It was obvious from my observation that the hot food side of business appears not that professional as the oil seemed not hot enough for the batter or the batter not made correctly...either or but something seemed off when it was added to oil. Cod itself nice but again expected more crispy flavour from batter but tasted off and not thin and crispy and not what I was expecting . Wouldn't be going back here again for hot food but hopefully raw wild salmon fillet for €37 that i purchased is nice when cooked to my taste.. Overall experience is poor as it has just reinforced my opinion you only get the best fish and chips along the coast of ireland from qualified chefs knowing what they are doing and this shop trying to combine both selling raw and hot food doesn't work in my opinion. 16/03/2024: Absolutely disgusting food...raw chips!...my pasta dish was warm and cold..horrible.. Told the waiter and he said he will tell the chef...but we still payed the full bill after sending the food back...service is so bad..never again..people stay away from this hotel...

19/07/2025: So basic. Saw the photo of the chicken burger which looked great. The guy even asked if it's the southern fried chicken burger I'd like. It wasn't southern fried, it was awful. Just a plain chicken breast and 2 slices of tomato with a splodge of sweet chilli sauce from the bottle between 2 cold buns. "Loaded Fries"? Curry cheese or garlic cheese. I got the garlic cheese. Tiny amount of garlic sauce under cold melted cheese. I had to ask for more garlic sauce, straight from the Blenders bottle of garlic mayo. My friends had a beef burger meal each and both said never again. It's so basic and tasteless. Bloody hell, Supermacs is 10 times better. This is my second time trying this, and it has not changed. Couple of young lads behind the counter cooking the food. Not much love for food or pride in cooking there. Not worth the money.

23/05/2025: Really poor, hardly any sauce on the pizzas, one pizza was missing 3/5 toppings. Pizzas were also undercooked, really disappointing

21/10/2024: Ordered so many times from here. Food is really good. Never had an issue with them. Delivery is blazing fast. I don't know why so many negative reviews, maybe they just got unlucky.

08/07/2025: I like the food they bring to the table .though they cancelled my surprise bag twice and now it will take 2 weeks for my money back . Don’t say u can reserve me a bag but cancel last min . I wouldn’t advise people to buy from the 2good2go app unless u wanna be disappointed

20/03/2025: What a great little spot. Their range of bread and cakes is wonderful. I love batch loaf, and theirs has to be one of the best. They have a great selection of pastries and cakes. Very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

22/07/2025: Fish was still crunchy after a 17 min drive. Great Chips, BIG piece of fish. Love this place, will be back.

07/07/2025: Worst chipper in Ireland!!! Never mind Mullingar. There was that much grease dripping out of the food 1 of our bags actually ripped and then to make it worse this food was for patients in Mullingar hospital. They chicken burger was pink on the inside absolutely disgusting food and a health hazard.

29/09/2024: Cossan eco Lodge is no longer open but was a great place to stay the food was great nd the owner Tommy tombstone as he is know was a pure gentleman

12/07/2025: I usually go to the store for smoothie and it is always very tasty. The staff is friendly and usually quick. Strawberry Dream is my favorite!

03/07/2025: Everything is made to perfection but it is way too slow. No urgency at all from any of the workers. They stand chatting whilst making orders, which is fine but they seem to forget what they are making. Doing other tasks such as cleaning over making orders when there are a queue of customers
