19/03/2025: Where has the service gone? What has happened to manners and respect. Absolutely appalled at the experience my daughter and her friends had on a recent visit to Supermac’s. I know the reply to this if any will be it’s company policy not to allow people to sit without food which in any business this is 100% fair and the correct way to deal with loitering people, but this is different, this is not about how you asked two of the girls to leave which they did no problem, it’s how the remaining girls who had bought food where spoken to aggressively and not believed they had purchased food, while trying to eat they have to prove who bought what and felt bullied. This is beyond normal behaviour in the service industry, which Iv worked in for over 20 years, Iv also been a very regular customer in Supermac’s, we actually eat in store most weeks as a family, but my daughters experience as a teenager eating with friends is not the same as it is when dining with us. This is blatant discrimination. I understand their must be a significant problem with some youths and this has led Supermac’s Kilkenny to have this bias against all teenagers but this is not ok and is discrimination, these teenagers are customers and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. The attitude from management and floor staff needs to change. This is not acceptable behaviour from adults and i really hope this blanket ban on all teens ends: not every teenager is there to cause trouble. Thank you for your time. Celine Brennan

14/02/2025: Best Chippy in Cork!! Onion rings are outstanding never had a bad experience there (and yes we go more than we probably should) When I ask for a lot of salt and vinegar they do not disappoint. All the staff are incredibly nice even when rushed of their feet!

14/01/2025: Taco fries on the menu👍, with a rich creamy delicious sauce grated cheese and a taste of home made off it, this place is worth a visit for the taste alone

03/03/2025: Cheapest burger I found in Dublin for just 2.6 €, the quality is decent as well, no wonder it’s so crowded with mostly students coming here. Service was really fast, right from taking the order and serving it, it was so smooth even though it remains busy most of the time, the Indian staff are really efficient here.

18/03/2025: Went here for dinner with my wife over the weekend. Steaks were very disappointing for the prices they are charging, only highlight was the duck wings which were nice but would not be pushed to return here.

16/03/2025: As a family we just had dinner ,waited for 1 hour for starters. Excuse was the chef misplaced the order. Waitress was lovely and apologied.. starters where okay. Main course horrble Arrived home and my husband and daughter vomited. Frozen Prawns served. Steaks over cooked. When we highted that the food was poor the managers reply was no one else complained. He proceeded to deduct items from the bill. We left full amount. Unfortunately he wasn't up to constructive feedback. Food was vial. I don't understand how restaurants on the coast that have amazing produce at their disposal use frozen cheap bought in product's and charge 50€ for a steak we need to expose more restaurants. Extremely disappointed. Went there before taking a group of 20 for my daughter confirmation. Beyond disappointed!!!

04/03/2025: I travel a lot for work and it is always lovely to find a nice place to sit and eat lunch rather that a bad sandwich from a petrol station. The food in the Sligo branch is fresh simple and very delicious. Staff are amazing up for a chat and very efficient. And the pricing is on the low side for the excellent quality provided.

02/12/2024: Just got a sausage roll and asked for it hot. Took one bite and it was still freezing cold. 2.50 for it aswell

19/11/2024: I take my son here as a Friday treat after school. The food has always been tasty and well cooked. My son loves the pizza's and milkshakes here. The service has always been amazing

22/02/2025: Cuanto más pienso en la comida, más me arrepiento de lo que pedí. Tuve ribeye con una patata al horno. No deberías esforzarte en cortar un filete mediano. De alguna manera logró cremar la grasa circundante en una textura casi cecinada, para ser honesto, todo el exterior de la piel estaba tan seco que casi se cura. Aún así me las arreglé para ser rosa dentro de lo cual me emborracha un poco. La papa al horno parecía que podía canjearla, pero las esperanzas se desvanecieron cuando noté que la piel era dura como el cuero y no era comestible. Un colega había disfrutado de su comida allí ayer y esa es probablemente la única razón por la que no anoté un 1 y pasé parte de ella a una noche libre.

19/02/2025: Our dining experience at the restaurant was not great, as my boyfriend had stomach problems the next day, although we did enjoy the meal itself. The food was tasty but not worth the price. We also booked a table in advance to ensure we had a good seat on 14th of February but we were given a table in the corner near the emergency exit, which was drafty and lacked atmosphere. For the price, we expected a better experience. However, the waitress who served us was friendly.

10/03/2025: The burgers are absolutely class it's super great quality and super nice food the staff is super nice and helpful
