22/03/2024: Lived in Sligo over ten years ago now, and still get cravings for the sauce these guys made for chicken fillet burgers/rolls. Hope it’s still as good. Oh how I wish you guys could post the sauce to Scotland!!! lol. 👌🥹☺️
21/01/2024: In and out , this is Irish owned and it shows in the meat and chicken. Much superior to American Corporate sludge being peddled up the street.
The Milkshake section is a poor cousin of Shakedog and Mcds.
It's always clean and warm and frequented by locals who are known by name . Friendly folk!
Parking is possible if you are nimble and good at Reverse parking. There are some 20min quick parking spots outside.Free for 20!!

05/04/2024: It is an old hotel. The cleaning is not good. The room view was very bad and you need wait a long time to be seated at breakfast. The good thing is the size of the room.

15/10/2023: Had Sunday lunch here, early October. The place was busy and everyone seemed happy. My partner had the catch of the day which was wild Atlantic cod, with linguini and prawns. She said it was delicious. I had battered cod with chips and salad, also excellent. Service was attentive, atmosphere friendly.

15/03/2024: Nice bar with good service. The food is delicious and there are plenty of tables and parking spaces. Unfortunately, the tables were a bit sticky when we visited.
05/01/2024: Superb food - the staff are always friendly and helpful. the house white is generally superb. It's a multi-generation family business. Very well made food, I personally loved any of their pizzas. It's not a take-away, it's a higher standard of food. Highly recommend

03/04/2024: Excellent place for dine-in. Drive through facility too available. Open on all days from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
02/04/2024: Awful experience yesterday, went through drive through. Staff didn't have a clue what they were doing, took 30 mins to get through drive through it was chaos and you could tell by waiting, no management and all young inexperienced staff not their fault but no leadership. Intercom, staff can hardly hear you and you can hardly hear them. Currently awake at 3.45am due to food being uncooked and have food poisoning. Will never step near Supermacs again in Sligo, should be reported to the food authority!

12/03/2024: we liked the atmosphere and the staff were good. but the food didn't meet our expectations! The pasta had too much tonato sauce, and the pizza had a kind of sweet taste! they didn't have spicy sauce they offered the chicken sauce to use as a spice
04/03/2024: Very cool Italian restaurant located in the heart of Sligo town. The interior decor is wonderful, the service was brilliant and the staff were very attentive. I ordered the chicken fiorentina, the portion size was just right, it had a mix of spinach and mushrooms which I also enjoyed. Overall, a good restaurant where you can always get a decent meal. The only complaint is that some might consider it a little overpriced.

20/03/2024: This hotel is in a good location, but 4 stars? That’s a bit generous. It’s very dated. The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Our room was so unbearably hot and felt moist and hard to breathe in, and there is no way to open the window more than a few centimeters. The lift was broken so we had to carry our own luggage up and down the stairs. We were also put in a wing that was actively being painted and worked on, so the fumes were quite unenjoyable on our walks from reception to the room. Would definitely stay elsewhere next time I’m in town.
17/03/2024: It has a very nice bar with a good choice of largers. The hotel is amazing and very clean. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful.

10/03/2024: Nose blowing and kneading dough - no hands washing.
While waiting for a take out, I watched the staff member, blow his nose, throw the tissue in the pizza oven, where food was being cooked.
Then run his hand over his face and nose one more time, pull dough from a drawer, knead it with his bare hands.
No washing of his hands, no proper barrier between him while he obviously had a cold and was preparing food.
The guy who took e card payment had open cuts in his hands, overall it was slap dash and lacking attention to cleanliness or hygiene.
This place should be shut down!

13/03/2024: A lovely place to visit, it's a little lost at the side of the riverside hotel and looks like you're heading in the back door... But when you're in the food lovely, we'll presented and reasonably priced... The service is good and quick. Facilities are down some fairly steep stairs but more accessible ones are available. All in all it's worth a visit, and I'm looking forward to trying some of the sweet treats.
29/12/2023: Stopped today for a quick bite, staff went above and beyond, food came quickly and was fresh and delicious!

05/04/2024: What a lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bar/restaurant is tended too by absolutely lovely attendants. The food is lovely. A gem in the heart of Tubbercurry.
04/04/2024: Never stayed in overnight, a decent pint of Guinness though, I wasn't too impressed with the food but my boys enjoyed it. Theresa and Pier are very nice though.
