12/12/2025: Workers are messing with people's food... went to get 2 hamburgers with ketchup. When I got home to open my hamburgers. The hamburgers were completely covered in ketchup. The buns was soaked completely as if they had dipped the whole burger in a tub of ketchup. When the worker was handing me my order he was laughing while looking back at the other employees.

07/12/2025: Not a good place to visit during rush hours, hopeless waiting time.

09/11/2025: Awful customer service on the phone, hung up on me 3 times when trying to order and never got back to me, also rude over the phone. Food is great nice staff inside

12/10/2025: Food is alright but has gone downhill. Service is terrible, delivery always takes hour plus for a 10 minute drive and have received the wrong order multiple times and have been harassed when tried to call them on the phone to get my actual food.

06/11/2025: Everything is beautifuly done foods amazing fast delivery and friendly staff some prices are a bit much but its completely and totally worth any price though totally addicted

07/10/2025: I ordered a “vegetarian dumpling noodle soup” and two vegetarian spring rolls. How is it possible that the noodles were overcooked? It was really disgusting! And only two tiny spring rolls for that price? Really??

22/12/2025: Just watched an older guy in supermacs making the food in bare hands after itching three inside of his nose with his thumb, I told him to wear gloves which he did but gross 🤢 this was supermacs Little Island.

15/11/2025: Took 9 mins after the order was placed for staff to start the burgers cooking. No orders before mine so no reason for there to be a delay. 3 staff just milling around doing very little. Manager was “busy” shuffling straws and walking around trying to look rushed off his feet while doing nothing.

20/11/2025: Had the rhubarb and strawberry tart today, delish. The young girls serving us were so lovely and cheerful. Nice to have a smiling face serve you. 🫠🙂

23/10/2025: AMAZING COFFEE!!! Sandwiches were nice, im used to american bacon so having rashers is always a bit different. Theyre also a bit greasy but what can you do? Its a sandwich. But lovely place to get some food.

21/12/2025: Our group went mainly for the karaoke. In terms of booking it and the cost, this was really good and easy. But we had issues with the microphones not working properly. We had to countless times ask an employee to help fix our problem and they all seemed also pretty clueless on how to fix the issue. Most of our time was spent trying to find a solution to this issue, so it wasn't as great as it should have been. Eventually they did comp the bill. It was a very nice, big room. If there weren't tech issues I expect that we would have had a great time and I would have given a better rating.

21/12/2025: Not what it used to be. Booked a table and when we arrived there was no chairs with the table for us to sit at, the staff couldn't have cared less. Food was over priced and mediocre. Two of the pinball games I played had sticky paddles, time crisis guns aren't working properly, mariocart chairs don't adjust properly. Honestly really disappointed to take my previous 5* review from Smithfield and change it to a 1* but you shouldn't spend money here.
