03/04/2024: Few cons, one pro. Upon arriving in the morning, our party of 4 (2 rooms/4 bags for each room) decided to check in to the hotel and leave our bags with the bellhop & venture the city. When we came back at 3pm, we were given keys & went to our rooms. The first room had all incorrect luggage bags & the second room had two correct bags but no other luggage. We immediately went down to the front desk & had them correct the problem. They had put 6 of our bags into the wrong rooms. They didn't seem phased or offer any compensation but found our luggage within 10 minutes. Second con, the shower drain never fully drained while showering so you were constantly in a puddle & it would leak out onto the floor. Third con, the location. It's about a 20-25 minute walk into the central area & main attractions of the city. Not too many restaurant options close by. The pro, the breakfast off the menu was delicious! We looked forward to that every morning but due to this hotel being 5 stars, we will not be back nor recommend.

03/04/2024: Very stylish and great hotel - the location in the Docklands and the proximity to the River Liffey is great. The staff and especially the concierge are wonderful and very friendly. The only drawback - the rooftop bar is being renovated and is closed - but we were still allowed to go up.

03/04/2024: Unique gothic style pub in Dublin under Tara St Station. Something different. Moretti was good. Beer prices are fairly high as with all pubs in city centre.

03/04/2024: Quite a unique but vibrant bar with a great atmosphere. The drinks here are the cheapest around and the decor is lovely. You can just about hear the trains above but it wouldn't be annoying.

11/01/2024: Great local spot. I'd recommend scrambled eggs and toast and a cup of coffee in good company. Here you will find locals grabbing a bite and having a coffee and a chat. The staff are friendly and efficient and know their stuff. The room is cosy and the atmosphere comfortable with a hum of chat of people pleasantly passing their day. If you're in the area, drop by.

30/03/2024: Stopped in for a quick pint. Along the river Liffy, close to the hotel owned by the band U2. Family owned, I see it was voted best goulash in Dublin! Too bad we weren't hungry when we visited! Staff was friendly and attentive.

19/03/2024: coffee quality is bad, baristas brew same coffee for everyone, you can order latte cappuccino or flat white, at the end you will get same americano with milk. baristas are not good.

23/02/2024: For a pp of 30€ this place is not value for money. We got the plato de jamón ibérico y manchego and we received a tiny plate with dried up jamón and 3 tiny sliced pieces of cheese. The plate costs 18 euro and mentions it comes with crackers, so it came with literally 3 crackers. We also got the large portion of patatas bravas, only to receive a tiny bowl of chips-that I doubt were hand cut. That being said the atmosphere is lovely with lights and pleasant decoration and the waiters are all kind and helpful. The wine was decent, but still more pricey than in other wine bars in the area. I am sorry to give 3 stars but I honestly hope they increase the size of portions and quality of the food to be able to justify those prices.

24/03/2024: A very cozy place. The soup is super delicious, like it was freshly made and full of fish, mollusks... the plate seems small but it is quite filling. We accompanied it with squid rings and a side salad. Two non-alcoholic drinks. They sat us at the high table, it is comfortable. For wheelchairs there are lower tables. There is a fairly large terrace.

Chicken supreme hit the spot but the over done dry burger and small portion of fries was not worth the long wait or €16.95. Charging €6 ffor guiness0.0 🤯 on top off €2 per hour parking Word of mouth The entertainment is always tops I will come back for a later visit and leave the car at home enjoy a pint and live band

04/04/2024: Great, fun evening. The MC was hilarious. Really enjoyed it and with laughter, food and drinks all in one it was worth every cent. I've deducted one star for the chairs being attached in a row of four. Went with a friend and we were literally stuck to another couple. Otherwise great set up with table service etc.

13/03/2024: About Failing in Love: such a vulgar, ordinary show. Victor did nothing but disrespect the people, the history itself and demonstrated a real lack of tolerance to accept and understand that there are people who do not think or live like him. His low class humor did not amuse me and it was the worst 25 euros spent in my life.
