28/03/2025: I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order on Just Eat for La Calavera, which was showing as ONLINE, only for the order to be canceled. If a restaurant cannot accept orders, it should be marked as OFFLINE! This is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. Now, an hour later, I have to start all over again. This is unacceptable.

07/02/2025: I ordered a child's hot chocolate for €2.50.
I had my own takeaway cup, no deduction for that.
A squirt of cream and a tablespoon of marshmallows and the price increased to €4.85!
That's a disgrace!

03/04/2025: This feels like a scam. €13 for a bowl that’s mostly rice? Seriously? You used to offer three components, and that’s what people expected based on your advertising. Now you're suddenly asking if we want rice or fries—but without explaining that rice is now one of the three and not just a base.
The result? Almost the entire bowl is just rice. If you’re going to make changes like that, at least communicate them properly—put up a sign or tell customers before they pay. This is misleading and completely unacceptable.
02/04/2025: Curry chips in a little paper cuppy thingy, enjoyed on a walk home on a Tuesday night after going from Fred’s, to the Hi-B, to the Crane Lane, to The Pav. It was after 2am and they were clearing out everything so it’s safe to say I’ve had better chips on a cattle ferry from Ringaskiddy to Roscoff in October. Exactly what was needed at that time of night!
The girl working there is a star. She even held my chips after I walked back to take the picture!

Staff have no idea what they are supposed to be doing.. They were looking at the menu to see what was meant to be put on the burgers.. Had little / no english so extremely hard to communicate with . Food was practically raw and completely inedible... Went straight to the bin ...Never again!! OMFG 🤨🤢

25/03/2025: I would like to express my gratitude to the lady in O'Reillys fish and chips in Glanmire, who went went above and beyond on Saturday night just gone. I have a medical condition and mobilise with crutches, she offered to bring my phone order out to the car when it was ready,rather than having me struggle. Once again thank you for your kindness, 5* great food, great staff, a credit to the O'Reilly team.
01/02/2025: the drinks were not delivered..... and I didn't even receive the food I ordered which was chicken and I received 3 small pieces of fish..... and the joke of the night was the onion rings which only came in 3 units and were wilted and tasteless and super white..... horrible.... first and last time......

28/02/2025: Was in your shop on 13th February in the evening some time. Dealt with such a lovely young fella never got his name he helped bring out my things to my car (I never asked him to) and he got absolutely soaked. I was having such an awful day 😞 and he really made it good again by this little gesture... Thank you
03/11/2024: Very disappointed, one of my friends told me to not buy a deli anymore, because one of the staff said they are using leftovers the next morning. I couldn't believe it, so we drove this afternoon, see pictures attached

30/11/2024: I pop in to Quigleys quite a bit, the staff are brilliant, very polite. Food is priced well and tastes great. If your looking for a chill vibe, nice munch or coffee and even a place to open up the labtop I'd highly recommend Quigleys in Tesco shopping center

27/10/2024: Food was okay. One member of staff particularly rude, really no need for it. Other staff were pleasant but honestly wouldn’t bother going here unless you’re ready for an eye roll and someone pointing to things grunting rather than responding. You’d be better off driving for 20 minutes somewhere else for a more decent Chinese for less the price. I work in retail and i understand dealing with the public can be shite but there’s a bare minimum level of customer service you should have.

20/02/2025: It's in a nice location with plenty seating, but the dirt was genuinely disturbing. I had to ask for a wet cloth to clean the crumbs and stains from the table and the chairs had large particles of dirt between the seat and the back as can be seen in the photos.
The chairs are also too big for the tiny table that were joined up. The tables were rocking which is so annoying. I had a cappuccino which wasn't even served in a mug but a cheap paper cup........such cheap service!!!
20/12/2024: As one of the only cafes in the shopping centre, Misto Cafe is a letdown. The food and cake options are limited, and the coffee making skills are poor. We were served in paper cups despite sitting in, and both our coffee and hot chocolate were lukewarm. After asking for the hot chocolate to be reheated, it was returned boiling.. an overcorrection that showed little care or attention to detail.
A place with potential, but as it stands, it does not live up to even the bare minimum.

20/03/2025: Chips undercooked.. fish supper didn't include all the items on the board ( no lemon or sauce)
. All the suppers were separated. So we asked for 2 fish suppers and 2 sausages. We recieved all the undercooked chips in one package and all the sausages in another and all the fish in the final.

22/02/2025: This business takes non-EU nationals for "work" and "trials" to take advantage and then does not pay them!! They get free labour and expensive prices. Please avoid this place at all!!
The WRC is already aware and it is just a matter of time they will be closed down and fined, and the former employees will get their wages.
