The best restaurants in Mullingar

04/01/2025: A very nice bar! We where there for Niall and they knew exactly!! Soo nice people in there we loved it!

03/01/2025: This place looks small from the outside, but it is huge inside with so many different spaces and rooms. Really nice place to go to.

21/12/2024: Got a tattoo off Lorna recently, she was 100 percent from start to finish and made it such an easy going experience. Gave me lots of size options and made sure I was 100 percent happy before she put it in ink, tattoo healing perfectly and she gave great advice to ensure this, cant reccomend this place enough :)

20/12/2024: Fantastic tattoo parlour. I would highly recommend tattoo or piercing work you want done get it from here whether it's your first or last I have to say they are brilliant. I'm very happy with all the work I have had done here very good and grateful to all staff. Any age welcome with parental consent

12/10/2024: As an Arab, I can tell that this is the most delicious Arabian food I had in Ireland. Rich in flavors, wasn’t expecting something similar in a little town like Mullingar.

15/12/2024: Great place, I eat here a lot. Staff are excellent, food is consistently good, and whenever there is a problem , it’s resolved without any issues. Also they’re pet friendly which is a plus for me!

26/11/2024: Beyond appalling service. Came in for lunch (pizza) at lunch time, waited 20 minutes for the table, when the table presented itself was told they can only serve breakfast (at 3pm!) and how lunch isn't available any longer. Again, was told this after we waited for 20 mins for a table - for lunch!

20/12/2024: This hotel is really nice and I have been to parties in the old Georgian part (upstairs function rooms) which are very beautiful and have some style but recently went to a Christmas get together in the bar of the main part and apart from the fact that this bar is very dated and needs renovation it didn't have an atmosphere especially pre Christmas and the drinks were overpriced ( 8 € for a mediocre glass of red wine) Shared platters of finger food consisted of chips that were too salty ( buy more drinks!!!:-D), sausages and chicken nuggets, basically something you would offer at a kid's birthday party... You can do better Annebrook Hotel, prime location at the park, friendly staff but there's a little bit of room for improvement in the bar ( I took no photos in the bar because there was nothing to catch my eye:-D)

12/01/2025: For a long time the sandwiches here were good, not great. Basic but did the job. But 2025, new menu and the sandwiches are up a level. Nice selection, good breads. Much better.

12/01/2025: Highly recommended coffee shop in Mullingar with a great ambience, spacious design, and a delicious menu. It offers a cosy environment and has friendly, attentive staff.

20/12/2024: Actually has flavor other than brown 😸 and asked for it extra spicy and they did it.

08/01/2025: We stopped in for breakfast and had a nice experience. The waitstaff was friendly and checked with the kitchen about celiac safe options. I went with The Slimmer's Choice. The brown bread was tasty, but is not gluten free.

29/11/2024: Great spot for a meal. Very friendly staff and not overpriced. Well worth a visit.

30/10/2024: Find out what Chef is on before you order! So hit and miss. Used to go once a week now, it's not worth the hassle. There is one chef who's food is awful Keep telling them but they obviously don't care. No consistency. Some evenings it is fab and others inedible. Pity...

13/10/2024: Service was very good and food was amazing love the bathroom very clean nice to go for a family dinner quick and so much atmosphere amazing vegetable soup ,garlic bread , steak ,hake ,chocolate brownie . You get rolls on your table when you arrive.Staff are kind and helpful

07/09/2024: Massive bar with snugs all over a huge covered beer garden with pizzeria attached. A whole new meaning to pizza and a pint. Private rooms and cosy corners .

17/12/2024: food was disappointing. I got the arrabiata with extra chicken and the chicken was fishy, chewy and weird. it was most likely frozen. the pasta is something that could be done better at home without the price of €17, so it was mid all together

15/12/2024: My absolute favourite place to eat lunch in Mullingar! It's a busy spot, and there's good reason - the food is amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient. The Earth Bowl is to die for! Kids' meal portions are very generous too.

12/01/2025: Went here on a recommendation and I'm definitely going back. I ordered a blue steak and it was cooked to perfection and it tasted fantastic. I would definitely recommend it, without hesitation!!!.
