant , John made sure the service was perfect for us , we will definitely come back!

27/10/2024: Great place for lunch, The staff very informative, pleasant and are very professional and courteous! Although I wish I tried the rooftop. Definitely the spot to go too if you are hungry and want a view!!!

16/11/2024: It really is a tourist trap - and I'm not even a tourist. I decided to bring my friend here and I was utterly disappointed. The food is way below par for a quality seafood-based restaurant. We both had the "crab and lobster tortelloni". You could barely taste either. That, at €34 per person. It was just very bland and ordinary. Nothing worse that outrageous price. We decided to have desserts too, and they were equally underwhelming. I had the "chocolate fondant" and it was the smallest fondant I have ever had; looked more like a small browny. Unlike an actual fondant, it was cooked all the way through - no gooey centre. Like the mains, it was just average. We also tried the Irish Coffee and it was the worst Irish coffee I have ever tried in my life - you couldn't even taste the whiskey or warmth. It tasted no different to just a normal cup of coffee. This isn't good enough, sorry. If you are a tourist - or indeed anyone else - hoping to find quality food in Howth, this is the place to absolute avoid. I'm €150 worse off because of it, and nothing but negative memories. I hope my experience is heeded by others to ensure that this establishment is forced to elevate the standards where they need to be, rather than ripping off customers just because of where the restaurant happens to be located. Awful. Just avoid.

28/10/2024: The BEST FOOD HANDS DOWN!!! Diego gave top tier service! The steak and carrots, spinach, and smashed potatoes was out of this world! I would definitely recommend this place!

28/10/2024: The food at Isabelle’s was amazing! The best food hands down. Everything ordered was delicious and the service from Diego was top tier.

14/10/2024: We had lunch on Sunday. Food is well priced. We ordered the Padron Peppers (€6.90) good, Tosta de Salmon (€7.90) only OK, Gambas al pil pil (€10.80) best dish of the meal, bread portion (€1.60), Setas con Huevo (€8.60) very good. Excellent service. Initially they seemed to be understaffed but this was resolved later in our meal. Very small wine list with mostly Sauvignon Blanc options which we do not drink. The Verdejo was unfortunately not available. My main issue with the restaurant was how cold it was. We would likely have stayed longer if it was comfortable, sadly it wasn’t. This impacted the atmosphere.

11/10/2024: Tried the so called potato’s omelette. This dish could easy become the start of the menu if cooked correctly. I would gladly show you how to make a proper one, is not that hard.

11/08/2024: Poor experience again. Wrong drink delivered and never have full range of whisky on their menu. Always put in a special request to sit away from the toilet, it's the first table offered even when there are 10 tables free and there's always a pause by staff when you request to sit away from the door to the toilet!! Needs some improvement on customer service, that's my update on my unfortunately my local.

18/10/2024: Ordered a full Irish breakfast, delicious, we shared the food , very welcoming staffs. What I love most children eat free whole day❤️❤️

17/10/2024: The place is nice and cozy, in a great location. I've ordered the pancakes and were very good, fluffy, tasty, and a great portion.
