09/11/2024: I’m in Dublin for a week. The second night I find Urban Brewing and enjoy a delicious set of Pimentos Padron, craft beers, and an extensive whiskey selection. I end up going back several times to finish out each day with beer, tapas, and whiskey. By the way, try the chorizo al vino. Bartenders Ed and Alejandra were amazing to watch and chat with. My time here was one of the highlights of my visit to beautiful Dublin.

28/10/2024: Fabulous pizzas and drinks, perfect for a night with friends and dates. The venue is aesthetic and food is great value. Highly reccomend

04/10/2024: My friend had her birthday at the jar !! Really good place for it, really friendly staff asking and checking all the time if they could help with anything.. I would highly recommend the place

23/11/2024: Got a coffee with rotten milk. The worst coffee I ever had. I felt bad entire day. 35 euro, 2 Irish coffee and 3 espresso 😂🫣 It’s freezing and they have no heater on. To conclude the experience, the girl that made coffee was not friendly at all. Basically if you want to ruin a nice day, just get in there!

07/12/2024: Great pub, staff are sound, pints (esp Guinness) are always delicious. Really nice to have a vegan option in a pub, for years they have had a butternut squash risotto main, as well as cauliflower wings for starters. Cant complain about having a vegan option but it would be nice to change it up every once in a while, although I think now recently they offer a vegan nut roast instead of the risotto. Would be nice to have more options, even 2 mains. Got the cauliflower wings twice, one time they were raw and coated in flour, not nice but the second time they were delicious and properly cooked-maybe it was a new cook :) Always packed whenever there is a match on, good atmosphere. Staff are sound, definitely makes the experience. Big pub with plenty of seating, they have a dj at the weekends. 10 min walk from the LUAS and big car park outside with a spar and wine shop. Decor inside is homely, bar out the back is good for private events/work drinks. Lovely local!

06/12/2024: We’ve ordered 2 burgers that were not only overpriced, but also the had onion skin. The chef refused to accept the mistake or help us with a suitable solution to their mistake.

19/12/2024: We went for Karaoke and asked to sing. We waited until after midnight yet we were here by 6pm. When we inquired why we were not called up, the host said they were only playing English songs. So why was there no communication prior. We would have found more accommodating places .

02/12/2024: Well worth a visit. Lovely food and the service was 10/10. Everyone was friendly and really went the extra mile. We were having a meet up and were there for quite some time but staff were brilliant and accommodating!

19/11/2024: I found "The Hudson Rooms" due to online Google reviews in relation to gluten-free. I'm Coeliac. On entering, I met a lovely female waitress, I told her I was coeliac, and she immediately showed me the menu and told me most things can be made GF. The owner, Declan, came down to take my order and told me they had separate fryers and were very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I had eggs Benedict with two poached eggs, pulled ham, Hollandaise Sauce mixed leaf on toasted sourdough, and a portion of fried cubed potatoes. The cost was €15.50. It was very tasty. Service was great and very attentive. No reactions whatsoever. Best interaction and response I've had in a restaurant since being diagnosed 4 months ago. The restaurant is really nice too and the decor is lovely. Will definitely return when in the area.
