28/03/2025: Me negó a mí y a mi sobrina de 12 años el uso del baño. Un miembro del personal dijo que no, que está cerrado. Otra funcionaria dijo que le preguntaría al gerente. El gerente dijo que no. Nos sirvió la comida y nos llevó nuestro dinero, pero cuando se le preguntó sobre el uso del baño dijo que estaba cerrado. Mi sobrina tiene 12 años. No es aceptable.

27/02/2025: To the girl working there today at about 5pm that saw me with 4 kids and gave us the best service I've ever gotten at a McDonald's restaurant. My little girl couldn't stop telling people how nice you were. I saw you do the same for the girl behind me also with 4 kids. Really hope your kindness is recognised by your employers. You made my girls day. Thanks so much from a stressed out father. 💙

09/02/2025: Ordered food for takeaway for a child’s birthday party in Fota Island Adventure. I dealt with Arun and ordered in advance, he was so helpful. The food was hot & ready on arrival, the lads in Supermacs helped me bring it to the car & kids demolished every bite! Thanks Arun

30/11/2024: Absolutamente espantoso... Quince empleados trabajando de pie sin hacer nada. El gerente estaba despistado y apenas entendía cuando ordené... Tuve que esperar 20 minutos por una caja de aperitivos y un helado! Y estaba mal cocinado cuando lo conseguí. NUNCA MÁS 🤮

26/03/2025: DO NOT visit this place!!! Filthy place. In all meaning - tables, floor, desk. Bins are full. No napkins, no trays. Staff without gloves. Manager walks around the kitchen in street clothes. Served barely warm espresso.

10/03/2025: It is very small and almost always dirty. I don't like to eat there I prefer to order take away.

20/02/2025: We went that McDonald’s around 9:30pm , very quiet , the fries were cold not fresh , the beef of Big Mac was cold and doubted it’s old beef , I felt not well in midnight 2 hours after meal. For the biggest and famous fast food restaurant I the world , they need to we’ll control the quality of food and customer services

07/12/2024: En primer lugar, el trabajador fue grosero y desdeñoso en el teléfono cuando tomó nuestro pedido colgó inmediatamente sin preguntar si queremos recoger o entregar cuando queríamos la entrega, después de que finalmente llegamos a ellos por segunda vez para pedir la entrega, la entrega tomó más de una hora y media. En segundo lugar, por teléfono nos dijeron que podemos pagar con tarjeta, pero cuando el repartidor llegó a la puerta dijo que no toma tarjeta. Y por último , Cuando nos pagaron con dinero en efectivo recibimos la cantidad equivocada de cambio , nos faltaban 5 euros, repartidor sólo sacó el dinero de su bolsillo y se fue enseguida. En general la comida era genial, pero el proceso de conseguir la comida fue humillante y decepcionante.

11/01/2025: Had an awful experience in this chipper. Staff were horrible and extremely stand off-ish. Felt very intimidated while waiting on food. After it all food was shocking. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning. Reviews previous to this one speak for themselves selves.

07/02/2025: This McDonald's location is extremely dirty—it's honestly the worst I’ve seen. A place that serves food should always be clean, but unfortunately, this one is not. Every time I visit, I never see staff cleaning, which is very disappointing. They seriously need to hire more cleaning staff to maintain basic hygiene. I hope they take this issue seriously and improve the cleanliness of the restaurant.

27/01/2025: Absolutely disgustingly dirty. Waiting over 35mins for 4x mcflurries. Massive queue of people all looking for refunds. Some people said they were waiting over an hour for food!. The "managers" were hiding away in the office not supporting the limited staff. No staff were even coming out with food. When food did arrive for others, it was cold or wrong or missing items. Staff were standing around on the floor not emptying the bins which were way over flowing. Not even napkins were available The toilets were also a disgrace and out of order

28/03/2025: Probablemente la peor experiencia de mi vida. Asquerosa todo y mas duro que una piedra, de verdad, no he comido tan mal en mucho tiempo. Me he creado esta aplicación absurda simplemente para crear esta reseña y que la gente no compre esta basura!

15/02/2025: Waited too long and just walked out as few people were in front of us ..as not enough staff over there ..all that time they were doing orders for delivery..

30/01/2025: Ordered breakfast delivery. Breakfast sandwich had stale bread a sausage patty and a piece of streaky bacon and that's it. Missing all the other fillings. Taco beef dipper was pieces of weird colour beef with chewy cheese in a soggy wrap, it smelled bad. Hashbrowns were replaced with the end of a bag of waffle fries, came really soggy, I airfried but it didn't save them and anyway I ordered hashbrowns. Chipotle sauce was fine but the onion dip was bbq sauce. I didn't eat any of it. Awful. I tried but now I feel a bit sick. Avoid this location, wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered.
