21/12/2024: Friendly staff. Free Christmas book to keep my 4 year old occupied was a really nice touch. Convenient location. Bloody cold room. Seat near window felt like there was no glass in it. Food was slow to come out. Pretty mediocre. Would go back to try other menu items but would appreciate if they upped their game. Not their best outlet.

19/02/2025: im 14 years old, was on my way back from a friends house at around 8:30 and wanted to look at the pizzas next door to supermacs. walked in the supermacs door and turned left to papa johns where there was a sign (i assume to stop people going through) but i had not eaten in papa johns before, so i brushed past it by a step and leaned to se the menu. “oi oi” a member of staff was yelling. i turned and he was shouting saying the floor was wet and i had to order at the main till. i’m not from cobh as i, visiting t family so i don’t know anything about this supermacs or the way it works. i was not happy with how i was treated and so i walked out and you lost a young innocent customer for being rude under a misunderstanding. not very pleased as i like supermacs, won’t be going there again.

12/02/2025: Very good rating, because the ordered beautiful portion of cod and chips was surprising with its home-made taste. The location of the place of consumption (the seaside in the port of Cobh) is worth the additional fee. Visit in April 2024.

Later when we went home open the stuff for friends party found less items chicken 3 pcs short. Baked beans and boneless chicken missing .It was so embarrassing for us in front of our friends. 06/01/2025: im back this time on the marshes kfc i have to say much nicer than kfc in muirhevnamor and staff was great too i purchased a 4 in 1 from new greatwall at this kfc.. it was scrumptious. All though its not even their own companys food it was delightful the man who served me was. a tall black gentleman and he had very gentle hands:)he works for both kfc and new greatwall if u ask for a 4 in 1 at this establishment they have them under the counte

09/12/2024: Went to the drive thu yesterday my order was taken at 12.11 only two cars ahead of me and I didn't get to window till 12.54 total disgrace couldn't reverse out as was cars behind , it took the that length of time to serve the two cars in front , looked like from what I could they where prioritising the deliveries, the restaurant itself was busy , added to that was the food was disgusting,

28/02/2025: Horrible experience, man on drugs comes in and takes a child's food security nowhere to be found, staff doesn't care after his guardian goes to complain. No refund offered no sympathy shown and a child forced to leave a full meal there and go home disappointed. Security waltzes in after five minutes as if nothing ever happened. Completely unprofessional, completely disgusting. Town isn't a safe place anymore
