Never again would I order online, useless concept. Pat Mcdonagh would want to have a look personally at the place, terrible operation.

05/08/2026: Ordered online and went for collection but the girl there made me wait a long time and was not at all approachable. A kind of racist attitude. Will not visit again.
27/05/2026: Food was rather nice but decided to get a Mozie ice cream and the manager made it and filled half way and barley added topping not up to expectations and was disappointed considering the price

20/06/2026: Ordered a bacon cheese burger. Gentleman asked which toppings - did that. Food arrived swiftly - no bacon. Two of my friends are students. One got the student bacon cheese burger deal (again no bacon). The second ordered the same - got charged full price. Not worth it. Been to many a WOW Burger - this has to be the most underperforming.
For context it wasn’t busy, arguably empty.
15/06/2026: Terrible.
You'd do better at home with a pan and some ingredients.
Seriously, save your money and go to McDonald's.

04/09/2026: good service. chicken tasted weird whatever they are cooked in wasnt nice it was very greasy. i wasnt sure what the smell was very off putting so i had to bin it chips and sauce was ok. im surprised as its usually a lot better. I wont be going back.
21/08/2026: Waited 40 mins for delivery. Received message that order had been delivered. It had not. No attempt to call at door and delivery person stated that they had tried to call me. They had not. Delivery person stated that they had left order outside door. They had not. Doorbell camera clearly shows that no person attempted to make a delivery. Company stated refund within 5-7 days while taking payment instantly. Abysmal delivery service.

12/07/2026: Supermac's is set in the heart of Castlebar very convenient if you want a fast food menu the actual menu is displayed on the screen above the food area and the menu is good value also the staff are very friendly there is ample seating both upstairs and downstairs as well

02/08/2026: I was really disappointed to find that Supermacs in junction 14 do not cater for people that require a gluten free diet. I was informed by staff that chips are fried in the same oil used for gluten containing products. They had no gluten free food to offer me. For such a busy outlet I am very disappointed. People with coeliac disease and also vegans are willfully not catered for in Supermacs Junction 14.
30/07/2026: Given it's mostly spuds and beef we should be world class at this, but the reality is very uninspiring. It'll do if you're on the road and out of options.
