28/06/2026: Grand spot. Had my birthday dinner there. Fantastic location. Some view. Good service. Lovely food. Plenty off. Kids meals very expensive(irish thing). Overall highly recommend. Mains about 25eur to 30eur.Kids meals at 10.95euro totally irish ripoff for sure. Great view at the window !!

10/04/2026: No place to leave a seperate restaurant review. Went for lunch on our one day in Tubbercurry. Our server was nice. We found the lunch a bit lacking in selection, no burgers or fish and chips. Had the soup, BLT club and fries.

19/08/2026: The food itself seemed fine, and maybe this place works better for delivery, but the restaurant itself was in very poor condition. It felt neglected and dirty, with personal/dirty clothes left around, and we even saw spiders inside. The bathroom was also not working. Overall, the place clearly needs much better cleaning and maintenance. Very disappointing if you choose to eat there in person.

12/08/2026: A wonderfully fresh meal. The welcome was very pleasant, and they even tried to speak French, which was much appreciated. I recommend it.

08/07/2026: I stopped at Supermac’s in Moate for a quick bite while passing through, and I have to say the experience was excellent. The young lady at the counter was an absolute pleasure to deal with—extremely polite, friendly, and very patient when I needed a moment to transfer money after ordering. I ordered a grilled chicken burger along with three tenders. The food was fresh, as I’ve come to expect from Supermac’s, and it was brought out to my table promptly. The staff here really stood out for their attitude and level of service. It made a simple stop feel very welcoming. Both cash and card are accepted, which is always convenient

03/09/2026: Food was very very poor, used to always remember it being good but by god stomach was in bits during the concert, staff also rushed you in and out didn’t have a good vibe to it tbh

30/08/2026: Staff members are busy with everything but the customers. Shocking!! At first, when I got in , since no one was by the door nor looked after waiting, I walked in to ask where to set. But of course, following the rules, sent back to the door to wait by the door for someone to come. Then after bring seated quite some time , min 12 min , I walked up to the cachier to ask do I order there or at the table. The directions was to order at the table and they followed up to take my order. Finally, I literaly had to call them to bring the food after it has been sitting on the shelf for quite sometime. The place was not packed at all at most 20 to 25% or the tables were busy. Folks you need to up your game!!!

29/06/2026: CLOSED! Despite saying it was open all the curtains/blinds were drawn. No signs of life inside 😞 Tried alerting Google, but not bothered.

15/08/2026: Very disapointing, the restaurant was almost empty and the staff didn’t come to take our order even after we asked for it, so after 20min of waiting we decided to leave the restaurant. The staff was just standing and talking.

14/08/2026: Want an overpriced meal in a "themed"restaurant?? Then this a place to do that. Let's start with the name, Captain America's??? We saw maybe, MAYBE 4 things that had anything to do with Steve Rogers/Captain America. This place should be named Hot Press Magazine restaurant. That's what the theme actually is. Next, the food. They could totally win a Blandest Food Award, I mean even the "sweet potato fries" had ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOUR. Didn't even taste like sweet potato. How does that happen?? You'd think the Irish beef and dairy would at least stand out in a cheeseburger, but no. Again, minimal flavour. The taco fries? We couldn't even tell what was on it, mystery mush, is it beef, is it beans, who knows. There are MUCH better American style food places around. Don't waste your time or money here.

21/08/2026: We ordered the "PF" (Prato Feito - a typical Brazilian dish), it was very good, and the portion was generous. The french fries were great, with a very Brazilian taste!

07/09/2026: We were in weavers last night group of 8, from the moment we entered we were greeted by Moya what lovely girl, she was our waitress for the night she was absolutely brilliant, professional and so friendly, service excellent, food excellent venue excellent, a lovely atmosphere . There was music bingo too which was absolutely hilarious.. Definitely recommend popping into the new improved weavers.. We certainly will be back.. Thanks Moya & team for making our staff night out extra special.

02/09/2026: Just finished the boyne Camino and decided to nip into the new weavers for a refreshment. Got refused service as I was wearing hiking gear. Place was empty on a Wednesday night. Unfortunately its not practical to walk the Camino in a Canada Goose jacket and New Balance trainers. Humiliating. Myself and my family and friends will never set foot in this place ever again. It’ll go the way it went last time.

17/05/2026: I loved the toilets smelt so fresh, but i dropped my burger in the urinal, it made me cry , i went outside and coloured in the kids page and then i listened to micheal jackson on the dukebox, would defo recommend to family and friends and collegouges and old friends from school but not my neighbour john, he never cut the grass outside my house
