We visited twice and were very satisfied both times.
The service is fast and friendly, and you can always find a seat. However, I recommend making a reservation for large groups.
The food is excellent; both the burgers and the regular BBQ are very good. The sides and sauces are also great. The brisket was my personal favorite.
The prices are upper mid-range, but that's normal for BBQ.
Definitely worth a visit.

12/08/2025: It was genuinely so lovely there, I went with 5 of my friends and we all enjoyed it so much. The food was sublime and the drinks were yummy too (I had a mocktail 😋) I would highly recommend it! The staff were accommodating and friendly too :)

10/08/2025: Tried their new Buffalo Wild Burger at Chilli Shacks in Galway today and wow… it was spot on! Juicy, full of flavour, and the spice was just right . The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Place is really clean too, which I always appreciate. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in Galway and craving a great burger with your friends .

19/08/2025: I visited Coqbull in Cork with a friend, and our experience was very satisfying: the food was wonderful, with a homemade touch, high-quality ingredients, and at a reasonable price. We were even pleasantly surprised when they offered us some elements of the meal separately, which reinforced that feeling of personalized attention and flexibility in the service.
In addition, the vibrant atmosphere stood out, as well as the friendliness and efficiency of the service that Diego provided.
13/08/2025: Really good food and no problem to eat outside with our 2 dogs which we found was rare in Cork.

Tried the Buffalo Chicken Burger with large fries and coco cola it was a combo worth it and located in the town center. Will try the other food next time
25/01/2025: Amazing place always have deals, and food is 10/10. They gave me and extra chicken tenders once. Their food is unmatched rich in butter/oil. Seating area small bit sufficient and staff are nice. Waiting time is maybe 3 to 5 min. Clean and hygiene is well maintained

08/03/2025: The 3 of us visited Billy’s today on a trip home from Laois , from the minute we stepped in we recieved a warm welcome from the waitress who was extremely helpful ,we didn’t get a chance to take any photos we got stuck in :), if you love satay /curry sauce this is 100 % the best !
