15/08/2024: Excellent! Two of us dined here yesterday and had a light breakfast. The food was freshly cooked and the hash browns and the mushrooms were the best I have ever tasted. It is very clean, welcoming, fantastic value for money and the staff are top notch. Several other restaurants/cafes in Sligo could take note from this wonderful venue. Thank you.

03/05/2025: Best fast food burgers you can get and great chips. Ice cream that actually tastes like ice cream unlike most of their competition. Only disappointment is that there are no gluten free options at this outlet although I believe other supermacs locations which have a super subs do have some gluten free options. Place was spotless and there was lots of staff working hard to provide quick service with food delivered to our table within 3 minutes. Overall a great fast food service.

22/04/2025: Very sorry to give a bad rating. We had a takeaway, Very bad food! Naan was good, chicken tikka masala was worst, never expected tikka masala to be sweet as a dessert. Being diabetic, my sugars level went to 14! Chicken tandoori in starters tasted old chicken and it was just marinated in regular some fried chicken coating and named as tandoori! Wondered was the food given bad as we had a takeaway??? Being an Indian buyer felt they have made a fool out of you . Never do this lads! You are going to ruin your business. I don't think I would suggest or come back to this restaurant ever. sorry.

24/04/2025: Lovely coffee with generous portions too. The cafe is so spacious that its easy to find a quiet little nook even if it's busy! The staff are so kind, friendly and welcoming too

24/05/2025: I came here a couple of days ago and ordered the mix tray and and a doner kebab upon entering no employee greeted me and took a minimum 5-7 minutes to take my order it would be understandable if it was busy but the place was empty and the workers where just on their phone and after he took mu order i was waiting 40 mins and then when i had the food it was horrible and guess what i get food poisoning the next day i think this place should be shut down

06/05/2025: As a family we love the Years Tavern. Booking a table is easily done online. The staff are always welcoming and efficient. They have a fantastic, varied menu to suit all tastes - my favourite being their goats cheese salad which I'd describe as 'a party on a plate', given it's colours, textures and flavours. Highly recommend a visit.

21/04/2025: We stopped off for a spot of dinner along our travels. We were famished the with hunger once seated our order was taken after 10 mins this is where we proceeded to wait 45 to be served our food, while other tables that sat after us had been served and finished their meals. It’s worth noting the food that was ordered, would’ve been precooked and sitting in a Bain Marie, which arguably should not take 45 minutes. The food was sub par at best. There was a side of garlic potatoes ordered and only arrived after we had finished our meal. We asked to speak to a manager and we were informed kindly that he was not available A waitress came to our table to address our issue. We told there nothing really should could do only offer us a round of drinks bearing in mind we had orange cordial. The tone was overall dismissive and rude. We finished our meal before a senior member of staff did come and express her concern where she kindly comped the meal in an effort to safe the experience. But it was not about the money, the complete lack of service during the 45 minute wait showed the inexperience of the staff and after the waitress left us with the impression that our concerns were not her problem we had a bad taste left in our mouths, only made worse by the average microwaved food.

25/04/2025: Popped in for Sunday Lunch as we do any time we are staying in Bundoran. We got seated right away with no booking, but we came at a great time as unfortunately, anyone after us had to wait as there were bookings coming in. The Vegetable Soup for starters was delicious and we opted for the Roast Beef with Peppercorn Sauce and it was also very nice. Left us not fit for dessert!! All of the staff are extremely friendly and quick to accommodate to needs. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or passing through!

25/04/2025: The best lunch I've had in ages! I had been here before, so I knew it was going to be good. I ordered the Garlic Mushrooms. I've had stomach surgery, so smaller portions are best for me...this was absolutely perfect. The mushrooms were super fresh, coated and cooked fresh, juicy and cooked to perfection. The garlic mayonnaise was delicious and the salad in the middle had a good mix of ingredients, not too much purple cabbage, hardly any red onion, and just a drizzle of dressing! Happy Tums all the way home.
