25/10/2025: Absolutely filthy. Rubbish was piled on top of the bins today. The worst I have ever seen for hygiene. Also impossible to relax and enjoy your meal or coffee with constant "beeping" and "bonging" from the machines in the kitchen.
22/10/2025: The service is terrible. I had a deal run out of time because I was waiting so long to have my order taken.
Edit: this review is slightly outdated and they have improved since. Quality of the food is bang average even in regards to McDonald’s but the timing is, for the most part no longer an issue. It’s made up for in the extremely friendly and courteous staff.

12/10/2025: Food is alright but has gone downhill. Service is terrible, delivery always takes hour plus for a 10 minute drive and have received the wrong order multiple times and have been harassed when tried to call them on the phone to get my actual food.

24/07/2025: Just ate here for lunch. Had a chicken breast sandwich with bacon and cheese meal. By god was it horrible. Re-heated chips and pre cooked chicken breast re-heated. Bacon tasted awful also. Burger was also cold. Far from "Fresh" as advertised! Had the same in the supermacs at junction 17 recently and it was very enjoyable, hot and fresh. Hence why I said I'd try it again. Little island outfit is awful bad. Not recommended at all. I should have known as it wasn't busy and all the other food outlets were.
06/06/2025: Very poor service in this SuperMacs.
Ordered food.
Only three other couples in store.
Waited 20 mins and no food. Went to counter to ask about food, told it would be brought to the table, another 10 minutes before food arrived, when it arrived it was wrong. I should have just got a refund. There'll be no next time. Don't expect much from this place.

15/11/2025: Good probably the worst McDonalds I have ever had. Food barely warm and thrown together. Restaurant not very inviting.

07/10/2025: I ordered a “vegetarian dumpling noodle soup” and two vegetarian spring rolls. How is it possible that the noodles were overcooked? It was really disgusting! And only two tiny spring rolls for that price? Really??

23/10/2025: AMAZING COFFEE!!! Sandwiches were nice, im used to american bacon so having rashers is always a bit different. Theyre also a bit greasy but what can you do? Its a sandwich. But lovely place to get some food.
15/09/2025: Good service, nice friendly staff, hygiene could be improved greatly as all the sweet treats are left open on the countertop and there was several flies helping themselves, really off putting, they should have plastic covers over the treats.

03/03/2025: Fabuloso lugar en el corazón de la ciudad. Una variedad tan amplia en el menú y el personal era tan servicial. El restaurante estaba muy limpio, y nuestras mesas estaban constantemente supervisadas. Sin duda volveré!

Experiencia reciente de almuerzo de domingo. La comida era buena, pero me cobraron por una coca y me dijeron en la recogida de comida que ya había tomado mi bebida - y me dijeron en términos inciertos en eso - que no lo hice. Dejó un mal sabor en lo que por lo demás era una buena salida
