10/06/2025: We have used the Gourmet Parlour on a number of occasions for outside catering, never disappoints. Catherine and staff are always on the ball. Would definitely recommend.

31/10/2025: Staff are always courteous and deliver food with no haste.The place is always clean,toilets could be better as they look a bit rundown as well as upstairs area. Only issue is that it can be a bit rough at nighttime especially pearse street in general ,alot of loud youths hanging about and seems to be an issue at the moment.

22/11/2025: At this point I'm a regular at Supermacs as it is my go to place for a burger and chips. With that being said, one day when it was delivered we were missing chips and every other day that we ordered from the app but went inside to collect, we either did not have one of two drinks or no forks given. Honestly that was grand, I could get over that because I love your taco fries and chicken breast sandwich. But after what happened yesterday? No, I won't be returning to this place. 21/11/2025 at around 5pm, I and my partner went inside and ordered. The order was two large/max chicken breast sandwich meals with taco fries, water and a fanta. I am an overthinker so I made sure to do the math on your app beforehand. The total normally would be €31.40 but I had a coupon of €2 making it €29.40 which is what I paid at the counter. Upon receiving the order I looked through the bag which had a receipt attached (I wasn't given one at the till) and I noticed that 1. There was only one taco fries and it was a medium 2. There was a small bag of plain fries 3. The fanta was a medium. I checked the receipt and found that it did have the correct food items on it that I said at the counter, but it was labelled as regular instead of max/large. The price however was still €29.40 like it was from my previous calculation. I thought it was just a mistake so I went to the counter. There was an older man, in a different shirt to everyone else so I'm assuming he is a manager. When I pointed out the mistakes he was incredibly rude to me and spoke loudly for everyone else to hear. He simply wouldn't listen to what I was saying. When I mentioned the plain chips, he jabbed at my receipt and loudly said "plain chips" as if that is what it said but it did not. When I showed the app on my phone where it said the price of the max meal, he said "that's a regular " again, no it was not. He then preceded to grab the plain chips from my bag and say "okay I'll give you one large taco fries". This man spoke to me like he was doing me a favor? I was shocked silent and left embarrassed as everyone was looking and heard the exchange where he made me look like an utter idiot who was just causing a fuss. He also took my receipt with him as he walked away. Well thank you Supermacs, despite my love for your food, if I end up crying in a car after a takeaway I think it's the wrong place to go.

31/05/2025: was here the other day got chips and chicken burger and fries well if that is what u wanna call them i would say that they where in the fryer from the day before they were soaked in grease and crisped and my friend got chicken and chips and garlic spicy sauce and was horrible again chips in it was same waste of money... the picture shows some of what the chips where like.

23/01/2026: The most disgusting and dirty McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here about four times and it's always been dirty, but this last time was a big deal. Food was strewn all over the floor and tables, there were tons of tables covered in sauce, and despite plenty of free seats, it was incredibly difficult to find even one clean one. The burgers were always dry, the chicken roll was absolutely disgusting, the chicken was undercooked, and the fries were barely warm. I hope I never come here again :з

28/01/2026: Great KFC restaurant! The food is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and efficient, and even during busy hours the service is fast. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended for a quick and tasty meal!

25/02/2026: Husband and I had chile burger and chips, and hawain burger and chips. It was an absolutely disgraceful meal for any chef to send out to a customer .. Chips were loaded onto plates, were obviously reheats and full of bitty burnt chips. Could not eat chips at all. An absolute disgraceful meal. SHAME On you all.

23/02/2026: If you’re looking for the nostalgia of the golden days, you won’t get it here. Food and service was awful. Warm wine, rubbery chicken, rock hard batter on fish. Staff opening pointing and talking about is when we asked for a cold glass of white wine! Extra food on the receipt we didn’t order. We even had to ask for cutlery as we weren’t given any and no wet towels to wipe your hands with the wings. So disappointing

14/01/2026: Perfect spot to stop at following a long night enjoying the nightlife around Cork. Usual swift food order, with some added entertainment courtesy of other guests' antics. Noted an unusual number of security guards covering the front of the store, but they were great tbf - chatting to/cracking jokes with visitors, helping people & staff with various tasks etc.

06/12/2025: Only ok. Pizza soggy. Chicken wings weren't available so had a piece of chicken, was cooked for hours.

26/11/2025: I attended the drive through... and was dissappointed they didnt complete the order, leaving out sauces which they took payment for.. I was home when i discovered the omission. Its not the first time. Always check your order before driving away.
