08/03/2025: I come to this place regularly since last 4 years and I also order takeaway from here sometimes. Their Po Boy Burger is the best burger in the world and must have. Burger patty is so crispy and juicy and their burger sauce and coleslaw makes it very flavourful. Combination of great flavours. Their chicken wings are also very crispy, juicy and saucy. I love there Parmesan & Truffle Oil Fries. Chicken Salad and Apple Crumble is also very good. Overall all food is good. There service is also good. They care about customers and they also made some steamed veggies as sides even if they didn't have it on menu. Lewis and Todd have served us well last time we visited. They have lot for tables indoors and outdoors. Will keep on regularly visiting this place.

08/03/2025: Loved everything about our stay during our honey moon. I think we were the highest floor so we had to take the elevator up and walk the last flight of steps, nothing crazy unless you’re old. I loved the charm of the room.

14/02/2025: Service was a little slow, but it suited us. My burger was cold, and I did not want to complain. A staff member approached us for money for a raffle but no known cause. I felt obliged to donate but also very uncomfortable, You have to call the next day to check if you won any money from the collection, which is very disappointing. Doesn't feel it's a valid collection. Anyone could have taken the money.

11/03/2025: Matcha isn't good and very overpriced for what I got, the cheesecake was absolutely delicious but for 5.20 I'm not sure I would be back to try it again. You lose half the cheesecake in the parchment paper it's packaged in. Baristas were very talented and my drink was made nicely but just not with quality ingredients.

02/02/2025: Very inattentive and we had to wait ages for a table service. Also didn’t serve the complementary Prosecco normally offered with cocktails.

25/01/2025: completely fallen for this place. On paper nearly 20 euro for a cocktail is a lot (5 euro above average), but the complimentary Prosecco, constant refills on snacks, professional yet very friendly staff, and the complexity of the cocktails themselves more then justify the price. Well worth dressing up in your finer clothes to come here

29/01/2025: We booked afternoon tea here just before Christmas. We had a wonderful time beside the roaring fire in the living room, the food was excellent staff made us feel very special (in particular our server, Myat, was absolutely phenomenal. She doted on us the whole time. The chef was also wonderful and came out to speak to us as well.) We will definitely be back next year!

29/01/2025: This is just a gem of a place to stay , so much too offer but I have to say the staff are the most amazing part of this hotel . 10 out of 10 for service ,friendliness , j ust a joy . Such a relaxing hotel and just pure comfort . A definite return . Thank you 😊 🙏

17/03/2025: We went there as we waited for the Guiness Storehouse to open. The service was amazing and so friendly. It was great to talk to the guy there. The food was tasty and he was prompt. I would highly recommend and definitely go back!

17/03/2025: Absolutely loved this place. Their cocktail and pizza deal is phenomenal, no better deal going in Dublin. The food was great and drinks unique and tasty. Staff were lovely and attentive. If I had to think of any faults it would just be that the music was a bit too loud but that’s just my preference. Overall great experience, I’ll definitely be back :)

24/02/2025: The service here is horrible. The waiter we had didn’t think to check up on our table once. The waiter's name is Shane, very unbothered and unprofessional. The brunch food is nice hence the 4-star. My sister’s glass was dirty tried to get someone’s attention for 3 minutes straight. Shane came and collected the glass and didn’t issue an apology for bringing a dirty glass to our table as it’s his responsibility to ensure everything he brings to the table is clean and presentable. The whole customer service itself is horrible, none of them are attentive or aware of their customers, which is a quality they need training on. I’ve had better customer service at a busy pub.
