24/11/2025: The food was disappointing. The gravy was too thick, lumpy, and overly salty. The chicken was greasy, and the breading fell off because the meat was overcooked. The woman behind the counter (older, with black hair) could also work on her customer service and attitude. Feel free to eat there if you don’t care about quality or taste — but I definitely won’t be returning.

31/10/2025: My order included food for multiple people, and from what I can tell, other than drinks not being included in the child meals, nobody else had any complaints. My own food however, was simply disgusting. I got the cheesy fries with a drink (I forget whether it was supposed to be Coke or Pepsi). Firstly, the fries were cold, absolutely soaked in a genuinely sickening amount of mayonnaise, and the small amount of cheese on top was not just sad, but had no hope of ever melting. Secondly, the drink was just simply disgusting. As mentioned already, I’m not even sure what it was supposed to be, but all I got was a gassy, brown, sparkling water that had clearly been watered down as well. A pathetic and horrible waste of money.

04/11/2025: Food was great. Atmosphere was dead the staff were good and friendly too to which is rare in a supermacs. First time I can honestly say the food was actually steaming hot unlike many other places.

11/10/2025: Very tasty, large portions, like McDonald's, only the prices are lower and there's more food. A very good restaurant.

16/12/2025: The supermacs with the freshest and well prepared food I've ever been to! A great place to eat, I highly recommend it!

15/12/2025: Good food at Shake Dog Waterford. The spicy burger was perfectly seasoned, the Texas fries were bold and fiery, and the strawberry milkshake was outstanding. Great quality, great taste, and not a single complaint. Definitely worth a visit.

19/10/2025: On Monday night I arrived here a few minutes past 11. The door was locked as I’d just missed the closing time. The manager Anton then saw me outside and explained that it was to late. He then saw how disappointed I was and decided to let me in. At this stage the grills were off and it was only what was left but he still did everything in his power to make sure I got a good meal. I’ve never met a nicer manager at any fast food place in my life. What an absolute gentleman. Ive been coming to this Burger King for about 4 years now as I’m local and never saw it as anything more than your average spot. But since Monday my whole view has changed of this place !! Thanks Anton !!! ( maybe the managers name is actually Adrian.. I’m a bit dyslexic so can’t fully remember either way absolutely legend !!!!! )

07/01/2026: You expect a delicious hot chocolate, but it's nothing special. Overpriced, and both the interior and the restroom are unclean.

03/01/2026: Overpriced and bad quality food. The hazelnut croissant tasted like any Lidl croissant, and the hot chocolat like any cheap mix that you can prepare at home..but paying more than 8€ all together.

05/01/2026: Great food and friendly service. The blonde manager with glasses was very kind and hardworking, even while very busy. Really great experience!

26/12/2025: Just had a bag of chips here. Wouldn't be rushing back.
