28/09/2024: Great food but recent deliveries forgetting parts of the order.

06/06/2024: You might tell the delivery person driving the supermacs van to slow down through the town. Clipped my side mirror as I was parking on street and just drove on . Never even stopped.

25/10/2024: Lovely pizza with new dough. I love it. Was very busy at that time but staff did everything so fast...

13/09/2024: In spite of them not allowing me to host my birthday party on the premises STILL 5 STARS 😋😍😘. Oh and the junkies tapping at the door aren't the worst but still a bit annoying so it really is impressive that this place has such good ratings.

20/07/2024: Chicken burger dry, chips warm, gravy warm,1 piece chicken on the bone warm,nothing hot and can of coke warm . Tenders were fresh though and hot.

21/09/2024: Hygiene training is badly needed. Same cloth for everything. Wiping ketchup and pizza sauce into the table does not equal cleaning. Delivering food to tables after cleaning surfaces with the same gloves on is a filthy practice. I ask myself what way your food is prepared.

29/07/2024: Incredibly disappointing. I can see why they switched from "diner" food, but based on newer reviews it shows they still aren't getting it right. Food tasted cheap but the prices weren't! Stale bread, meat you would get on sale at the shop. Space was well decorated, but that seems to be the only thing they were putting effort into.

14/07/2024: Went for Sunday lunch had booked table no in resturant only the four of us worst meal I ever had the roast beef was really tough and was not nice dessert was not much better Way over priced for quality of food and drinks Would not return again I put on booking that it was a birthday dinner Didn't mention it

27/10/2024: Useless doesn’t come close. I ordered 3 meals, I was given the bag of food with two drinks. I informed them that I paid and ordered 3 full meals, therefore there should be three drinks. They gave me the third drink. When I got home, I realised there were only two bags of chips in the bag, instead of three. The place wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know how they could have got it so wrong!!!! Absolute joke of a place!!!

13/10/2024: Went here with my family last night, the rudeness from the ladys on the tills was absolutely shocking, iv been coming too this supermac for 20yrs with my husband an kids an I was appalled and upset, as was my little girl.

13/10/2024: Hi, my self and my boyfriend were in beef and lobseter in galway on Saturday 12th. It was our first time in the city and in beef and lobster. I can't say enough good things about this place. Food 20/10, service 100/10, the waitress' name that was serving us was Żaneta, and there is not enough good things I can say about her service and experience we've had. Extremely friendly, relaxed, treated us with kindness and more like we were people she already knew. She made us feel welcomed and the positivity vibrated from her. We left the restaurant full and really happy !!! Also just to add, I have ordered the beef filet, initially in ordered medium - well but I got medium-rare, and honestly maybe someone would complain about this mistake, but as I told Żaneta, the chef made a good mistake and I had nothing to complain about. The steak was AMAZING, very soft and so delicious, I only realised it was different at the end of my meal. I passed on the positive feedback to the chef and that he had nothing to worry about because it was a very delicious error! Honestly, I really recommend this place.

18/09/2024: Food is good but way too expensive, staff is nice, place is too loud, too much noise from the kitchen.

16/09/2024: After arriving from O'Brien's, still very much. We were met by friendly and warm staff. I wasn't sure what to order and when I asked questions, they really knew what was on offer. Chicken was fresh and exactly what I wanted. Staff asked if we enjoyed our meal....and YES we did 😊

11/09/2024: One of the best KFC’s I’ve been to in a very long long time. The food was served fresh & hot and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. Highly recommended giving this place a try. If your going alone the “mighty bucket for one” would fill you right up

But a staff member I'm assuming he was a supervisor, a young guy with a moustache, was less than nice to a young Asian girl who was mopping the floor, again she was a staff member Giving out to her in front of all the customers that she was too slow and needed to speed up with her work. A true bully. This I hate to see. If I was an employee, he would be picking his teeth up from the floor. And if I was a senior manager, I would have sacked him on the spot no question.....His attitude in my book was unnecessary,

23/09/2024: Atmosphere is good in the place....maybe in the evening when there's people partying it maybe be a great place. Have eat here twice, service was slow both times and food not great. Staff we talked to are friendly but the menu is pricey for what it is.

He constantly disrupts the staff, making it impossible for them to work efficiently. My order was ready, but he kept switching items between orders, and I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get my food. It’s clear that this lack of organization affects the entire team.”
