24/04/2026: My nuggets took so long and you know what the worst bit is? I ordered spicy chili dip and they gave me rich tomato dip which is completely different, I didnt notice this because I got a takeaway but they also didnt give me a straw either!! What the hell!!!

06/03/2026: I had a great experience at KFC in the Marshes Shopping Centre, Dundalk. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and hot. The service was excellent as well — all the workers were so friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kate, who was incredibly kind and patient. She made the experience even better with her great attitude and helpfulness. I was also impressed with how fast the service was — it took less than 5 minutes to get my food! The restaurant had such a lovely, comfortable environment and the whole visit was really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

17/05/2026: Dreadful staff. Met at the door by the rudest man. No greeting what so ever, just a blunt have you got a booking. We didn't so we were sent to the corner of the restaurant with no window! I did ask a girl could we get a window seat and we were told if you don't book you can't sit beside a window. Bizzare set up considering the restaurant had more staff there than customers. 2 guys in the bar, disgraceful, I've never come across such ignorance. And the language they were using,( to each other) we were sat right at the bar so could hear everything. Food itself was lovely. Lovely menu plenty of selection, but the staff and the service leave nothing to desire a return visit. Management definitely need to look into the people they have fronting such a stunning venue. Host man- rude/miserable Serving staff- polite but young, no attention to detail Bar staff- dreadful *TIP* give your customers a nice experience and they might just come back! Instead of making them feel like a total inconvenience.

05/04/2026: From France came to Limerick for the Easter week-end, went to this fine local cuisine restaurant after a beer tasting that went for too long than initially scheduled with our local cousins. The service and food quality was perfect and delighted us although the place was packed and clients particular and not easy to cope with. Did the job and we had a convivial meal in family. Would advice to avoid going there between 3 and 4 am, busy time. We advice the fried chicken menu with the gravy sauce, not many vegetables but a must do. The seating goes with a wonderful view of the town. In order to improve the experience, the security team could be less tensed, thinking about our friend Bubble 💙🐔Keep the good work, you are the symbol of the local gastronomy. Cheers, looking forward to our next stop here, not too early though. Merci beaucoup and bravo ! À bientôt maybe in a mouth

17/05/2026: I loved the toilets smelt so fresh, but i dropped my burger in the urinal, it made me cry , i went outside and coloured in the kids page and then i listened to micheal jackson on the dukebox, would defo recommend to family and friends and collegouges and old friends from school but not my neighbour john, he never cut the grass outside my house

23/04/2026: Waiting 30 min for a sandwich just because the guy of the front entrance makes another order of “friends” first. And when we ask for an explanation because I have my ticket he didn’t know how to explain it. We ask for a refund and he that he can’t do it and that’s is ilegal in Ireland. It would be a good idea to provide employees with proper training and encourage them to learn the language of the country in which they are living at the moment.

13/04/2026: I can talk about the vegan food which I found very nice. I was finally able to try a vegan coxinha and a brigadeiro! brigadeiro tested amazingly similar to the originals (tried them before) also tried their vegan feijoãda and loved it :)

30/04/2026: Hi everyone! Did you know that Sake Dog now offers Mexican food? We were pleasantly surprised and decided to try their burritos-they were delicious. The service was great, the music was enjoyable, and the place itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. I highly recommend it -definitely worth a visit!

10/05/2026: The staff barely speaks English, and the managers don't know the offers they have. I've tried to order 2 large pizzas and wanted to use the buy 1, get 1 free coupon. I was passed along to 3 different people, of whom 2 said they were managers. The so-called manager said they don't have this delivery offer. When I told him I always order delivery and use coupons, even when I placed an order a week ago, he didn't know what to say. I asked when this rule had been in place, and he couldn't answer. You get these coupons in the post, but when you try to use them, they don't want to accept them, and they are looking for excuses. Very poor service

03/06/2026: We had lunch here on a busy Bank Holiday, we loved the food. I ordered fish and chips, very tasteful, and quite large portion.

01/06/2026: Found this by a another lady over hearing us talk about finding somewhere to eat and told us to go in. From outside very deceiving but omg its huge inside and food was fabulous.

21/05/2026: Such a cool place! Love the vibe and the staff are so friendly. Really fun to spend an hour or so in, more if you get food and drinks which we didn't this time. There's not a huge huge variety of games, but the ones they have are great and there's a good mix of solo and duo ones. We got the €20 for 32 tokens deal and by the time we were ready for lunch we still had loads of tokens left so took them home to use another day. Loads of lockers available inside. I'd say the atmosphere is great at night but during the day it's really fun when you don't have to wait for any games and basically have the place to yourself!

04/03/2026: Was always 1 of the very best Supermacs around and just lately it seems to have gone downhill. I understand there's a war going on but the medium meal is gone tiny. (See pic) I got a 5 oz bacon and cheese burger that was inedible. Soaked with grease and put together with no love for food. When I dropped it up and told them, no mention of a replacement or anything to mend the situation. Poor effort and a major pity.
