25/07/2026: Got a whole rotisserie chicken and wedges for 16 euro the other day. Lovely juicy chicken. The lady serving was so nice too. I've had the ciabatta previously and really enjoyed it. Great spot

17/04/2026: Cancelled 3 orders on me 5 min before too good to go pickup. Not a great thing to be doing to customers.

13/07/2026: I went in and told the guy behind the counter that I had a shellfish allergy. He told me that was between me and my doctor. The guy acted shocked when I walked out of the place after he told me that he can’t guarantee the food was safe for me.

13/07/2026: Expensive and 20 minutes to prepare one kebab

24/05/2026: Was asked to wait outside for a chicken wrap because they had no chicken roll - even if advertised on a whiteboard in front of their shop. Paid 9.50 and and waited >15 minutes. Time for them to close the business.

29/01/2026: What a monster of a burrito at €16.95 with a drink, great flavours food was served fresh and nice and hot. Also had a bottle of Irish farm made pure apple juice delicious. The chef serving was very helpful and accommodating. Insisted that we not wait for the food, that he would bring it to us dinning outside. Served with some tortilla chips. Unless you are very hungry. I would recommend sharing this meal. As it is a lot for one person. Great value for money great price great service with a nice view.

04/07/2026: Stale bread , no fillings , off lettuce. Absolutely vile. Learned my lesson will not be back.

24/06/2026: Went in at 12 o clock on a wednesday and got a footlong sub. €11.60 for completely stale bread and gone off lettuce and onions. Got home to eat and the whole lot went in the bin after one bite. Price is gone mental and its gone downhill bigtime over the years. Horrible place, never again

16/07/2026: Very disappointing experience. I asked for extra olives, and the employee literally added only two tiny slices. It felt disrespectful. I’ve never felt uncomfortable asking for extra toppings at a Subway before. On top of that, I paid €10 for a sandwich that barely had any fillings. The employee was extremely stingy with every ingredient, and the sandwich looked nothing like what you would expect. For the price I paid, the service and the quality were unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve better.

06/03/2026: I ordered a product on 11 Dec 2025 and I am still waiting, I did not expect to get it before Christmas but the length of time I’ve been waiting is farcical. After many phone call I was told on the 18 Feb 2026 that it would be with me in 10 business days! Still waiting so rang again today the 6 March to be told it would not be in the UK warehouse till the 11th and then with me after 10 more business days. This is an absolute joke of a company and I’m sorry I ever had any dealings with them. Nit once did they ring or email me to say that the order would be delayed. I had to make all the calls to their so called Customer Service. I had to get an electrician to install the product and he is still waiting after 3 months to be able to finish my bathroom. Never again. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

06/02/2026: I ordered a product last week, on Thursday. As the company is based only a couple of counties away, I reasonably expected delivery within a day or two. When it didn’t arrive on Friday, I assumed it would come on Monday. It didn’t. Nor did it arrive on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday … and here we are on Friday with still no sign of it. I rang to query the delay and was then told the product was actually out of stock and had to be shipped from the UK. This was never made clear at the time of ordering. Had I known it was coming from the UK, I would have ordered elsewhere … or simply used Amazon and had it delivered quicker. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it raises a genuine question about whether stock is actually being held at all, or whether orders are effectively being fulfilled after the fact. Anyone can drop-ship … that’s not what customers expect when ordering from an Irish supplier. When I suggested that the website should clearly state when an item is out of stock, I was told it had been “flagged with IT.” Unfortunately, that’s of absolutely no use when you’ve ordered something you genuinely needed and were led to believe it was available. I am all for supporting Irish businesses … I make a point of doing so … but this kind of service makes it very difficult. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and excessive delivery times mean this will be the last time I order from here. I would strongly advise others not to assume next-day or even same-week delivery, regardless of what the website suggests.
