12/12/2025: Hi Vivian, Thank you for your response. I want to clarify the reason for my 1-star rating. My friends and I were denied entry by the door staff, who claimed we were drunk even though we were completely sober. This experience felt very disrespectful and, frankly, discriminatory. We were looking forward to visiting your bar, but the way we were treated at the door was unacceptable and disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects on the atmosphere and customer experience before people even enter the venue. I am open to returning in the future if the issue with the door staff is addressed, but I do not want my feedback dismissed. Thank you.

08/11/2025: Typical supermac, handy for late eating since they are open till 11 am. Same menu as any other supermac anywhere else in Ireland. Decent atmosphere. 3 star for service is because somehow they always manage to mess up my order

07/01/2026: As an American Europe’s been terrible. The only good meal I had was at McDonalds. And that didn’t even taste American. I was hoping that five guys would be better. I ate a decent meal but it was a lot of money.

04/01/2026: Large burgers, though greasy, but less so than other similar options. Good fries and free peanuts. The drinks were awful. We ordered Coke Zero and it didn't taste like Coke at all... we even ordered another to see if we'd made a mistake, but no, it was anything but.

24/11/2025: The food was really good and affordable even in a city like Dublin, the place was really cool and the service was really fast.

07/11/2025: 3 stars purely because I had to pay for our food before we were served it... After googling this, it seems it's becoming a trend, well I'm not a fan of it... the young woman who asked us to pay didn't even look comfortable asking Staff were great and obviously just doing their job but I wouldn't go back solely for that reason

16/12/2025: I saw an excellent staff teamwork. When one serves, the other sprays the table and another one shows up with the clothes to clean. Unbelievable and admirable workflow. The foods is served fast and the taste is no words describes it. However, I understand how challenging is serving in a busy time, the customer sitting alone is being forgotten, or simply unnoticed. One simple question in among a stressful busy day, receives a general answer. Serving customers will be always a challenge and sometimes 100% offer given by the workforce, seems 20% in other eyes. In conclusion, id say it’s an excellent restaurant but to get 5 stars must apply in some areas.

11/08/2025: I was there Sunday the 10th of August at 8.43am and the gentleman who served me, known as Lee Whelton was a brilliant worker, knows the running of the place and was so very helpful he was a star ⭐️!!

08/08/2025: Great food the two small guys think there names are lee and andrew are running the place

11/12/2025: The place is bad, but the staff is the worst, they kicked me out of the restaurant just for entering it. Awful service, get better employees.
