25/07/2025: The poke bowls were really really good. We had the one with bbq chicken. The service was friendly and quick. And I like their ginger beer and their soft drink… just the ambience to eat there I found it not great so we took away. And the large portion is of a decent size..

19/07/2025: They use the cheap basmati rice, so for the price they charge it's very low quality poke :( the manager or whoever was in charge that day also had a bad bad day or wasn't very nice in general, the other 2 staff were nice :)

23/08/2025: We had a very good experience in supermacs carlow I felt I had to write this. The staff are very friendly, went out of their way to help us. We had 3 children with us and nothing was a problem to the staff. I hope the staff who were working today 23rd of August 25 see this. They really know how to treat their customers. 08/07/2025: Great, both in terms of food and service. I don't remember the name of the employee who served us at the register, but he was very, very kind to us. He took the time to heat up the baby's food so it was safe and he brought it to our table himself, making everything easier. He then made sure to provide us with a highchair so we could be comfortable with the little one. The food was fresh and very good. The only thing missing was that they didn't have taco sauce and they gave us a burger, but it doesn't matter; the important thing was that it was more than good. We usually order from home, but that day we went because we were shopping. We always try to order from this establishment rather than the other one on Dublin Road because they always deliver our food fresh and flawlessly. Thank you for the great service you always provide, and especially to that employee who made that day even better. 😃

10/06/2025: We have used the Gourmet Parlour on a number of occasions for outside catering, never disappoints. Catherine and staff are always on the ball. Would definitely recommend.
