12/12/2025: Good quality fish and chips, as well as some pizza options, such as vegetarian and pepperoni. The place is quite expensive, €20 for fish and chips, which is understandable considering the cost of living there, but not for the portion size. The staff's service could be much better, and at times they were overly attentive when entering the PIN on the card reader (suspiciously, the contactless wasn't working). They're the kind of fixed kiosks you can't touch to protect your PIN. We didn't like what happened. Nor did we appreciate waiting over 30 minutes to be served. It's located away from the main pedestrian area, so the atmosphere in this area is less touristy, and you can find "all sorts" of places. Not recommended unless you go during the day, pay in cash, and order takeaway.

24/12/2025: Got a table. Waited 20 minutes to be served. Countless staff knew we were waiting also and even ignored our attempts to get attention to the matter twice, carried on talking amongst themselves and doing other tasks that were being repeated just to make it look like they were doing their job. We got up to leave because we knew we could get served quicker and with more respect elsewhere and the staff acted hard done by as if we wasted their time, when it was in fact in the other direction, in fairness one member of staff seemed mortified we didn’t get served in all that time, but the rest of the staff couldn’t have given a monkeys! I’ve never had an issue with this place until now, but I wont be returning now, nor would I recommend it, unless you’re comfortable with staff only serving potential customers when it suits them to make a couple of bucks for their employer, because it seems they prefer to laze around, earning money instead of actually serving potential customers as they should.

Only thing that bugs me is when they put u sitting in the boot beside the till area in the middle of the floor and all the staff tend to stand there talking about life and your beside them trying to enjoy your food. Maybe don't spend to much time standing around customer tables talking to eachother

09/12/2025: I’ve bought their “bolo de pote” twice and it’s absolutely amazing! Last week, I also ordered a birthday cake, and it was beyond delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

08/11/2025: it’s really amazing but this time I ordered today Coxinha but it wasn’t as good as usual, but it was still edible at least, it just not as tasty as previous times. Maybe their quality is declining or it’s just inconsistant.

11/08/2025: During my stay at the College Green Hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Morelands Grill. The experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, mushrooms, pastries, cereals, and yogurts. The seating area was comfortable and inviting, and the food was excellent. They also offer a customizable menu, allowing guests to order specific dishes to their preference. The staff was exceptional, providing great service and making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended breakfast spot!
