03/02/2025: We were staying in a hotel near bye and Clakes was recommended to us and we were not disappointed, good band,played 80s music. Staff friendly and service was excellent. highly recommended

21/12/2024: Got a tattoo off Lorna recently, she was 100 percent from start to finish and made it such an easy going experience. Gave me lots of size options and made sure I was 100 percent happy before she put it in ink, tattoo healing perfectly and she gave great advice to ensure this, cant reccomend this place enough :)
20/12/2024: Fantastic tattoo parlour. I would highly recommend tattoo or piercing work you want done get it from here whether it's your first or last I have to say they are brilliant. I'm very happy with all the work I have had done here very good and grateful to all staff. Any age welcome with parental consent

01/02/2025: The food here was top class. The flavours, unique blend of delicate spices and freshness were really unbeatable. The service was excellent. Have travelled all over the middle-east and honestly, this food really lives up to the standard. My advice? Don't be afraid to try something new. It really should be a restaurant that people in Mullingar think of on a regular basis as it brings a touch of culture and class to the town. I recommend trying the Main platter for 2. It had something for everyone. We couldn't even finish ours there was so much food.

18/01/2025: Stopped off for some breakfast here on Sunday loved the little cubicles perfect if your not into mixing or just want a little quiet space..very quirky..the breakfast was amazing also especially the crispy potatoes!!! Lovely staff too...great atmosphere 100% 👌 5 stars
05/01/2025: Dining companions cleaned their plates. I am Celiac and GF sausages/puddings were not available, which I expected, but rashers and streaky bacon were. It was nice to get true GF bread at a restaurant. Owner was knowledgeable about Celiac and forthright about what was/was not possible to make GF. I felt great after my meal.
Bakery items looked tempting and coffee was delicious. If I weren't Celiac, I would have ordered one of the ginormous sausage rolls they looked very appetizing. We'd definitely go again.

18/11/2024: Travelled out to see this café with my inlaws to be told they are cash only as their machine is down (no sign was present) I therefore asked for the nearest atm and they were unable to provide any information on one which is very hard to believe. Upsetting not sure if Islamophobic or racist as customer over hearing said the machines working fine.

15/12/2024: My absolute favourite place to eat lunch in Mullingar! It's a busy spot, and there's good reason - the food is amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient. The Earth Bowl is to die for! Kids' meal portions are very generous too.
