19/09/2026: Ordered food on the app told us to be here at 8:20. Waited an hour inside for the food and it still wasn’t the greatest I personally recommend going to birr instead. Then when we got the order it was also the wrong one

23/08/2026: Says that they are open from 12 which is a big fat lie! Boys were left hungry

15/09/2026: That place is very bad not good manager very disrespectful

17/07/2026: Strong smell of sewage coming in .

19/09/2026: Waqas is a kind person to deal with thanks ARCHIE GALLAGHER

14/08/2026: amazing, let me have a few slices of doner on my burger, nothing better!!!

11/10/2026: Visited here on Friday night, without a doubt the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Nearly every table was free but absolutely filthy covered in food and dirt and previous people's meals still on literally every single table in the place. It made no sense as the place wasn't very busy but was in such a state and mess. Awful experience

29/09/2026: I have been waiting for 2 hours for my food and it still wasn’t ready and when It came it was cold and moldy

21/07/2026: I couldn't recommend the Gourmet Parlour highly enough, ordered beef stroganoff and korma for 20 people, also rice, for a celebration at home, everyone got a large portion and leftovers were eaten the next day, absolutely fabulous food, will 100% be ordering for our next celebration❤️

06/07/2026: Ordered a cake for my daughters Christening from Gourmet Parlour. Lady in the Sligo shop was super helpful and organised the cake to be made and collected from Collooney. It was absolutely delicious and all our family raved about it. Will be back for our next occasion!

28/09/2026: This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever encountered. So incredibly unhygienic. The waiter there was on her lunch break (she’s a short South Asian girl) and decided to take off her shoes and socks and was literally playing with her feet and eating. Immediately after, without washing her hands, she returned to work and began serving food directly to customers. On top of that, the meat (both burgers and chicken) was undercooked, which is a severe health hazard. To make matters worse, every single order in our group was incorrect. Even after sending the food back TWICE, the orders were still wrong, and we eventually gave up trying to get what we paid for. For your health and safety I would NEVER recommend this place.

18/08/2026: Very nice food and staff, a nice place to go before going to see a film a few doors down,I have had good meals there when down in Drogheda, worth a visit,

17/08/2026: Customer service needs improving. I ordered 2 McFlurrys using the kiosk. I was not able to get a receipt. Then I had to wait and wait for 2 mcflurrys as people who ordered behind me get theirs. I ask about my order and the gentleman tells me it is coming. 2 minutes later he ask me what my order # is and magically my mcflurrys are done and nice and runny!

16/08/2026: Sockets have no electricity and toilets are not in good condition.

03/10/2026: Food took 43 minutes during a quiet period, order was wrong not once but twice. Unfortunately no clear communication or organisation between staff

02/10/2026: Way to long waiting for a fast food service.

25/09/2026: Security at door wouldn’t let us in to get food at the start I feel very attacked and discriminated against because I am a child we explained we were getting food but he wouldn’t let us in together only one at a time to prove we were ordering he allowed other people to come in and didn’t stop them this is a terrible experience

14/09/2026: Nice McDonald's. Convenient drive-thru available.

28/05/2026: Hi, a person of 68yrs who has been a great supporter of Captain Americas through the years. Back in late 70's ,was nurse training in local area, 10 in the group & would have regularly gone for dinner in restaurant. After that ,visited often, when in Dublin cityh. My family would also have been regulars. My youngest Son, insisted on a visit with us ,before he emigrated to Canada on 2017. Captain Americas has been a big part of my life for many years. A lot of good memories. Sad to see it go, but hope new enterprise will be as good.

14/05/2026: We were lost, not knowing where to eat; it was after 3:00 PM. And yes, without any problem, they served us a delicious meal: a beef stew and a lamb stew. Thank you for your attention. May 12, 2026

26/06/2026: Very bad food and 2 hours for delivery

26/06/2026: 2 hours to get the order the food came cold and drinks hot …. Don’t recommend to anyone

12/09/2026: G0t a takeaway from the Phibsborough branch and the staff did not put the whole order into the bag, and I only knew when I got home. When I returned to the shop they refused to replace.my chips which would have.bwen stone cold by the time I arrived back with the burger they had forgotten to put in the bag in the first place. What a stellar example of customer service. Never will i darken their door again

06/09/2026: Here with kids a few times, decent service, and food served fast.

05/10/2026: Asked for a Double cheese Burger only cheese.I was the the only one who ordered at the till and they still messed it up.It wasn't until I got to my bustop did I realize and gave it to the pigeons. Not only that I'm diabetic so I took my insulin before hand so when I had nothing to eat I went into a hypo and luckily I had a lift shot with me.This is a constant issue I face with Macdonald's to a point I'm gonna stick with burger king as they have pre made burgers that only have cheese on it.

03/10/2026: Really terrible, I wanted to eat something but since I'm celiac they don't have anything for those who have my problem, not even a single uncontaminated sandwich or chips, really terrible.

30/08/2026: Nice food and the server was really nice

24/07/2026: The taste of tomato sauce was average

21/09/2026: A classic fast-food joint! I visited in mid-September and found the hamburger quite good and tasty, but the fries were unfortunately too dry and bland. Fortunately, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which improved the experience of this place, ideal for a quick stop.

27/07/2026: Sha (dont know how to spell his name) was amazing. Great customer service 5/5 stars will be back again
