It's right on the axis of the famous footbridge.
The exterior is so plain that you might think it was closed.

10/03/2025: 8 of us had food here recently.Everyone enjoyed it.The portions were big and tasty.There were plenty of floor staff and they were attentive.Unfortunately we waited 45 mins from ordering to the food arriving(it may have been longer)There are plenty of screens for looking at sports but the ones in the eating area are very loud and intrusive.Despite this we did enjoy the time spent.The menu has a good selection of choices.
My advice is if your not tied to time and can wait for the food the Botanic wont let you down.
10/03/2025: Saturday night was our last visit. It was a long wait for our food to arrive which arrived warm not hot. it must have sat waiting before being brought out but the staff were walking around ignoring customers. We had to keep asking for our drinks order and dessert and the waitress was rude with no apology. she was really horrible to a couple at a nearby table when they asked for cutlery, that they paid and left their meal uneaten. We used to come often when they first opened but not any more. the quality of the food has slipped and the staff aren’t nice.

27/10/2024: Useless doesn’t come close. I ordered 3 meals, I was given the bag of food with two drinks. I informed them that I paid and ordered 3 full meals, therefore there should be three drinks. They gave me the third drink.
When I got home, I realised there were only two bags of chips in the bag, instead of three.
The place wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know how they could have got it so wrong!!!!
Absolute joke of a place!!!

26/03/2025: After climbing a flight of stairs you will find a quaint and busy restaurant. The food was ok and our server was slow or probably just way busy. With that said, it was St. Patrick's weekend so I'm calling it maybe just a busy off day. I would go back again if I go back to Ireland just to give this fun place another shot.

But this kind of customer service is what makes the difference. The matcha was superb and the staff is very kind. All the best to Vicky and whoever is as helpful as she is!!
