04/04/2025: Should be open on Friday, prime day for students finishing their week of school

19/02/2025: In: I didn’t eat there because I went there at 10pm and it was really dancing by there. This is a good place if you want to dance with your friends. Penalty: the women toilets can be hard to access. That’s all. A logical penalty when you see how many people there are. It's also sad that it closes at midnight. En: I didn't eat it so I can't rate the food. I got there at 10 p.m. and there was already a lot of dancing. also the bar closes at midnight. which is very early compared to France. It's a good bar if you want to dance with your friends but the toilets are difficult to access. Which is normal when you see the world out there.

07/03/2025: Absolutely appalling service... "Please wait to be seated" for 10 minutes until you run out of patience and approach the bar... then server doesn't come back after giving you the menu for 15 mins, requiring you to again approach the bar to order! Lastly, when requesting the bill, it's forgotten and you have to ask again 10-15 mins later! Maximum of 4 other customers in the entire bar!

22/03/2025: I wouldn’t bother with this place again. When my friend and I visited, the atmosphere here was non existent, the food was quite tasteless and the service was just hit and miss. The waiter was untidy looking and made no effort to greet us. He just pointed us to a table and put menus in front of us without saying a word. The restaurant itself is quite small and could really do with some facelifting, as it looks very tired. The menu was varied, so we felt that this was promising, but what we got definitely tasted bland and reheated. We just had one course and decided to leave. This took a while, as we had a long wait for the waiter to reappear so we could request a bill. Another wait before we could pay, as he was also dealing with take away orders coming in on the phone. This restaurant definitely does not live up to its name, as the food was anything but spicy. A disappointment.

19/04/2025: Advertise a promo on their homepage for your first order that when entered at checkout says its expired, bit sneaky. Good curry cheese chips but a half full tray, I wasn't mad and the Kebab but I'll probably finish it and it's not as large as others around.

04/10/2024: I have been to the bagel bar several times now and though the food is perfectly fine i always find the staff exceptionally rude. Recently I ordered a bagel and it was dropped to the wrong table. When I realised I looked to the staff and explained but they started to giggle and made no effort to correct the mistake so as customers we were forced to swap the food ourselves. Terrible customer service and I haven’t been back since.

11/02/2025: We had a lovely experience in Ait Eile last weekend. Service was excellent. Lovely choice of wines and the food was superb. I had cod which was absolutely delicious. Others had steak, salmon and a variety of starters. Apart from the steak being a little over cooked, the meal was just a lovely experience.

07/01/2025: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ait Eile, firstly I was warmly welcomed in by Tracy. There were lots of options for both adults and kids on the menu. Katie, my server, was really kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. After my mains I had a warm brownie dessert, it was unbelievable Overall I would highly recommend Ait Eile to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming environment to eat.

30/09/2024: Looks cute from the outside, but inside it is kind of uninspired and desperately needs some renovation. Food was ok but nothing more, breakfast looked like it had sat in the warming pots for many hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.
