Una cálida y amable bienvenida - encantadores cócteles - excelente comida - muy buen vino - un entorno cómodo - precios muy razonables. Este es un súper restaurante, y visitamos a menudo - y nunca se decepcionó. Muy recomendable.

15/03/2026: Went to this pub for Rugby match as heard it was good place to watch match and for atmosphere....they removed all the bar stools so standing the whole time which was not great and no food was available...Female bar tender was lovely.

08/03/2026: Great pub but does get jam packed on Rugby day, service is fantastic no matter how busy and great atmosphere, again another must for us when in Dublin

14/12/2025: Was disappointed with the service and quality of experience given this is a five star hotel. After arriving at 8pm at night, no doorman, nobody to greet us, front desk staff was cold and uninviting. Rooms were noisy. No lobby area to sit and relax (we tried to sit in the lobby after a long night with some takeaway food and were asked to confirm we were hotel guests and also asked to eat in our room). Just not what you would expect given the five star rating.

11/12/2025: Just stayed there. Great place and will return. From being centrally located in Dublin and so easily walkable around the area and the history, I just cannot say enough about my first trip to the area. I wish I could have tried dinner at the on-site restaurant however it was closed Sunday when I planned to attend. The only thing I could offer as a suggestion for improvement would be an upgrade to the Wi-Fi system, however this will not prevent me from returning as you spend most of the time in the city. Great hotel. Thanks again cheers

05/02/2026: Great coffee but too many rules comes across cranky - Cash only Laptops only on high tables No dogs inside No ceramic cups on bench outside No ceramic cups 30 mins before close Only clean keep cups (no exceptions) Life’s too short! Compare with Shoe Lane close by. Dogs welcome, cash or card, ceramic cups outside, will clean used keep cup, lap top users welcome anywhere.

20/01/2026: The most fabulous coffee in Dun Laoghaire, probably the whole Southside! Fabulous gourmet sandwiches and soup also. Have been there many times and it’s always an absolutely divine experience. Highly recommended!

25/12/2025: Loved my time at The Devlin Bar! Great cocktails and a cool, relaxed vibe in the heart of Ranelagh. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks were creative and delicious. Perfect spot for evening drinks or a fun night out with friends. Highly recommend

18/07/2025: Avant la visite de l’EPIC Muséum, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour manger un fish and chips. Belle adresse pour cela. Avec une pinte de bière pression IPA. Bon le rapport qualité-prix est moyen car l’addition s’est élevée à 68 euros services inclus (pourboire) pour deux. Mais bon, nous n’emmènerons pas nos économies au cimetière. !😂

01/07/2025: Justyna served us for lunch on the 25th of June. She explained the menu, and suggested lunch and drink options. She was very cheerful and eager to help as much as possible as this was our first time at the restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and we thought the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. We will definitely be back! 😀

24/02/2026: Best pub grub in Lucan, haven't had a bad meal here yet. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food and drinks are always delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Big outdoor area at the back. They run quizzes as well on a Thursday whichbare good craic. Well worth a visit if you're in the area

01/02/2026: I must say the Service in Kennys is poor. The Service was never great but it has got worse. The worst offender is the manager and assistant manager who are always positioned iinside the front door and are supposed to be there to welcome customers. Today, the manager immediately steped out directly in front of us as we entered (blocking us) but did not speak to us before we continued to the bar. Nor did he or his assistant manager speak to us as we passed out by them when leaving. Bizarre to say the least that the mamager and assistant manager don't know how to great loyal and local customers. The bar and floor staff (with the exception of one or two) are borderline pleasant. However, they are not the most friendly or engaging. We wont be returning anymore and shall dine elsewhere in the village.

15/03/2026: Busy day being mothers day, but got a table immediately and we're not put under pressure to get out. Food was great and filling. Service was really good and the servers were all polite and friendly. Recommend the butter chicken burger, and the wings.

19/03/2026: Unfortunately, my visit to this café was disappointing. The coffee was barely drinkable and tasted really bad. The food was also underwhelming – it was very greasy and seemed to have been prepared without any care. The only positive thing I can say is that the service was adequate and friendly. Overall, however, I wouldn't eat here again.

15/03/2026: I usually LOVE this restaurant so much, they used to have an amazing mezze plate in vegan or meat option, and lots of different variety. But today I booked for Mother’s Day and I understand it was really busy, but I found that -the menu had a lot of eggs on it, and when asked to substitute something else for eggs for an allergy told not possible have to order it as an extra side -food plating of the fry was… meh. Rashers not cooked as much as I’d expect I do t expect super crispy but they were too fatty to not be cooked longer. - ran out of basically every treat by the time we were ordering at just before 1??? Surely that’s very early in service to run out of scones babkas and cinnamon rolls. - they forgot part of the order (allowed it’s busy) but it was still on the bill had to ask for it to be removed. - finally the downstairs bathrooms ladies ones were a bit grim, as soon as you go down the basement stairs you’re hit with a whoop of stinky. This has put me off eating here again, as important as it is for the upstairs to be aesthetic and nice, the toilets were actually jarring. I really hope that today may have been a once off as it was Mother’s Day and paddy’s weekend very busy, but the standards seem to have dropped. I will still give it 4 starts as every server and host was amazingly polite and efficient
