06/10/2024: Have been customers for years, unfortunately one time they got our 70e order completely wrong, food was cold and not eatable. They lied about a discount for the future , even though they promised . Very disappointed will never order again

06/10/2024: We were using this ocean house quite a lot in resent years but, after last order couple months back we received and order, and beef creamy garlic was too thick, other dishes also were only small amount of meat and a lot of vegetables, order was mixed up as well , so we were not happy at all about food quality, we rang and we were promised the 80% discount, and today we tried to order food, by using same phone number, but we did not get any discount at all that was promised. So sorry, but we wont be ordering again, as this take away not looking after put customers at all. Advice: stay away and order somewhere else!!!!

16/08/2024: Heads up to anyone ordering delivery from here, was walking towards the shop today when their delivery driver came out to get into his parked car, harassed two girls walking in front of me then proceeded to harass me. Wouldn’t want a man like that showing up on my doorstep with pizza

01/06/2024: I ordered take out pizza and chips, the order was ready quick enough. The food was good and more or less worth the price

07/10/2024: Bought food last Thursday, when I cut the chicken balls in half mostly were all pink inside. Tried ringing shop multiple times but unfortunately all times it just went straight to voicemail

16/09/2024: We decided to try this place on a Monday afternoon, for a quick bite. My partner got the spicy cone, which was nice and I got the pad Thai noodles. Unfortunately they came with an extra piece of protein......... a small bug/fly in it!!!! Thankfully I saw shorty after the food arrived, we took a refund for my food only, even though my partner also didn't eat his and left... It's in the top left of the picture, the small black thingy hugging one of the noodles there. I understand it's small, but that shows the hygiene rules in this place is questionable or maybe non existent at all :(

27/10/2024: Food was okay. One member of staff particularly rude, really no need for it. Other staff were pleasant but honestly wouldn’t bother going here unless you’re ready for an eye roll and someone pointing to things grunting rather than responding. You’d be better off driving for 20 minutes somewhere else for a more decent Chinese for less the price. I work in retail and i understand dealing with the public can be shite but there’s a bare minimum level of customer service you should have.

10/09/2024: Got my order wrong, food was luke warm , staff were uninterested, curry was the best bit about what I got and it was just ok 1/10

08/10/2024: I’ve been discouraged many times when seeing the €7 sign for milkshakes passing by Dialogue but I decided today was my day to try out their milkshake. I was shocked when seeing a scoop of ice cream going into abit of milk that was out on a counter and into a blender. A luke warm watery textured milk with a hint of Oreo was not what I was expecting when €7 was paid for a drink. Defintely the worst milkshake I’ve ever had, I’m not sure how they think €7 could be a reasonable price for this. A mooju would’ve been a cheaper and nicer alternative and would at least be cold. I’ve no problem spending a little bit extra on something if it was nice and even with Ginos expensive prices which are still cheaper than here at least it is tasty and a thick consistency and not a watery texture like this one. Took a picture to show my friends before dumping the rest in the bin. Would not recommend to anyone.

06/10/2024: Reasonably good cafe with friendly staff, but it's extortionately expensive. I've seen customers turn around and leave at the till when they realize the prices.

30/09/2024: This fast food is very dirty, there is no hygiene in that place lads there are working with no safety equipment, dirty nails…

24/10/2024: Has to be in the 59 years I've been on planet earth the worse fish and chips and curry sauce I ever ate. It came with a free black hair . Curry sauce was watery with little cube of what I don't know ?? Fish was very grease the only decent thing was the chips which were average. €15.80 , What a waste

21/10/2024: Ordered a frappe. Got a half full cup of foam and melted ice. Looked like it was drank by someone. 4 euro I'm not getting back.

19/07/2024: The food is medium. A lot of the times everything crispy is overcooked but even then it does taste nice. Delivery driver and times are excellent. Customer service is a HUGE zero! Initially I tried to order from their take out meno. No. Go online. We don't have time. I was then charged twice for the same meal. After a lot of aggression rom the manager I finally got refunded. I tried phone delivery just now and I am fuming. She couldn't understand me and then the manager (same one who didn't refund me) said we don't have time for you, go online. I said the whole menu isn't online, I just need my order repeated ( she missed one) he said, we don't have time for this, take what we're giving you or go online! We have other customers! Aggressive nasty horrible man! Even for medium food I'm not ever giving them money again. AVOID! P.S. Whilst typing this our food turned up in 10 minutes. So they obviously don't have that many customers! 😡 P.S. Food turned up while I was typing. Tasted good. Not burnt. The only sour taste in my mouth is the manager. I'd rather give my money to Wah Yung or 4 star pizza or Plaza or Dino's or Heavens pizza or sliced etc.

11/10/2024: Awful breakfast... not fresh at all. (Probably yesterday's sausages and pudding heated up.) Mould on the edge of the toast.

29/09/2024: Absolute robbery. I was beyond shocked at the price of our pancakes etc I actually went twice and never got a receipt so I couldn’t tell you how annoyed I was. I will never return. Inflated prices. 2 cakes 2 coffees €19 Pancakes, crepe, juice and latte €31
