05/10/2025: Really enjoyed the delicious food and the excellent service.

03/10/2025: Dreadful place. Way too busy. One of the cleaning staff (same name as the latest queen of England) verbally abused me because I accidentally spilt some juice on the floor. She engaged with another customer who also gave out to me. I complained but imagine it's a waste if time. Maybe not.

30/09/2025: Phone orders. Always a long wait and hope that the order is correct when it arrives.

23/08/2025: We had a very good experience in supermacs carlow I felt I had to write this. The staff are very friendly, went out of their way to help us. We had 3 children with us and nothing was a problem to the staff. I hope the staff who were working today 23rd of August 25 see this. They really know how to treat their customers. Thank you very much.

07/09/2025: Chicken tikka kebab yummm The doner meat is the best in town. Bread is fresh salad always crispy and fresh and his sauces are unreal. Best kebab in town

04/08/2025: Awful experience, this place needs closing down. From no clean glasses to no beer, using used dirty glasses for beer. No change for people, dogs would run it better 😡

31/08/2025: Half a poorly painted door, but since it looks like a door with its frame around it, it seems quite old, and because I like antiques, that's why I gave it 4 stars. The other day I passed by and saw everything repainted. I looked inside, everything was modern. They did a major cleaning here, and I can tell you for the better. It's a shame the kids have turned this place into a dump. There's no respect, they talk loudly, burgers fly from one side to the other. Anyway, the employees and the owner must be having a hard time. I decided to raise my rating here. Did you know that McDonald's has some of the best training in the business world? At least it did, and I think it still does. What goes on here isn't the fault of the workers or even the owner, because those who like burgers, which isn't my case, are served very well here, with politeness and organization. Congratulations on the update!!!

25/08/2025: I just recently ordered from McDonald's Clondalkin and the driver was giving weird looks to my girlfriend when she appeared at the door. It was very rude and normally they are NOT like this but this one experience is going to make me think twice from ordering from this specific McDonald's. Please do better. (Edited) I just realised my burger bun at the bottom was also burnt, pretty ridiculous. Didnt even wanna eat it cuz idk what that couldve been and i was worried. Do better.

10/09/2025: Typical McDonald's fare. We were just finishing our trip around Ireland before returning to the US, and were interested in having a quick bite before checking into our hotel. Food was hot and fresh.

11/10/2025: Two security guards arguing over whether I had paid for my food as the machine had run out of paper. Arrogant guard physically tried to take my order from me at 8:30 not even busy. Wouldn’t fancy it at 3am

10/10/2025: Eliska and Helder were fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They are not only asset to the WowBurger brand, but a couple of people who I’ve had the pleasure of having the chance to meet!

27/09/2025: Worst McDonald’s in Dublin! Absolutely no service system in place, staff are just running around panicking with all the beeping going off. I feel bad for them. But management should make a system, waited 28 minutes for a medium meal and guess what, it was cold haha

21/09/2025: Toilets “closed for cleaning” which means they’re either filthy or the staff doesn’t want to deal with their customers having use of them and then having to clean them.

21/09/2025: It's McDonald's. What else u expect. Actually, just got a coffee as I like it and its value. Love it if a staff member doesn't bother taking the free coffee piece (with 6 stamps).

21/09/2025: KFC owner of this branch is charging a deposit fee of 0.25cents for a bottle of 1.25L Pepsi BUT you can not return the bottle in the recycling machine as it does not have the RETURN label. Pepsi is purchased in another country not in Ireland but they are charging people for the deposit fee. We, of course complained to the staff but we were told to complain to KFC, so here you go KFC! I wonder how much did they earn from this scam/fraud? 💅 🧐

16/09/2025: Very poor service ordered food for my son drove home which was 35mins away to find out I had been given the wrong order. Drove 35mins back left waiting the guy saying to another worker "Whats wrong with her" Asked to speak to the Manager. Was informed Rita the manager would come out to me but left waiting. Manager hadnt got the manners to come out and speak to me.

23/08/2025: It was amazing there , they did not get any part of the order wrong unlike other places, it was quiet and not too busy , the workers were very polite and the food was amazing. I would almost definitely come back and would recommend eating here . I had a great time there . The tables and restaurant were clean , the food was cheap as-well, I think that it was really well done . the food came decently fast. Overall one of the best supermacs I have been in , 10/10/
