06/06/2025: Very poor service in this SuperMacs. Ordered food. Only three other couples in store. Waited 20 mins and no food. Went to counter to ask about food, told it would be brought to the table, another 10 minutes before food arrived, when it arrived it was wrong. I should have just got a refund. There'll be no next time. Don't expect much from this place.

09/02/2025: Ordered food for takeaway for a child’s birthday party in Fota Island Adventure. I dealt with Arun and ordered in advance, he was so helpful. The food was hot & ready on arrival, the lads in Supermacs helped me bring it to the car & kids demolished every bite! Thanks Arun

28/06/2025: Disgusting, broken toilets, and impossible to close the doors. Friendly security guard at the entrance.

11/03/2025: Rudest person serving. Asked what soup was on today and she just points to notice board. Other order for tomato and cheese toastie, she says ‘On’… bringing food to tables and she walks through people queuing without as much as an ‘excuse me’. Manager needs to have a good chat with this person. Younger staff were much more friendly with customers.

21/01/2025: I was there at lunch time today. I ordered a roll. I eat the same one in obriens liffey valley all the time, they even know what I order before I go up . Today in manor Mills the girl was confused when I asked for my roll anyway, it was completely stale like as if it was sat there days. When I brought it back and told the girl it was stale she replied "yeah but you didn't want it toasted" so I mentioned no I wanted a fresh roll and this was really stale like REALLY stale. She said again "yeah but you said you didn't want it toasted". So in order to not have a stale roll it had to be toasted. Not the standards of obriens I'd be used to, I always eat I'm liffey v or the jervis as I'm an autistic creature of habit so i know this is bad standards. I then ordered a blt as the woman wasn't impressed that I didn't want to eat my stale roll and she could of fixed it by toasting it. Anyway, my blt was made fresh... on stale bread I could of broke my tooth!

06/06/2025: Ordered happy meal for kid coz he is a Pokémon fans, but got Despicable 4 toys , how funnny this shop is😡, and a cheese burger without cheese in it.

01/06/2025: Dreadful ...very badly organised, 40 minutes between pre paying and getting food. Ordered a happy meal with a potion of chicken and a button icrea cream. Got a tiny chicken leg half raw and a handful of chips on the bottom of the bag. The ice-cream was melted as it was left standing on the counter. Had to go back for the drink and the toy...never again ..avoid

12/06/2025: A staple of my youth, and still a solid chipper. The tenders here have such a nice flavor. They were a bit overcooked/ dry but the sauces made that less of an issue. Excellent quality chips, very nice battered sausage.

02/06/2025: awful customer service. Ordered a Margherita pizza & they sent a pepperoni (I’m a vegetarian). They sent out another pizza half an hour later and asked for the original pizza back (which was now in the bin, I don’t eat meat). The very rude delivery driver kicked off saying he wants the original pizza back & wouldn’t let me close the door to my house. Eventually stormed off saying we can’t order from them again. Thank god !!!!!

03/06/2025: I've been in a lot of McDonalds over the country, from ones in the Northside to Southside. Somehow this one is one of most offensive. Somehow they were out of soft drinks... all of them, which is a pretty big nail in the coffin but the store was also not clean. Usually McDonalds are cleaned very well but not this branch it seems. This one has food all over the floor, almost every table had something under it, some tables had stuff on them. Seemed very understaffed, so comparing the service to other McDonalds I frequent, this one obviously isn't good, but passable at least. Despite a few people in line the food didn't take that long to be served, and wasn't all that bad, I have had worse. Food was warm but not too hot, and was cooked well. All in all rather disappointed by what Blackrock's McDonalds had to offer.

29/04/2025: The driver don’t deliver the order to me, I told him I’m in a&e department and cannot walk because of foot injury, he want me to go out to get it, I did call a nurse help me to go out the building to collect and finally cannot find him. This is how bad

26/05/2025: This is the most incompetent Subway I’ve ever seen in my life. They frequently run out of ingredients, close the dining area two hours early, and it’s always filthy — both the dining area and the fridge. You can clearly see the carelessness and lack of professionalism from the staff. I do not recommend it.

30/04/2025: We have visited this place 5 times in 8 months and they never had the ingredients we were looking for. You'd think that once or twice they would be out of stock but on all occasions like, that's just bad service on all levels.

28/03/2025: Probablemente la peor experiencia de mi vida. Asquerosa todo y mas duro que una piedra, de verdad, no he comido tan mal en mucho tiempo. Me he creado esta aplicación absurda simplemente para crear esta reseña y que la gente no compre esta basura!
