11/10/2024: Absolutely perfect raspberry scone in a sweet little bakery with good music. Great cup of tea, as well.

17/01/2025: Total taste sensation! The staff were welcoming and very accommodating.

19/12/2024: The service was really good and friendly. The drinks were also nice. I didn't like the decoration. The chairs at the bar weren't positioned well. It felt like chairs positioned on a wall. It didn't feel that they were chairs connected to the bar.

03/04/2025: The Shakespeare shares its space with the Korean food place and it is a match made in heaven! The food options are great, the beer selection is really varied with some personal favourites. Service can be a bit slow when it's busy. Luas station is directly in front so easily reachable but also means lots of foot traffic if you want to step out for a smoke. All in all a curious combination that deserves being checked out!

25/07/2025: We came here for dinner because we were staying at the hotel. Contrary to the rather disappointing reviews, we had an excellent meal (the fillet was perfectly cooked and accompanied by delicious courses) and received wonderful service from Ana! We and our daughter felt very comfortable in the atmosphere. Gluten-free options and bread are also available.

06/10/2025: I had a really bad experience here today. I wanted to order pancakes for my daughter, but instead of the marshmallows that come with it, I asked for strawberries — a simple and much healthier option. The waiter told me they weren’t allowed to make that change, as their manager had instructed them not to swap marshmallows for strawberries. I find it completely unacceptable that a café refuses a healthier alternative for a child, especially when strawberries are already available on other menu items. It’s very disappointing that they prioritize rigid rules over basic customer care and healthy options. That’s awful

25/08/2025: Look at this sizeable portion of crisps with my sandwich 😂 Asked politely for more because I thought it was comical and she was rude and said ‘well that’s the portion’. It’s also insanely overpriced.

08/02/2025: Bit pricy for the food and coffee quality you get. Is good to have a seat if every else is full. There are better quality alternatives close by. The staff are very friendly and provided a good service 👍
