02/09/2026: Last night (1st September 2026), my group and I went to this restaurant for our tea and one of my friends' birthday as well. The food was fantastic. It's probably one of the best restaurants in Ireland I ever visited. The staff are friendly like Sophie and Aoife themselves.

04/10/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at the Burger King on Baggot Street. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and treated customers with very little respect or professionalism. Unfortunately, he clearly lacks the basic customer service skills needed to deal with customers appropriately. Everyone can have a bad day, but being disrespectful and making customers feel uncomfortable is not acceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides the appropriate training, because this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer experience.

29/08/2026: Was there with two kids and partner yesterday evening Friday 28th August 2026 at 9pm. Ordered food and a man behind the counter and he was absolutely brilliant. Made ordering good craic and was a genuine nice fellow. I regret not getting his name to personally mention him. Highly recommend. First time in Supermacs for a while and he made it memorable, was nice to us and the kids too.

13/07/2026: Ordered through the Supermacs app. We got a call after an hour to say our food had been delivered to the wrong house. Then had to wait an additional 30mins for our order to arrive. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Genuinely disappointing. When you go in the food is always so good but delivery is just terrible. This is not the first time this has happened either. We’ve gotten wrong food before and sometimes missing items too. If you’re going in, grand, if you’re ordering for delivery order on just eat so at least you can get a refund!

24/08/2026: Edit: have to add in possible food poison to one of children from the chicken curry and drop to a one star. No way to prob this mind, but she was up vomiting for the night and had nothing else that could have caused it either. Probably would have given this a 3 overall but the price point drops it to a two. I got the steak sambo, it was poor. Mushrooms were rubbery, meat was tough, but worst of all the ciabatta was cold, toast the bread it'll hold better and not go soggy with the peppercorn sauce (which was thin and relatively bland). Wife had ribs, they were very dry. Kids had a combo which incorporated ribs, wings, etc. looked well enough but the wings overcooked (not burned) and dry. Coleslaw was cheap, store bought and a little funky tbh. No mash, no pasta which are both on the menu (place only open an hour). Wait staff never checked after service so lost out on an extra drink order and a tip tbh (was not busy at the time), Overall wouldn't recommend, we were able to eat the food however so def not a 1 star and as I said, only for the price point would probably be a 3. Maybe Sunday is the chef's day off 🤔

12/10/2026: Been here a few times for the pizza meal, at any time from lunchtime to middle of the night, it's always been consistently good quality and with decent portions. The one on O'Connell street is much worse, worth the walk up here instead.

07/09/2026: With the extremely high prices of eddie rockets food and drinks i was happy they brought out and app with offers which made it a small bit more affordable. Unfortunately this branch does not have the app setup so got charged the full price but the app then reminded me of the great deals in eddie rockets so that just added salt to the wound. The location is also awkward to get to unless you live work in the area or are going shopping. The staff spent a lot of time standing around whispering. Food was good but should be cheaper in particular the chips which are few and not good enough for such high pricing bracket.

03/09/2026: The Hunger Burger was absolutely incredible. I especially loved that it had traditional Irish boxty in it, which we wanted to try anyway, and it really hit the spot.
