02/03/2025: The website is disappointing as you are ashed for a booking when you arrive and there is no mention of booking on the website. I was told if I phone I can make a booking which is not on the website either. That said I was fitted in for a table and the service and food is top class. I would recommend it highly.

19/02/2025: Great Valentine’s Day meal me and my girlfriend had a meal on Valentine’s Day the food and service was great can’t complain

19/03/2025: My food was cold, bland, tasteless and so was my wife's food I asked for Bbq chicken wings that were cold & tasteless absolutely disgusting sauce & gourmet plain chesse burger with bacon came with no bacon, when I asked for my bacon it came on a side plate pushed onto the table no flavour or taste to the food never eat in here again and when I complained about the food I was still charged full price over 70euro completely horrible tasteless cold food and I witnessed at least 15 plates/dishes sent back by customers in the 2 hours I was there

11/03/2025: A group of 6 dined on Sunday night. The second we walked in the door we were greeted warmly and promptly shown to our table. The ambiance was truly delightful, with a vibrant atmosphere that filled the entire restaurant. Our server, Angela, provided exceptional service, demonstrating attentiveness and friendliness while anticipating our needs with ease—truly outstanding! There was a variety of different starters ordered from mussels, chicken wings, garlic bread & prawns. Each choice was full of flavor and enjoyed by all the table. Main course ranged from steaks to fish to burgers, again, these were incredible. Busting with flavor and cooked perfectly. Salted caramel parfait was the table favourite for dessert! All in all, a great venue to meet as a group of friends or a couple to enjoy great food, great service in a great atmosphere. Thank you to all the amazing team!

03/03/2025: The steak was cooked perfectly, made with high-quality ingredients, and really tasty. However, the prices are too high, and I expected a wider selection of fish dishes. The menu, atmosphere, and service feel a bit confusing. I’m not quite sure what type of restaurant this is trying to be.

21/02/2025: I have never written a review of a resteraunt before but just felt I had to now after my experience yesterday ! I decided to have lamb as main course!! To put it mildly it was like leather ! Could not chew it I thought to myself I should have known better ordering lamb in february! ! I wasent going to say anything but my wife told the waiter that the lamb was uneatable!!! Oh he said i will tell the chef!! I was sure he would come back with some kind of response but nothing!! We went to pay and I was thinking he will apologise and maybe say I won't charge you for your pint! Not a chance Silence only pay up! Needless to say I won't be ever going back there again! we always loved kirbys in ballinhassig always spot on ! Bad experience all all round Dennis!

16/02/2025: I had an incredible experience at this restaurant over Valentine’s weekend! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the stage for a memorable evening. Every dish was a masterpiece, with flavors that delighted the palate and presented beautifully. Special shoutout to head chef Aidan, whose creativity and passion truly elevated the dining experience. His attention to detail and innovative approach made every bite a delight. I can’t wait to return and try more of his amazing creations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch culinary experience!

10/02/2025: Been meaning to try here for a while. Didn't book it,but still seated immediately. We had turkey and ham and the lamb.Both very good portions and good portion of veg too. Will definitely be back in the not so distant future.

18/03/2025: Giant portions and large dining area but wait times can get long if you don't time it right. Chicken club was great but falls apart easily and became more of a chicken salad after a few bites. Limeade was a bit too sweet but nice option to mix it up if you don't do alcohol or soda, just cut it with water

05/03/2025: Lovely place to stop off for a bite to eat, will try something different next time. I tried the nachos presentation, which wasn't great, but my friend ordered the chicken burger, which looked amazing.

16/03/2025: Eddie's in Jervis shopping centre, completed waste of money. Ordered food for myself and daughter, burger had nothing on it besides a giant piece of onion, grease dripping out of it and burnt, waitress asked was everything ok she could see the burnt food I said well yeh besides not being able to eat burnt chips. Felt so sick after, a McDonald would of been healthy than a chicken fillet burgers dripping of brown grease. Her response was sorry. 11 euro for burger like that!! Would never return. Charged for all. We had a lovely day so just left, think it was her response that made me more annoyed 😠

11/03/2025: Best steak in town, homemade Gin is absolutely incredible. Heavy on the pocket but well worth it. Old retro look of the establishment adds to its charm

22/02/2025: We had steak, and it was so tender and juicy. Cooked exactly how we liked it. Shannon, our waitress was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

13/02/2025: Stopped to eat, go to the toilet and watch the rugby. Food was hot and freshly cooked, toilets were clean and well presented, rugby was excellent and the atmosphere great.

14/03/2025: If you are at a teacher training day in Dublin West Education center you are strolling here for food. The interior is deceptively cavernous with various sections atwix bar and lounge. The lounge decor is nice Irish pub style. Food is decent but they get busy at lunch so there might be a wait for the teas and coffees.
